I swear, meta support is the worst. I recently got accepted into the creator affiliate program. When I got the first time sign in link, I was already logged into my kids account. This resulted in their account becoming the affiliate account. Due to the lack of support options and contact methods for affiliates (which makes zero sense), i had to contact support through the device help portal. At the end of the conversation, I was told that I need to contact the affiliate host CJ to resolve the issue. I contacted them and *gasp* they said that I had to contact meta  support. So now im sitting here with a useless affiliate account linked to the wrong meta account and no one can seem to help me. Now, I want nothing to do with the program. Why promote meta brands and products when we cant even get proper support? How do I go about deleting my affiliate account? If support is this bad with just setting up the account, I cant imagine how much worse it'll be when im actually trying to get

My VR overheated

I bought a Quest 3 and it had dead and even a bright pixel right in the middle of the screen. So I bought another one and the same problem :/ eBay had a recent event of £75 off and so I bought another one and I picked it up out of the box and noticed the sound of something inside the headset, so I shook it around and there is a rattle in there with something getting stuck in the fan.Like.... Can't you guys make headsets without faults? 

I can't believe how bad Quest support team has gotten.  I use to have great support about a year ago. Now they are crap.  Why?  did they outsource everything?  first, they do no ready your support issue and just reply with bogus info, after two or three back and forth they finally are on the same page but still don't understand their own system. This is freaking joke.  Meta you are billion dollar company Hire people that can address and support us!     

I am a newcomer here, so please bear with me.I've recently gotten into EarthQuest, (Amazing), and am trying to figure out a way to play mp3's from my own library during play. I’m wondering how much pcvr performance is assisted by the headset. I know that you need a pretty good gaming pc to run pcvr at high frames but will the headset you use boost performance or is it all just the pc. I’m using a quest 3 with wired link but would a valve index/vive increase performance

Here's a tip I discovered keeping my automatic watch collection safe in a hot, humid environment. I live in Türkiye so humidity is always around. Get some silica gel sachets and capsules and keep them inside your case. It is a dessicant which actively removed moisture from the air.  You can buy them, though you'll often find them in vitamin bottles, or in bags you might buy. I have around 10 of them in my case and keep adding more if I get them. Keep the case closed and the silica gel will do it's job.  Great after a workout or sweat producing game . I lost my meta account that had 2 years of data on it and losing it was really sad so im asking here if anybody (on meta or employees) can help. 

Oculus Rift S reconnects itself with no sound while I'm using VR. It also happens when I'm playing any game that uses my headset's micro, or when I just use discord while playing VR. Do you have any ideas about how can I fix this or what can be a reason of it?

Why is there no supervisors. Meta cash says you can request and share money. I purchase some money to send to my niece. Well jokes on you because you can’t do it that way and when I tried to get it corrected they told me I couldn’t and that I was waisting her time. Then she proceeded to end the chat. After updating the Quest 3S to V78 1057840091500610, the images in the helmet are disappearing. The helmet does not respond to the joysticks and is not oriented in space. When you turn on the helmet, the image disappears and the screen turns black. How can I fix the helmet?

Not sure if this is the right place to post but couldn’t find a good place. I bought a set of glasses last week and they arrived yesterday.   Very nice, but I have a potential issue. Hope someone can help.  I bought transitions lenses, but what came on the box shows gray gradient polarized.  I received them late so I wasn’t able to verify whether or not they actually transition but when I look at Meta‘s website, the gray polarized gradient lens is different than transition lenses. Not sure why the box says that it’s the polarized version instead of the transition lenses. The app also shows the lens type as the polarized gray gradient.  Does anybody know whether or not the box when received will actually list them as transition lenses on it.  I suppose they use the gray gradient lens as the basis and popped out those lenses and put transitions in. Just not clear.  I was on the chat yesterday with somebody from Meta Support for an hour and a half trying

Could you please make emojis have sound? Within a few seconds of opening a message that has an emoji, depending on what emoji, it makes a sound for that emoji. For example, 😳 “whoa”, 😢 “sniff”, 😉 “clicking sound”, 😬 “sucking air through clenched teeth, 🤮 (the sound is obvious on this one), and so on.  I think most emojis would have a sound. Now every time you get an emoji good luck not hearing a sound in your head. I think this is an awesome idea and I think people would use this often.

I'll try to be brief.I recently had issues with my Quest 2 headset that I arranged with Meta to have replaced. We had extreme issues with the shipping process in the very beginning but somehow managed to work through that. Once Meta had received my headset and I had been made aware, I was told that there was a 3-5 day turn around for processing before it was shipped out. After 7 business days I had still heard nothing, so I reached out to Meta Live Chat who informed me that while yes, it had been received, nothing had been done with it so far and they weren't sure why. They couldn't give me any more than this. They opened an investigation which they assured me would take 3-5 working days to complete and I would be updated with what was happening. During that waiting period, I received emails from Meta saying that my case was their top priority etc (at ridiculous hours of the night over the weekend) but still no actual updates were given. My meta quest 3 right controller broke after my little brother put it in the washer and I’m looking to get a new one but I have warranty for my meta quest and I went to where I bought it to get a new one but told me to come here.

Hello everyone I’m trying to become a streamer but I’m on a very low low budget and I’ve found that using casting save on the storage. I have been casting and using obs to record my gameplay since I can’t use airlink due to my specs not being high enough. But I can’t customize it to eye like in the camera but it would be nice if I could. Please let meta see this cuz it would be nice it they could do this soon.

My pc specs are pretty good so that won't probably be a problem. It needs to connect to my pc and I don't know what it's called but preferably can have those sensors that track your hands instead of controllers. Correct me if my terminology is wrong and if you think the sensors are unnecessary tell me. My budget is max 450-500 dollars :D
