RMA Stuck Since April 2025– Endless "Team is Working on It" Support Loop

Hello @MetaQuestSupport,

I am writing here because standard customer service has left me completely stranded. I sent my defective Quest controller back to the Meta warehouse under warranty in April 2025. Return tracking confirms that Meta successfully received my device months ago.

It has now been roughly 90 days, and I still have not received my replacement controller. Every time I contact live chat or reply to emails, I get the exact same automated response: "our team is working on it thank you." No one will give me a shipping date or a tracking number.

I have been unable to use my VR headset for three months. Can a community manager please step in, look at my ticket, and manually push this fulfillment through the warehouse

Thank you.

CallMeGUY13  you couldn't know that it would take that long to get it back.πŸ™

I think, there are not many people who would repair their controllers themself if there is still warranty on it.

I assume it's a typo and they meant to write April 2026 πŸ˜…

Having the same issue with my son's defective controller.  Meta received it on June 5, 2026 and said he'd receive a replacement in 3-5 business days.  It's been a month today.  The service ticket was opened late May 2026.

When Meta says "days" it usually means "weeks" or "months".
