I'm a quest3 user. And this is a very serious problemfor me and others who use +86 phone number. My meta account can't log in, because when I try to get the SMS verification code, it will always be :You've requested too many codes. Please try again later. So I signed up for this new account to give feedback. My original account can't log in now. 

I purchased a Rift S–compatible title. The order is completed and visible in my account, but the PC VR entitlement was not granted. The app does not appear in my Meta Quest Link desktop library and never attempts to download. This is not a hardware issue. Please regrant or refresh the PC entitlement for this purchase.  The game in question Real VR Fishing lists Rift S as compatible.

Hello, today i wanna to play VR but in my Meta quest 2 i see "My computer" Not connected and i see the same thing in meta quest link so i unconnected mymeta quest 2 and when i try to connect back i click Devices-Add headset i see Choose how to connect i press continue and i got kicked to ocolus store and nothing happened. Pls help

Someone created a Meta Horizons account under my name and is connected to my Accounts Center. I can't remove it because I don't have access to the email address they used.

I did just see another thread that the MetaStoreHelp profile requested them to msg and I just did that. Hopefully I get a response.I hav $75 in quest cash on my account that I have not been able to use since the issue started, again, that was over a year ago.I am unable to make purchases with the quest cash, or with debit cards, or even send the quest cash to a different profile.This is absurd.The issue started when I tried to purchase quest cash with a pre-paid visa gift card. Ever since yesterday i have been getting a problem. My oculus 2 keeps on resetting and i can barely even have it on for like 30 seconds I have tried doing tutorialsHolding the off button for 60 seconds. But it still wont work i dont know what has caused this and i am not ever gonna factory reset unless it is neccecary because i will literally buy a new headset before i want to factory reset. I dont own a pc i only have the meta app and the vr itself but i cant do anything on the vr because it closes after 30 seconds, ive tried cloud backup but as i said its pretty much impossible to do that and it not shutting offIf anyone knows what has happened and what i should do to fix it. Please help u will be my hero.

For some reason when I try to do a claim my serial # won’t come up and GameStop won’t help me I’ve had it about 30days

Blank I have a gray screen with no menu , got it for my son for Christmas GameStop won’t do anything about it because I bought it on December 14th passed the 30day in store return policy , meta won’t let me send it back because it was first turned on on December 25th which is still in the 30day window

I have a first-generation Oculus Quest VR headset with the games I purchased. I recently purchased an Oculus Quest 3s and cannot see the games I purchased on the original. The only problem I can think of is the used IDs are different i.e. one is userid48 the newer one is userid79. Obviously, I have not been able to talk with any customer service people, and the AI doesn't help with any support. I know things have changed as far as accounts with Meta, but I can't find anyway to do a merge thing or whatever to fix this. Has anyone ever had an issue similar to this? I'd appreciate any help, thanks in advance. 

Hi,I bought a quest 3 on ebay. It was a brand new, sealed unit. Unfortunately the set-up has resulted in a software update loop and I need to action the warranty (ebay seller not responding helpfully).Is there an email or contact form anywhere so I can discuss direct with Meta?Thanks 

Samba share used to work with Pigasus and 4xvr player. Now it does not work. I tested my server (which is just a Mac) with my ipad and it worked. I'm using a quest pro. my father has a quest 2 and it didn't work either.both apps just give me a login incorrect error.help! I miss samba share to stream my content!

Hello dear Meta Quest staff,As the title says, I would love to see you adding an Arabic language layout to the Quest virtual keyboard.I just bought a Quest 3 and to my surprise I couldn't find Arabic layout among the other language settings which left me crippled from using the headset to search Google and Youtube among other services and forms.So, please, if you could natively support this, many of us Arabic Quest users will be very appreciative, and we'll be able to use the headsets to their full potential.Much love and all the best!Respectfully,Morad.

I woke up this morning to play vrfs and I saw my vr had a dark grey screen, so I rebooted it, then powered it off, nothing happened, I let the vr die then put it back on the charger and still nothing. I have been waiting all day and I want to play on my Quest 2. PLEASE help me with this!

I accidentally bought $28 of quest cash because it lead me to that when I was trying to buy a game is there anyway to get that money back because I refunded that game?

Hi all,I own a MQ 3 since september 2025 and so far it's been working just fine. But last week, I couldn't start it since it was stuck with the Meta logo spinning (no sound) and the screen eventually turned gray and remains that way.I tried to force the restart, went into boot device and tried the side update (which didn't work, my laptop was able to detect the MQ but could not proceed to the update).None of that worked.It eventually managed to switch on twice since then but in the middle of the game, it started to spin and went down saying it could no longer find its location within my space.Then back to the same starting issue again.Since it's not very old and I've been pretty cautious about its storage I am thinking refund or getting a new one from the original dealer.Unless anyone from the community has experienced a similar issue and would be kind enouh to share their experience !Thank you

So just today I'm having this issue across multiple accounts and my friends account on their oculus where when we try to start Worlds, it acts like it's going to load then just send you back to the quest screen.  They even tried a factory reset and it didn't get them back in.  What is going on?

so, on my left (meta quest 3) controller, the "button" does not do anything, and the cover, is just stuck, and i have meta quest 3 only a month.

Hi, I have a problem with my Meta quest 3s. White or clear images (including writing) appear with glows on a black background. This also applies to the dashboard (with a white theme especially, but slightly scanned with the black theme) when I use the headset in a dark environment. When the logo appears I give an app that I start on a black screen has 'stripes' as if I had dirty glasses (I also wear glasses but they are quite clean, as well as the lenses of the headset) and it also happens to me with the light of any element of the game (same light bulbs). I'm undecided whether to make a return or keep it, because I don't know if it's a defect or it's right like this. I know that fresnel lenses have this factory defect but it seems more accentuated to me. When I activate the immersive house (very bright environment) the halos disappear.
