V78.1031 build 5105226.11950.520 (138MB) installs and then repeats showing as new update

V78.1031 build 5105226.11950.520 138MB not showing installed after updating, and then shows up multiple times as software update for quest3 and quest pro

this keeps happening. attached is the screen presented in both quest 3 and quest pro.

i'll fill out a "report a problem" on mobile app but: anyone else ? anything about this?

v79 will install when it is made available for your headset without this problem.

so the update shows again and again in days / weeks - i havent figured out the intervals but i have done this about 4 times.

It's a known issue..... Meta support said, it will be fixed with v79.

Turn off all the auto-update options in your headset settings!
Pray that v79 does not introduce more bugs! 📿

I think out of all the updates, I've only had one where I had to reset and use a PC and a USB cable but cleared it up and thankful that its real easy to get back up and running with reinstalls from (cloud) backups/etc.
