Horizon link not working

My Q3 was linking fine to my PC this afternoon, then literally an hour or two later, will not link.

I'm using a usb 3.0 cable, it is in a USB 3 port, power management of USB port is set correctly.

I get a notification saying 'Meta Quest Link isn't working correctly. Click here to check our support article'.

There is no support article.

I have restarted the headset and PC, repaired the Horizon app, logged out and back into the Horizon app, restarted the OVR service and I still can't get it to work.

Anyone else having or had similar issues recently?

Horizon software 83.0.0.333.349

Headset V83.1034 build 5156385.14650.520

Grateful for any ideas.

same here. Meta 3 worked till this afternoon. On latest update. Now will connect WiFi PC link but then hangs on Meta logo with the moving "stars" and is not usable.  I can launch apps on headset but not those on my Windows 11 deskstop. Also local files on PC not reachable.
Hoping Meta will fix this sooner than later. Very dissappointing to have my hardware rendered useless by apparently a software update that was not tested.

I submitted my bug report through my Quest 3. To all with this same problem please submit your bug report (tap bug symbol) through your Meta VR interface.

it seems that is the case, found that by disconnecting my vr router from internet allows me to use link, but as soon as I get online it freezes

Thanks, at least this helped to get it working offline. Just disable internet on pc and it links, must be some sort of kill-switch they are testing out.

Q3, same issue. Have been fumbling around for hours, rebooting both devices, reinstalling Quest Link, switching to PTC and back, spent hours thinking it's somehow an issue with my setup. Finally found this thread. SMH.

Some logs, maybe could be helpful to fix it sooner:

It is so annoying that they can just brick your device remotely like that.

Rift was working great until Meta put their greedy hands on it... they obviously don't care about their users, ignoring basic QA and release process. Stop making useless updates that just make things worst!

DON'T FIX IT IF IT AIN'T BROKEN!!!

I have the same problem with Q3; the cable test comes back correct, but when I try to access the PC it stops working. Then I run the cable test again and it says it's not working, but it's still detecting the glasses.
