Horizon Link Stopped Working after Quest 3 Update due to version mismatch (PC:v201, Headset: v204)

Developer Hub shows link version mismatch: pc version (201οΌ‰(this used to be v85, I turned on public test channel, it auto upgraded to v201)， headset (204). 

Now hanging on Meta logo when launching Horizon link. I looked every where but could not upgrade PC horizon link to version 204. also tried to disconnect internet but still hanging.

Extremely painful.

    Actually, I don't believe the version mismatch is the cause of your problem.

    Many users - including me - are on that version combination right now......both, cable and air are working without issues.
