my quest 3 controllers are not working and i kept changing the battery putting new ones in, in case they died.this all started happening a couple months ago i don’t know why i was grounded from my vr for 2 years i got it back but when i did the controllers didn’t work i put new batteries in and it still didn’t work, i factory reset it and it didn’t work im stuck on the remove strap thing screen and my controllers won’t connect they aren’t broken because i haven’t used them please help me fix this i don’t have warranty so i cant afford to get a new vr or controllers if anyone knows what to do let me know.i saw earlier on how to factory reset the controllers but they won’t turn on no light or anything they have new batteries and it still didn’t work please someone help i can’t afford a new headset or controllers i’ve only got to use it for a month before i got grounded.

I'm trying to pair a new oculus quest 2 controller, but my vr is factory reset and i can't re-login because I only have one working controller right now. I also can't access the "Controllers" button on the Meta Horizon app because the owner account has been deleted so I can't transfer the owner title to my new account. What do I do to pair my controller?

  So, I've had this problem when I got my new desktop. Which had the requirements to use the Meta Quest Link with the RTX 50 series. About 6 months of banging my head against the wall to figure out what was wrong (Meta Quest Support was less than helpful), I have finally found a solution to the infinite loading screen for 5060 Ti graphic cards.  Thanks to Google Gemini: https://gemini.google.com/share/1685782c62af   Basically you need to do is to turn off asynchronous spacewarp: 1. Hi ich hoffe es kann mir hier wer helfen,ich habe eine refurbished meta quest 3 gekauft und jetzt stundenlang versucht sie mit der horizon app zu koppeln was nicht funktioniert. nach vielen recherchen hab ich nun herausgefunden das sie wohl noch mit dem konto entweder vom vorbesitzer oder vom mediamakrt refurbishes center verbunden ist. meta kann ich nicht kontaktieren da ich ja angeblich kein gerät besitze und wenn ich die seriennummer eingebe kommt das man dafür keine support anbietet... wie kann ich es trotzdem erreichen das die brille "koppelbar" wird? hat jemand eine idee?

Anyone else experience this? Factory reset doesn't fix, controller re-pair doesn't fix, holy water sprinkle...nada.Sounds like support has at least heard of it before, as they tell me a  software fix is just a couple days away. Of course, that was after they tried to sell me on their out of warranty program.Sorry Meta...you break, you buy.

my password number is not working 

I'm getting a storage error while downloading the Meta Horizon Link app and it's not downloading; I have approximately 1TB of free space.i reset my computer and tried it, I'm still getting the same error

I have been trying to use this piece of **bleep** meta quest 2 on my PC BUT I have to download an app that allows me to link it to my SteamVR. I have had issue after issue, not being sent to the correct login page for Facebook, having to clear cookies to get to the login. Installing a separate browser to try and login and the problem continues to keep me from playing my VR. I decided to go the route of using my meta account instead of a Facebook login, INCORRECT PASSWORD, I  reset my password and again Incorrect. This can't be right so I reset it once more and I am again greeted with WRONG EMAIL and/or PASSWORD!!! This is why the oculus sits in a bin uncharged for 364 days a year because its a big heaping pile of dung. 

I've been looking around and searching and i just do not understand why meta hasn't gone and made a dongle for pc vr users to have a lag free connection to their pc, because we all know how unreliable Wi-Fi is and how expensive it could be too, but not only that, they are just parts of the world that just don't have good Wi-Fi at all like Alaska for instance, i have many friends who still live in Alaska and the number one issue and thing they hate about the quest is the only option is Wi-Fi, which i honestly don't even think Alaska has got Wi-Fi 5 let alone wifi6. i feel making a dongle similar to how the cable of the index is, (have a usb 3.0 or usb-c to connect to the motherboard to send info back and fourth to the headset and pc then add a display port cable that will take the video out put straight to the headset), allowing no other things to effect playing. with Wi-Fi it can only be so good and when everyone come home from work and get on the internet you gaming isn't going to be

A friend gave me an old oculus headset for my kids and I can't get the **bleep** thing to connect to my account on my phone, the pairing codes dont Match it gives me 8 letters and numbers on my headset and on meta horizon app it gives me only 5 digit pairing numbers. Its driving me nuts and I am missing something 😕 please help 

Public Beta v83 has e problem with the max bitrate encoding that you can use in the DebugToolOn v83 you can use up to about 640mbits MAX before getting lagg, stutters, jumps, etc, staying in the Meta Link Dashboard you already notice all the problems, without running any game or app. That of course affect EVERYTHING that you run in that state.On v81 you can use up to the limit of 960mbit without ANY lagg or problem, totally smooth.Please check and fix that, thanks

Can i somehow enable ethernet support on my quest 3? I want to connect it to my router to have lowest delay possible in pc vr. I've bought ethernet to usb c adapter but when i connect it to the headset it does'nt see the cable. I tried to connect this adapter to my phone and it worked, it only does'nt work on my quest 3. What can i do about it?

I’m not new to this. I bought the quest 1 and 2 on release day of each. I was a little late to quest 3 but I’ve got one now. I’ve tried everything in my power to get link to work, including but not limited to: Trying different cables and different ports. I used 3 different cables, all USB 3.0, in every possible port on my pc. Including a USB hubLaunching airlink instead. This works somewhat, but is unable to launch steamvr which is what I am really after restarting headset and computer. They always say try this, but it didn’t fix anythingbefore you ask me the stupid questions, yes I am absolutely 100% sure my PC meets the minimum specifications, and I am 100% sure that they are both on the same network. When I plug my headset into my pc, I get the connection notification in both the headset and windows, so I know there is some level of communication going on. Why the meta desktop app or my quest are unable to recognize eachother is one of the most frustrating mysteries I have

I've been using my Meta quest 3 headset for over a year now on a much older computer with bare minimum specs. As of recent, i updated my entire computer, and had no issues for a month. As of the last 2 weeks, my headset link has been disconnecting frequently, to the point i have to change which usb slot my headset connected to. Now, my headset will not find a link connection in ANY usb 3.0 port in my computer, and will only work at lower quality in a usb 2.0 slot. I will re-iterate, i had no issues with this specific issue previously on an older computer, and was fine for a month with my new one. Everything connects to my PC fine, so i know its not my usb ports.I have checked all my computer hardware components with what is and isn't supported, + minimum required components for Quest link - to which my pc is much above the minimum required specs.My meta quest link app has also been frequently telling me my "Pc doesnt meet the minimum requirements", which again - i cross checked th

Tried everything, every display port, restarted meta app and pc, nothing. Nvidia 5070, Ryzen 7 7700, nothing.

hey so im on my very last strawevery other devices connects to the internet just fine so it’s just the headset with the “no internet access” problem i tried restarting and disconnecting the wifi and waiting a couple days before trying to connect to the wifi again, this worked briefly for a few minutes before it went “nO iNtErNeT aCcEsS” AGAIN!! 😤i didnt try restarting the router because as I mentioned, the problem is the headset NOT the router and im not going to attempt the router gateway trick because i dont fiddle with stuff i dont understandi literally made a account just so i can make this postANY SOLUTIONS PLZ!!!! THAT DOESNT INVOLVE FACTORY RESETING 

Hi, anyone having issues with the game being so far away that you can't click to pick a puzzle. no one seems to know what the problem is. I have emailed the developer but they don't seem to know whats up. just wondering if anyone else has had this happen and if so what did you do to correct.

Hi,we have Meta p97 (quest 3s) and i try to use themCompany that sell/deliver them to us lie us withsupport for over 4 month so we try to solvethe problem without them.I have account in auth.meta.com and verifiedby email.On glasses i`m on step to open from computerwork.meta.com/device and to enter generated code.I do this but it ask me for email given by organization.From seller i have list of 5 email but they are not working - eventhey agree that there is problem with this emails.I try with email for auth.meta.com but it give me thatit is not associated account with this email.Can i fix this for myself?

Why is it that I have had this headset for over a year and have only been able to connect by wire maybe twice during this time frame.I look back at other solutions to only see that this problem has been going on for years. I will not recommend the Quest 3 or any Meta products in the future.Thanks a lot for disappointing hundreds of users.

Remote Desktop connects OK and I see the monitors, but when the pointer or hand tracker hovers over the screen, overlay buttons pop up and nothing can be clicked on the monitor. Can't launch anything, can only switch monitors, change resolution or disconnect. Am I missing a step? 

? Bonjour j utilise toujours meta link horizon en usb pc vr et depuis 2 semaines le usb ce connecte et gel au départ ? Si je prends air link ça fonctionne et si je prends Virtual Desktop en usb ça fonctionne aussi seulement en meta link usb que ça gele ??

I am trying to log into my meta account on my computer but it says the email or password is incorrect, however the email and password is correct, I have reset both several times, but it still says they are incorrect. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but that didn't work, and I did the forgot password thing numerous times, but that is not working either. Please help if you can.
