I just bought the meta quest3s an it’s the first time turning them on and it stays on the meta logo just spinning,do I have to wait or what can I do

Both my partner and I have Quest Pros. We AirLink them to our PCs and play VRChat that way. However, we've both noticed that if we stop moving our hands for only about 10 to 15 seconds the controllers seem to go into a sleep mode which causes our characters in VR's arms to drop straight down to their sides. We can wake the controllers back up by wiggling them a bit but it's quite annoying and jarring to have your arms constantly fall to your sides. It's especially annoying when you're using one controller to scroll through a menu and the other goes to sleep causing the game to enter into one controller mode and then the controller you were using to scroll a menu now moves your character so the menu closes and your character starts moving in some direction. I have looked all over but do not see a way to adjust how frequently the controllers go to sleep when not being moved. I've also tried factory resetting both the headset and the controllers. 

So I keep trying to air link my head set to my steam vr app on my computer with the steam link app on my headset but when I get them to connect I hit continue then goes to a screen that says I am in the wrong session as my computer. I have checked that all my drivers are updated and pretty much anything I could think of but it still doesn’t work. Can someone please help me find out why I can’t get them to connect?

I am tryna use Meta Horizon Link and so far it is not working, I do not know if my graphics card is supported. If anyone knows if that works or not, please respond

Me and my friend group which includes 3 friends have been playing vr for a while and we have never ran into this issue, The day I got my meta quest 3s I factory reset my quest 2 to give to my brother as a gift, that had my account and one of my friends accounts on it. After that I hopped only to play with my friends and the friend that had his account on my headset was having issues joining a call that had one specific person in it, it would instantly kick them or not allow them to join the group call same with the other friend they tried unfollowing each other and at one point it did not allow them to add each other back when they were eventually able to follow each other again it would not allow them to call each other on both meta quest horizon and on the actual headset the call option had been removed in addition whenever they would send messages to each other it would not be sent and show a error symbol and say the message was never received. Whenever I use a link cable with my pc I get an error saying that there is water or debris in my usbc port. I have checked the usb port in my computer as well as my headset but there isn’t anything there. It’s a brand new cable so that isn’t the issue. Could there be some faulty sensor in my headset? Also it’s a quest 3s

Link will not function.  Now saying the cable is a 3rd party charge only cable.  It is not.  Cable I purchased with the headset.  3rd issue in 2 weeks.  What are you people doing at work?  Test this stuff, actually Test it before you update.  You look like the fools at Microsoft with Update Tuesday.  It's embarrassing and unacceptable.  Just loaded Steam Link and Steam VR.  Works great.  You Should be ashamed of yourselves but you will not.  Really sad.  My next headset will not be your product if you don't get your acts together.

I recently received an email from meta asking to pay a refundable $1 charge to verify my age, but i didn't know if it was real. The email came from a do not reply email.meta.com is this email real or fake?

Firstly headset finds pc with meta horizon link open. But when i try to connect my headset to pc by air/usb link it loads inifinitly. Just infinite loading.Meta horizon link app looks as usually, no warnings, errors or something similarTried to relaunch link app on my pc, did not helped.People do you have this issue? 23.02.26

Hi, I am experiencing latency on my controllers via link. I'm assuming this is linked to some gpu setting being on and was wondering if anyone knows some tweaks to fix this?

i have been struggling with an issue with my connection using link the connection shows a weak USB 2 even though i use the official meta cable and my pc is capable of supporting USB 3.I have tried to change the positioning of the cable into different UCB 3 cable ports. in addition i have restarted the USB 3 Drivers, the pc, the quest 3 and the meta link app . i am at a dead end and don't know how i could improve the connection. please if you know what could be the issue i could use the pointers or even hands on support "wink wink"

Hi folks. This may sound like a weird one, it does to me. But I am a fairly experienced IT professional (retired) and I cannot figure this one out. I have a pretty standard router in my house (TP-Link AX1800). There are lots of different things on my property that use the WiFi and all of them work perfectly fine all the time, unless my ISP goes down.Now, enter the Quest 3. I used to use the Quest 3 connected to a different WiFi on an access point router. Then life got busy and I did nothing with the Quest 3 for weeks. However, it was plugged in. I do not know exactly when the problem started.Here's the problem: I can have many different devices on my home network just humming along. Then, as soon as the Quest 3 connects to the WiFi, all devices in the network lose their internet access.If I turn off the Quest 3 WiFi, the network will return but it will take a while, I am guessing because it is probably reconnecting with my ISP, or something like that.Does anyone know anything that coul

Just got the meta quest 3, only the way I get online is using a hotspot, which is unattainable until I can first get the headset online. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated and received.Stephen J .T

I bought a quest 2 without controllers and I was wondering if anyone knows a way I can get past the initial screen without controllers

Its says that I need to verify my age and before I enter anything there I want to know if it's real cause it's says how much meta cahs I have and which games and If I want to verify it says I can verify only with ID or credit card which is wired cause I already have a card connected and also it says I need to verify till 1th March or my account will get banned 

I recently get the Quest 3, and for some reason I can't get the audio to come through my headset when it is connected to my PC using a link cable or AirLink. It shows as a device in the sounds settings and it is enabled in the audio Control Panel Playback section. I never had this problem on my Quest 2.I have updated the drivers, tried disabling the Nvidia High Definition Audio driver. Any help greatly appreciated!Note: This green audio bar next to the Oculus audio device stays at half-full whether the computer is playing or not. Not sure if that helps

Couldn’t pair question 3 to meta app , tried all the recommended fixes , nothing worked until I unpaired it from my iphone or ipads Bluetooth, clicked on the quest and clicked on forget device done , 

Can someone please help, I’ve always had my son’s meta quest 3s account set up to my phone, he went to purchase something and what usually happens is I confirm it on my phone, but for some reason it have unpaired when I’ve tried to pair back up it says I’ve already got an account, but it’s not showing any of my son’s friends it’s not allowing him to purchase, do anyone no why, he is still able to play online with his friends but that’s about it 

Hey there! My daughter and I both have the quest 3s. The issue is with the left controller on her 3s randomly quit working and won’t pair.  Luckily I was able to pair my controller to hers headset. But now I’m down a controller 😞and can’t play with her anymore. This happened about 2 months after purchase. As @GhostBonezQuest pro controller failing to pair​  said, I too have tried all the troubleshooting possible and to no avail, it won’t connect to either headset. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

So, I'm trying to pair my quest 3 after a factory reset, and it shows me a code and says "follow the instructions in the app" but there is no instructions and the app that my quest is already paired, I can't set the headset up

Hello, I have been experiencing this along with many others. META QUEST 3My hypothesis on the situation is that it could have something to do with two programs installed with meta quest link and a setting (AsynchronousSpacewarp) used by the oculus debug tool for performance.OculusDash.exe and/or OVRservice.exe interaction when connecting to headset with Async Spacewarp disabled through oculus debug tool. (OculusDash.exe seems to be the culprit in this scenario but not ruling out the OVRservice)No registry edit available for async spacewarp through the oculus debug tool software and it reverting back to auto or disabled after changing compromises working link session.I change this a lot for my headset because I have a beefy computer that can run my headset just fine at max settings and don't like the setting at all.Someone said in another solution that they got it to work by disconnecting internet so that OVRservice is no longer connecting to a server which is probably the reason why th

As title, every time I try to 'Pair Device' on the Meta Horizon app, it prompts me that the email address is associated with an Meta account, please log in or try another email address. BUT, I have already logged in as the email I entered there.

This is an issue that has started right after Meta fixed the link connection issue. I have a GTX 1650, which I know is not officially supported for VR, but it has worked for me up until this point.Previously, the game, (Beat Saber) would only lag at times, and it would occur in lagspikes. I would be really mad when one of these lagspikes happened, but at least I would be able to play normally otherwise. Now, after the update, the game is completely unplayable. I’ve had to turn down quality considerably, but the lagging still persists. So, I’m wondering, is anyone else experiencing this issue? And if so, is there some sort of fix for this? Even before all this started I was planning on getting a new graphics card, most likely an RTX 5060. But I will have to get a new power supply as well, which will for sure be expensive. I’m willing to try (almost) anything to fix this. If you can offer help in any way, please message me.

Hello, i need some help.... i have the oculus rift 1 and since today everytime i took it up i get a message from the pc Meta Quest link doesnt work.... then i get no picture in the oculus .... it be blackscreen... any ideas?

Cada actualización que lanza meta inutiliza más y más un visor nada barato y no hay un soporte técnico que esté ahí para los usuarios os estáis coronando meta estoy muy decepcionado espero que arreglen todos los fallos que están provocando y que sufrimos los usuarios. Al.final tendré que deshacerme de estas gafas
