Anyone else facing a road block with people trying to purchase your items via the Avatar editor? I have gotten countless messages from people trying to purchase items via the avatar editor and receiving an error saying "Purchase failed" which is now affecting all of my items. This was never an issue prior and seems to have started all of a sudden and affecting a couple other creators as well. I've been experiencing this for over a month at this point and has severely affected my work.  

I sometimes use focusUI when a player enters a world to send them directly to a CustomUI to start the game. However, focusUI does not seem to work for NoesisGUI panels. Any suggestions?

Hello, I am just getting started with using the Worlds Desktop Editor and am working to build a world for an upcoming meetup that I am hosting that will include people with disabilities. I love that Horizon has a captions option available in the accessibility settings for the user preferences. In my quick testing I was seeing that the captions work and appear for worlds that are not a "Members-only" world. When I tried to test the caption display with my "Member-s-only" world I was not seeing the captions display.Is this by design? If so, what is the best way to host an event with captions support where only people I invite / allow in can join while the event is in progress? Thanks!

Hello. My fb account is verified. I tried to chat with the agent. I v been waiting over 12 hours but nobody replied in that chatting window. I tried to start a new conversation but it said "we e already chatting". It s so frustrating. Is there any way to get help? Thank youI've been waiting over 12 hours for help with my monetization bonus. I've met the requirements (2 posts with 50k+ reach), but the system isn't counting views correctly. One post reached 63k, and the other over 50k. There's 1 day left, and it's showing a delay. This has happened before.  

A couple of questions:What is the difference between developer and creator?I have the "Worlds Desktop Editor" downloaded.  How do I know if the Editor is current?Any online documentation shows a completely different Editor than mine. I've seen documentation that the environmental gizmo is under hierarchy. But, it's not there. And, there is this in the Editor.  Help me please.

I have having a problem applying to the Meta Horizon Creator Program I have submitted a request a few times and never heard back???

I have made skyboxes with gen ai tool in desktop editor but i cant seem to find a way to adjust the horizon line in the editor to adjust the perspective point within the skybox. i suppose it could be done via exporting the asset and changing that in blender? but im looking for a more native way to do that in the editor tool itself, because my familiarity with blender is not as good.

So I'm having an issue with Worlds Desktop Editor. Just downloaded and installed it. When I try to run it, some window appears for 1 second then nothing happens. I already tried running as administrator, changing the resolution, clearing cache, installing the VC++ Redistributable but none works. Does anyone else have the solution? I have been editing a world I created. I was able to publish the world as well without any issues until today.Today, I added pose gizmo to some couches. When I tried to publish the world, it said it couldn't because the world contained pre-release features. The only thing I added was the was the pose gizmo.So, I tried deleting the pose gizmo and was still unable to publish the world.Now, when I try to edit the world again, I get an Unable to Travel error. I tried restoring from a few of today's and yesterday's backups and I get the same error. When I try restoring a backup from Dec 25th, it loads but the world is blank.I can preview the world just fine and it shows me the latest changes. I've tried cloning and I've tried creating a new world and importing to it. Nothing works.How do I fix this? 

I have a slider in my Noesis project. It has a value property. I know how to bind the property as a property or link it to a callback -- but not both? Is there a way to bind it to a callback that takes the value as a parameter?

I created a slider for a jukebox UI in Noesis, it works... however...Everyone has a local version and each player's version doesn't update the others. I'm using shared mode. How does one create a multiuser NoesisUI? Is there something I'm missing?

As the word on the streets has it, Meta is redirecting a lot of resources from VR (including Metaverse) to AR. What does it mean for Horizon Worlds, especially as VR app/platform? It would be pretty devastating making my next world only to find out that the platform is dead/discontinued/shutting down.

Hi there, I'm just starting in the world's editor.  Hope you dont mind me asking a simple question.Im starting to get the hang of the editor I just have very silly situation/glitch happening when I preview on PC desktop and then mobile it works great and when I switch to VR its works. But then when I come back to preview in editor to desktop or mobile it breaks the pose of the hands and mobile doesnt work and 2 reticles appear and nothing has changed code wise Can someone give me their opinion i've attached a video walkthrough showing the issue And please ask me any questions.I started simple and testing by remixing the zombie wave game haven't edited the code yet.Video attached https://drive.google.com/file/d/19HOP_XVTmBN_DcubVYSBRqjfnqyVh6-s/viewKind RegardsMatt

Hi there, I'm trying to link a bank account to my Horizon account and it's not asking for a bsb number (only account number) and doesn't give me an option to use Paypal. It also won't accept the SWIFT code for the  bank I'm currently with, which is an online bank. Before I setup an account with another bank here in Australia, is anyone familiar with these issues here or can help me with this setup?

I've just moved from the states to the UK. I need to update my region as well as my payout account but I can't find where or how to do so.
