Hiii, I’m trying to download something and it says I can’t because it’s saying request cannot complete until further action on vr and I don’t know how to fix it can you help me?

Dear CommunityI‘ve been looking for a place to buy a digital voucher or a physical voucher, while living in switzerland. As far as I‘ m concerned, I‘m living in switzerland, but haven‘t found any vouchers to buy here, neither online. I‘ve read that vouchers are only working in the country, where you buy them, that is to say, they are only locally valuable. Hi everyone, I know am new here but I come with fun topics I am working on a hardware + game project and tried to use multimodal inputs but cannot go past some restrictions, for some reason controller button inputs are becoming ignored after 5 seconds of starting the game if both hand and controller tracking is active…  

Please add a simple option to "start minimized" or disable autostart.. in settings of Meta Link PC APP. No regedit, no secret autostart commands.We want to be able to control which window opens at Windows startup! Meta has been denying this option for years!Reddit is full of this.Greetings!

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help or point me in the right direction. My brother passed away last May. Before he passed, he bought his son an Oculus, and they spent a lot of time playing games together on it. My nephew really wants to use it again because it helps him feel close to his dad. I have my brother’s phone with his Meta account on it, but the account was disabled, and I can’t submit an appeal because I don’t have the password. I’ve tried contacting Meta, but I keep hitting dead ends. If anyone has experience recovering a Meta/Oculus account after a loved one has passed or knows how to reach real support, I’d truly appreciate it. Thank you.

Ok so I had got banned on instagram and it took out my oculus account I went to get back on my oculus to put another account on there and It says log int my banned account but when I put the info in it does not work is there a line so I can talk to meta not to get my account back just to be able to use my oculus again

I play iracing on a rift s and have never had a problem. I was trying to optimize my pc a lil and turned off auto update for all my apps (including meta). When i booted my pc back up it said that i needed to update to install new drivers. I tried to update the software but it would not so i uninstalled the software and not it will not let me reinstall it so Im just stuck at the moment and would really appriciate some help as i would love to play my game. What bothers me most is that its not even a game just software and it just wont install IVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM PLEASE HELP. Thank You.

Having brought my Meta quest 3s for £289 in early November,  the item went onto sale for £249- Meta duly refunded me with £40. Since then, Meta are now selling the same product for £209 via my xbox account for £209. The price match has been rejected. Since i have 60 days to process a return, I've been asked to post back my item, receive a refund and then repurchase a brand new headset. This for me is a significant waste of time and resources for all parties concerned- particularly when Meta can simply refund me £40 to align.I've contacted support who said no manager is available for escalation and to comment on the forum for further help. Help please :)

Quest 3- purchased for Christmas 2024- seldom used as controllers are having connection issues. Finally warantee dept had us send them in. Both were deemed to be replaced. Only the right one was sent back. The left is stuck in processing for nearly a month now. Initially told it was a warehouse thing, then it was a stock issue, now its the usual stall tactic of they are working on it. Working on what exactly! Meta has our merchandise, we cant use a $500+ system, and we need to be even more patient and wait? They need a lawsuit - weve never sued anyone in our lives- but theft is theft.

Does anyone have a fix ? 

I need help to login my meta account but when i login i need to auth with message but never get the code has been it like for 7 months 

I'm in Australia.The voice search in Google Search doesn't work in the Meta browser (Meta's fork of the chromium browser). I see the microphone icon in the search box briefly and then it's hidden. Bing and YouTube search both support voice search so why not Google Search?

For some reason, yesterday I was able to hear my sounds on voicemod through my headset but today I couldn't hear anything. I'm not sure if i need to update anything or fix something since I'm new with meta. I did switch the audio output to the oculus virtual audio device.

Today I wanted to use it again, but it was still on version 50.x, and several things no longer worked — including casting. When I start Air link appears a note  indicating that  my system dont arrive to the minimun requeriments for a good experience. I'm using an i9 13900 KF and a Nvidia 4070Ti Super.Is this correct?Thanks in advance

Every time I use the Air Link with my Meta Quest 3 it stutters and stops, and then crashes and kicks me, but once I'm on stand alone it says I can connect again. I've changed the bandwidth limit and everything else under the sun, but nothing seems to fix the problem. I've also repaired the app like five times, I've also checked steam vr too cause I also use that too but I don't why it keeps freezing for ages and then kicking me, or it'll freeze take like 30 seconds to 5 minutes to catch up. I don't know how to fix it and I would like some help.

I have successfully been using Meta Quest Link application for a couple months now. I am tethering to my Meta Quest3 headset. Hello, I subscribed to have the developer account for my Quest 3S.  Once I activated and the developer selection was showing on my 3S.  My problem is once I disable the developer mode on my iPad, the developer still showing on the 3S.Q1: How to I get  riff off the developer selection on my 3S?Q2: How do I delete the developer account?  I looked for the delete button, but I can't find it.

Ich habe eine PIN für Appkäufe, und ein Passwort für meinen Meta Account, habe aber nie aktiv einen Passcode gesetzt. Den benötige ich jetzt aber, um die eingeschaltete Funktion abzuschalten. Wo bekomme ich den her? 

Today I attempted to play a game on my quest, when I put my headset on, i was in pass through mode and it just kept flickering, everytime it would turn on my controllers would vibrate. I kept getting an error message saying “unable to join, please try again later” I proceed to turn my quest off and on and that didnt work, i than rebooted it twice than finally factory reset the entire thing. Still nothing, i couldn’t even enter the beginning tutorial. I just sideloaded my headset as a last resort and it has done nothing. My headset is fully charged and nothing like this has happened ever before. It has a very scratches on it but nothing serious. Please tell me theres some way to fix this.

Hello Developers.  I'm on the PTC and have had a chance to test out Hyperscape Capture.  I'm blown away.  It's amazing and I'm so excited at the possibilities.   I notice the Meta Store description says "Coming Soon" is the ability to share a private link.  Any idea when this will be available for testing?  Is this a PTC Beta test list I can sign up for?I am a Quest-loving Mom with a 20-something son who lives abroad, and he gets a little homesick.  We connect on the Quest often.  I've scanned his childhood bedroom using Hyperscape and would love to share the link privately with him, as a surprise.  🙂
