Hi all, On my Meta 3, the meta logo button on the right-hand controller doesn't work. When I press it, the tiny LED flashes, but it doesn't bring up a menu, etc. To get out of an app or game, I have to do a power off/on. Any ideas? Many thanks .

Hi! I have a laptop with a 3050ti graphics card, and for some reason it is on the list of devices not supported for Oculus Link via cable connection.The laptop is more than powerful enough, and I don't understand why my graphics card is limited in use :( How can I bypass this limitation and use a cable connection Link? Air Link works fine, but I would like it better via cable.

Hi all,Got a Quest 3 a couple of months ago and still haven't found a way to get Quest Link to connect successfully first time of trying.From fresh PC & headset power-up with Link cable already connect, I power on headset and try to Enable Link which brings up the Link App splash-screen on desktop, but it never gets any further and the headset just stays on the Meta VR animation.I then have to go into Task Manager, end the Oculus processes (5 or 6 grouped together) then restart the OculusVR service - after which I put the headset back on, Enable Link via prompt again and it works then every time.Obviously it'd be nice if it just worked every time first time hence me wondering why I apparently always need to go through this odd process.If unplugging and re-plugging in the link cable is a solution then I'd very much rather avoid this due to the "wear & tear" that'd likely cause, so I'm hoping there's an alternative solution. Hello I bought my meta quest 3s xbox edition about month and an half ago. I played with it a few time and then put it back into the box. Open again today and the controllers show that they are there but can not select anything. So done some research and said you can put it back to factory settings,did that and now it saying I have to pull the strips from the controllers but they are not there anymore. Has anyone else had this problem and how do I resolve it please help thank you

I had games connection to my oculus on Instagram and my account was delete and i lost all my games i do get them back they were paid for and my dad is  mad for all The money he spent

Can’t turn on my headset is charging for 24 h now. 

My son has accidentally cracked one of the front lens on the outside of his vr headset. It still seems to work ok for the moment. Is this something I need to get replaced (if I can) or will it continue to work if it just leave it?

Eveytime I click "log in",then it will open my web browserThen there is only language setting on my browser. Noting jump out to let me confirm my login.Then I tried to log out and do it again,it show me somthing went wrong.Please tell me how can I do,thx 

The other day I went to go and play on my VR on my quest 2 but when I turned it on I immediately noticed that my right controller tracking was not right. I continued to a game and my controller in VR was a meter from where it was in real-life. The best way I can describe my issue is that my movements of my right controller in VR is an over exaggeration of real-life. For example moving my controller a couple centimetres to the left it moves a meter to the left in VR and vice versa for the right side. This sort of thing has happened before when I have intentionally covered my controllers with a blanket or something. A few days before this occurred I did hit the right controller on a table though I continued playing and it was fine, only days after that incident did the issue start. I have looked online but there is no one with a problem that is quite like mine. I currently use a Qwerty keyboard where i've swapped the keys around to the Colemak layout. I'd like to use the colemak layout on MetaQuest3 but can not figure out how to do this. Does anyone know?

I was trying to buy a game with quest cash but when i press continue it says request not completed then it says it could be to incorrect information. Please help 

My quest accidentally set the lock screen pattern to unlock. When I set the password, it was nine dots. When I set it to unlock, the homepage lock screen showed an eight-square grid.

Every time I put my oculus on my menu disappears and I can only see my room and I can’t do anything else. Sometimes if I launch beat saber from my phone, I’m able to get in but as soon as I pick up my controllers, everything disappears again and I’ve reset it multiple times And nothing.

As the title says I deleted my account and made a new one, but now I can't connect my quest 2 to my new account as I get this error code, anyone got any advice?

got a question. so my vr headset (meta quest 2) suddenly shut itself off while i was playing a roblox game about a week or so ago (vr hands 3.1, specifically). it didn’t feel too overheated or anything, just the usual hot temperature that it always was after playing for a few minutes. now after it shut off, i thought maybe it was a battery issue so i put it on the charger. come to find out (after i took it off the charger) when i load into vr hands again, nothing on the map loads unless i go right up next to it. and i mean NOTHING, so the items on the map, the other players, and the map itself doesn’t load unless i’m right in front of it. i tried another game (natural disaster survival), and that one didn’t load right at first but it had initially fixed itself pretty quickly, but THEN the spawn tower stopped showing if i had been moved to the island for the next disaster. so then i went back to vr hands, same problem was still happening. the map would flicker for a bit and show the ful

V78.1030 will not install over v78.1027.Settings shows v78.1030 available. Ater downloading and restarting version unchanged from v78.1027 and software up to date.Updating via software update tool installs v78.1027.Come on Meta, first it was the v78.1028 update now this.Has the update process been broken and the headset can no longer be updated.

Recently came back to my Oculus Quest after a long period of not using it and did a factory reset after it refused to let me log into my account.  After resetting the device I am unable to clear the setup and therefore can not use my device AT ALL.  I first tried using the Meta Horizon app on my phone.  This got stuck at the health and safety screen and the setup would not progress any longer.  I did some research and saw people recommending to install an older version of the app and clear the setup that way.  I tried installing it on my phone (unsupported for my device), then installed it on my older phone but it wouldn't let me log into the app because the app version isn't supported.  I then tried creating an Oculus Developer account and using the meta horizon developer hub to clear the setup from my laptop.  This got partway through the setup and then got stuck trying to reconnect to the device for multiple hours.  As of now my device is

I have a laptop with a I9-12900H, a 3060, 32 GBs of DDR5 6400 with a 512 GB Quest 3, and yet no matter if I run SteamVR or Oculus VR, after about 5 mins, it starts lagging like crazy with tons of visual tearing, it lags so much that it literally makes it impossible to open task manager. I have 1 Gb/s internet, to which I'm connected with ethernet, and there is no discernable difference between using Airlink and a Link cable. I've been seeing a lot of updates recently but none of them have improved performance in any discernable way. Does anyone have any fixes until Meta can get their stuff together and release updates that actually contribute and improve their software instead of taking up my storage space? 

I recently purchased a quest 3, I updated my device and created a meta account . I installed the horizon app and paired my headset, in the horizon app I see my device and its serial number underneath. I'm missing some promotion stuff so im trying to contact support, when I try it takes me to account center logged into the same account under devices there is nothing there, and when I try to enter the serial number is says unrecognized. So I cannot get any support because it won't recognize or register my device, and I cannot get my device recognized or registered because Noone will talk to me or help me with support?? Next steps?? 

It's been out a while now, and because it's been so hot where I am I haven't used VR in a few months. That said, it will soon be time to fire it up again, so I'm curious what you folk have been playing on 9070s or equivalent?What game has really managed to wow you? I've been debating getting Metro, Alien and Behemoth, but yet to pull the trigger. Have I missed any other major releases?Thanks all!

Ok, On Quest 3s I'm on V78.0 with Navigator. Everything is working fine. I got a software update notification to install v78.1030. First Pic 1 install got stuck at around 90%. Pic 2/3. I choose to install again and instantly says install complete and restart the device. Pic 4. Restarted device, says You're all up to date......and I'm still on v78.0. This happened a couple of weeks ago and I assumed it wouldn't try to update to 1030 again and v79 would come, but it just randomly popped up again. My headset is working fine, no issues except an occasional ipd notice popping up. Really Meta, what are you doing ? I just noticed I can only put one attachment so can't show the progress. I put the last pic No 4 up which shows all up to date with the v78.1030 update ......but I'm still on the same version.
