My child’s account has the child’s email listed as my adult email. When I try to type in my email as the parent email and his as the child’s I get an error message. I think this is because the email on the original account was a grandparent’s and I tried to change it to his email not realizing it would assume an adult account. I need to get this straightened out so that his email is in the child email and my email is the adult email. I’m having a lot of trouble because he doesn’t want a new account where he will lose his friends and connections on his previous account. I had to factory reset the VR to get the grandparents info off and update it to mine. It won’t even let me add my kids previous account back on the Vr.  Can someone help me please? 

I have had this for 2 months and I can't use it anymore.  I replaced the batteries I've cleaned them. I don't know how to get the head set to respond with the hand controllers help anyone? The screen randomly sends me to a black screen saying searching for my movement.

There is currently no Meta support under Parental Supervision to 1) Gift an In App Purchase & 2) Have your kid 'Ask to Buy' something.  So if you gift an app and your kid wants an in app purchase, they can't get one.  If your kid want's to buy something, you have to gift it.  They cannot ask you electronically to buy it themselves with a concealed parental payment method.  I have brought this to Meta's attention and asked repeatedly to keep the evolution of their Parental Supervision going.  

So, whenever I am either recording or casting, the camera menu still shows when the Universal Menu is minimized. The thing is, it's completely immovable. It obtrusively stays in the middle of my boundary, right in the way, so whenever I'm in game, and I'm shooting, there's a decent chance that I accidentally click on the menu. if this happens, I drop my weapons in game and can't move for at least a few seconds until I've got the menu away.  Is there really no way to remove this? at least make it just stay in the Universal Menu, and minimize whenever I close the menu.  Any help with this would be appreciated

I have an Occulus 2. I can only play games while looking down. When I hold my head level or look up  the headset shows the room boundary. I have reset the boundary multiple times and all experimental options are turned off. 

I bought a Quest 3 and it had dead and even a bright pixel right in the middle of the screen. So I bought another one and the same problem :/ eBay had a recent event of £75 off and so I bought another one and I picked it up out of the box and noticed the sound of something inside the headset, so I shook it around and there is a rattle in there with something getting stuck in the fan.Like.... Can't you guys make headsets without faults? 

I can't believe how bad Quest support team has gotten.  I use to have great support about a year ago. Now they are crap.  Why?  did they outsource everything?  first, they do no ready your support issue and just reply with bogus info, after two or three back and forth they finally are on the same page but still don't understand their own system. This is freaking joke.  Meta you are billion dollar company Hire people that can address and support us!     

Since getting v79.1027 yesterday my charging has stopped working.I want to roll back one update.is this possible? can it be side loaded or something?

Today I wanted to play in VR with my headset except that it was impossible to connect to a link with a cable except that yesterday I played in a cable link and I had no problem and from one day to the next it no longer worked, after I know that just before stopping playing I switched to air link because the games were buggy a little so I wanted to see if air link was better but then I stopped playing so today when I went to meta quest link (application) I saw that in my devices I no longer had my quest by cable link connection and I tried to put it back by selecting my quest 2, then cable link and there I tried everything but it no longer wanted to detect my headset while it worked very well yesterday, could I have some help please?

I am a newcomer here, so please bear with me.I've recently gotten into EarthQuest, (Amazing), and am trying to figure out a way to play mp3's from my own library during play. And not just for this, but other gamers as well.Is there anyone you know who  has a customized MP3 playlist that they play while they are playing games and apps?Thanks!

So I’ve been using my quest regularly and then suddenly once I picked my account out of the 3 I have on there it disappears and my controllers won’t connect making me resort to hand tracking and there’s a lock on my account 

Im not gonna lie the meta quest 2 has got to be the biggest waste of 300 bucks i have ever seen after just months of having it it slowed down to the point to where recroom wont work or download when i try to uninstall and re install i had just gotten my oculus 5 hours ago and its already messing up this headset is horrendus 

so i had a problem with my headset saying loading on the game but it loads on the pc but it dosent let me interact with the game and it does not like to work idk what to do?

I’m wondering how much pcvr performance is assisted by the headset. I know that you need a pretty good gaming pc to run pcvr at high frames but will the headset you use boost performance or is it all just the pc. I’m using a quest 3 with wired link but would a valve index/vive increase performance

So one day im playing Animal Company vr while in a call with my friend. Nothing seems to be wrong for a bit then my friend starts ignoring me. I check and it doesnt register me talking. Do I leave the call and talk to him through game, and my mouth wasnt moving. Then out of no where my audio cuts out. No moving sounds, no weapon, utility, or items making sounds. I cant hear my oculus quest 3 turn on or off, cant hear anything in or out of game, and I cant hear anyone speak in call or out. Yet I cant even hear music from the meta browser while playing If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me

Hi, I'm trying to add my daughter through family centre however, once I put my card details in and then confirm for Meta to take the £0.99 from my account, it just says 'sorry, something went wrong, we're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can' Its frustrating, as I've been trying for a few days and I get the same message.Any advice would be appreciated 

I have a Oculus Rift-S headset. I've downloaded the MetaQuest Link software and installed it. My PC motherboard is Asus P6X58D Premium with 24GB RAM, Intel Core i7 930 CPU, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080. I have made sure that I am up to date on all Windows patches and up to date with my NVIDIA graphics drivers. When I start the MetaQuest Link SW I see a message that says my PC does not meet the minimum requirements even though it does. I've removed almost all other applications that may cause a conflict. I've uninstalled and re-installed the MetaQuest Link SW. I've rebooted. I made sure I that I'm plugging the USB cable into a powered USB port. My headset is still not being detected. Is there something I'm missing? Are there any logs available to troubleshoot this problem?

I have purchased I am cat and played it lots in the past. The game has now disappeared from my Library.It’s listed in my purchase history but when I click on it to redownload it it is asking me to pay. my headset was replaced a few weeks ago due to a fault but I can play all the other games I have previously purchasedPlease could you advise as I don’t want to have to buy the game again.Thanks 

i got meta quest 3 and im wondering if i need to manualy transfer my data for a game that have a bunch of mods in that i dont want to reinstall because i did the blade and sorecry nomad nexus installer where you copy the mod from nexus and paste it into the installer and you get it and im wondering if i need to manualy put the files in or if they will auto go on 

firstly, i can see that normal viev  is vcery bad and blurry also when i wanted to play DCS with those vrs i couldnt play normaly i had 30 fps trash viev evereything in distanse is blurry i tried a lot changing setting in meta app and dcs but it didnt work. i saw many videos on yt with very good view in those googles. could somone help me  ??? pls oh and also i cant use airlink cuz im getting glitched view and it dissconect after that

Has any developer faced this issue? I have been getting mail every week to update my tax information, but I updated almost two months ago, which is supposed to be fixed by now, but my payment is stuck. I can't even do anything about it.  

Hello when I play a game on my meta quest 3 the boundary is always a blue bubble and I can't change it to roomscale it always adked for it before.please help!

I have created some 3d renders for the vr presentation about 2 weeks ago, viewed them and can have a fully immersive view, worked perfectly,Same views and images, no changes in the 2 weeks but i can only view them in 2d, has the gallery had some changes done or something else is new? Any suggestions how i can view the same images in 3d again?Thanks!
