Send report after 10yr old pops into a horizon world and starts using the N word and saying he's gonna fk everyone in the *ss. Report comes back 30secs layer claiming they didn't violate anything. Seriously?

    Hello everyone,        I had ordered metal Ray-Ban’s I believe April 25th and I had gotten them and they were not what I expected, even though it’s a cool product. I’m in college and I got them for a project but it doesn’t do what I thought it would so I requested a refund  less then a week after I gotten them and the meta support team was very supportive they reach out said they sent a return box so I did as instructed when I received it and had went to a fed ex location to have it shipped out. It only took a couple days for it to get to the location I had gotten the notification from fedex that it made its destination and it’s been 2 months now and I only get a couple emails with the same layout saying that they haven’t found it that they will let me know what they come up with. I was wondering what route I should take to get in better communication because I really need the money for college I had bought It originally for college. &nb

i am basically trying to wipe my gallery (most of it atleast). it's very annoying to do it with gallery because you can only delete one at a time.i would like for a "select all" button for the app so i can swiftly get rid of unwanted or accidental videos or photos.

My friend’s accounts were recently disabled for allegedly breaking guidelines but we have no clue what they did to break the guidelines. We tried an appeal through Instagram but it got denied. We’ve tried to just move on and create a new account but it keeps deactivating them. Is there any way we can contact Instagram or Facebook or Meta?

Recently bought a meta quest 3s and redeemed horizon plus  games on the mobile app, A few downloaded automatically, and after I uninstalled them, they keep trying to download again.I uninstall and remove. But then a bit later they are in the queue to be downloaded again. How do I stop this?

Well bollocks, we've got a telly thread so I thought I'd create one for films too.I'm currently working my way through Movies With A Twist Collection 3 which I downloaded years ago from TPB. All of those torrents are now dead which is a shame because I didn't get around to downloading Collection 4. I wanted to know if I could because I've seen that the Meta Quest 3 is better than the Meta Quest 3S and I just wanted to trade in my Meta Quest 3S for a Meta Quest 3

   

Unless I'm being hit with severe onset dementia I don't recall ever having to do this. If the quest app was giving me sh*t I could just google the problem and browse the forum results that popped up. Now I'm being told to make an account? Adding this to version 79 since I didn't see 77 or 78. First, I want to thank the Meta Quest development team for all your hard work and the ongoing improvements you bring to the platform. I really appreciate the effort that goes into each update.However, I wanted to share some feedback regarding the Meta browser. Since upgrading from version 76 to 77, I’ve noticed that video playback from media servers (like my Jellyfin server) no longer works. For example, I was halfway through a movie on v76, and after the update, playback just stopped working the next day. I’ve seen others mention similar issues, so I know I’m not alone.It’s worth noting that my server still works perfectly with other browsers and Jellyfin apps—this issue seems specific to the Meta browser. I was hoping version 78 would resolve it, but unfortunately, the problem persists, and I haven’t been asked to version 79.  While I am hopeful v79 "could" fix it, with the other issues I'm seeing, I will probably wait

HelloIn my computer I have Geforce RTX 5080, Also my VR headset is "Quest 2"I can not install the  Oculus Setup in my computer it is stopping somewhere. Is it because Geforce 50+ series are not supported? If so when will this issue be solved?thank you

To all the Wander app fans, There seems to be a problem with the Wander app. For example, if I search for the location, Dramas 1 Suite 501 Nicosia Cyprus, it takes me to the wrong location in Cyprus. This used to work fine about one year ago, when it took me to a multi-story building in Nicosia. Actually, if I search for any location, it always takes me to the wrong location in Cyprus. I'm using Version 0.3569. Apparently, the publisher of the app is no longer in business, so Version 0.3569 is the latest version, which has not been updated since year 2019. Since the version has not been updated, I'm wondering how could the app have worked a year ago but not now? Can someone perhaps try to duplicate and confirm this problem to determine if it's something I'm doing wrong, or if it's indeed a problem with the app?Thank you,Peter  

with the new update the virtual keyboard was removed from horizon workrooms...now there is only the passthrough one...absolutely impossible to use, especially on the quest 2 where mixed reality is in black and white. anyone knows any workaround? maybe a virtual one I can add there like on immersed?

Hello, I understand that one must have a Quest for Business account to do the "Login with Workspace" on the Windows App so I can do Windows Remote Desktop (only way I can do remote desktop for work). I am fine to pay the fee to do this, since it is not supported at my work. The thing I am worried about is paying to do this with a non-work account and then only being able to use that non-work account to log in to the workspace, which won't work. I need to log in with my work email and my work workspace. Is there that limitation? I am afraid that the only way I can do this is if my work signs us all up for Quest for Business? Seems very unlikely they will do that, but I would pay it just for me if I can then log into any workspace. Since it is like $300, I am wary to just try it out without some sort of confirmation.

Hello, I have an Oculus Go that I was booting up, and it's stuck on the 3 dot loading screen, no matter what I do. I've already done a hard reboot, and this did not fix it.I fear it's because the app updated on my iphone. Is there literally anything I can do, or did Meta brick my Oculus Go forever?
