My account was compromised. Now Instagram asks me to reset my password, but I get an ‘error occurred’ every time. Support chat is limited. Can you help me recover my account?

I like to do sim racing, and when I found I could do iRacing using my Quest 2 I immediately started using it a lot. It is a much more immersive experience, and much more realistic. However, after a while I started to get this feeling that I had something stuck in my ears. I didn't even think that this might be connected to my Quest usage in any way. Normally when I mow my lawn I use those foam ear plugs that you squeeze and put in your ear, and they then expand to fill your ear, and I started to experience a sensation like I still had them in my ears after I took them out. It wasn't that my hearing was muffled - it just felt like I had something in my ears. I just put up with it for ages - I assumed that the earplugs must have lead to a build-up of wax in my ears. I took a beak from VR for 1 year. After i came back There was a message Telling me to go ask a parent. When i logged back in, it said i was suspended. But i dont have a parent assigned to my account. So it is lost. And i want to switch over to my new account, in which i cant.

 Hello Meta Community,I’ve been trying to connect my Facebook Page and Instagram account to my Meta Business Account, but I keep running into issues.Sometimes, the system shows that both accounts are linked, but inside Meta Business settings, they are not actually connected, and I can't use business features (like cross-posting or insights).I also receive an error message saying:“Couldn’t add your Page and Instagram account to a Business Account.”I already:Confirmed Instagram is a professional (Business) account.Verified I’m an admin on the Facebook Page.Tried reconnecting both accounts multiple times.Tried creating a new Business Account, but the issue still exists.Please help me solve this issue. Hello!My headset self updated itself to v71 earlier this week and I typically use my Meta Quest 3 to watch YouTube/Netflix while my spouse is asleep next to me. I use bluetooth headphones to isolate the noise to myself. After the firmware update I noticed when watching video content through any of my installed browsers, the video will just be a stationary picture. I noticed if I disconnect the bluetooth headphones, the picture will begin to move or work  normally, then if reconnecting the bluetooth headphones, the video will start stuttering until it freezes.I've tried resetting the headset and I've also tried updating to v72 PTC and the same issue persists.   My Oculus Go is no longer working properly. Let me explain:Everything seems to be functioning fine, the battery, charging, remote, and screen all work as expected.When I perform a reset, the Wi-Fi connection shows as excellent. The Oculus Go displays “Connected to Wi-Fi – Continue in the Oculus App.” However, when reaching the next step, the “Continue” button is greyed out, and the loading video spins endlessly, as shown in the photo below. I have no idea how to fix this.A factory reset has already been done.I’ve also tried exiting and rebooting the device, but the result is the same: the video won’t load, and the “Continue” button remains unavailable.Thank you for your help!

I’ve noticed that my right controller no longer tracks I’ve done everything needed to try and fix it I’ve reset it I’ve factory reset took the battery out for 30 seconds I’ve I did everything needed to fix it but it doesn’t seem to work I need a fix because these controllers are expensive man I don’t got 100 dollars this stuff it was a gift I need a fix please 

Is there a way to access a game owned by a guest account on my account (admin) because i bought both and own both accounts so i don't know why i cant just have it on my admin account. If not is there possibility of a refund?

I'm wondering that with the drive towards sustainability why don't we have a slot on the device for customers to easily replace wasted headset batteries? Surely it will be better for the environment and reduce electronic waste. Same situation exists with mobile phones. In the past we could replace a battery easily. The technology exists to make customer battery replacement very easy. Should we all be pushing Meta to do more for customers who have exhausted batteries rather than trashing the whole headset and buying a new one or having to return it to service, particularly in countries where local service does not exist. A slot for installing a new battery is technically very simple to do. My device is new so not an issue, but one day this battery will die. 

Is the passthrough on Meta Quest 3 clear enough to read documents or code on a computer monitor? I'd like to know from someone who has actually tried it.

Can anyone explain how we can get discord to work with the microphone and play games at the same time. Is this possible yet?

I'm trying to replace my left quest 2 controller after it died on me and when i try to put my postal code it says "invalid format" after looking closer the region selected for it is switzerland and not sweden where i live and doesn't offer me the possibility to change it either

Hello everyone,I would like to ask if anyone has been encountering issues after the last April update, around 24th April to be exact. I mainly use the headset with wired link to play VR sim racing. Before this update, I had absolutely no issue, shortly after the install, the VR connection is lost after about 15-30, after an intense session.Is there any fix for this? I saw that there is no way to roll back the driver... which is quite a shame. I was so excited after I bought it and set it up, only to have it crash now every half an hour.

For context I’m on Quest 3. I’ve installed the REALVR mod and know that it’s in my game because I have the REALVR menu. I can play the game through my VR desktop however, the actual VR doesn’t work. The REALVR menu says VR status: Not rendering and pressing the start VR button does nothing. I’m still in desktop mode in VR. Is there any fixes to this or have I wasted 10 bucks?

After updating to the v77 system, my Quest 3 has developed an issue where the battery level does not increase when charging while powered off. The only way I can get the battery to charge is by performing a forced restart (holding the power button for 30 seconds). If I shut it down again, even after turning it back on, the battery won't charge unless I force-restart the system. What could be causing this? I’ve tried a factory reset, but it didn’t fix the problem.

Just about every time I wake the headset and connect the Meta Link for PCVR, the floor height in the link app jumps up to chest level.When I quit and go through the convoluted steps to launch the floor height tool, it gets the floor height correct usually in about 1 second. So it's not like it's hard for the headset to do. Then I have to accept and re-launch the Link so it opens with the correct floor height.Is there any way to get the Link app to pay attention to the current floor height without needing to manually set it?Is there a way to launch the floor height tool in one step? A shortcut? Currently the fastest way I've found is to launch the Settings app, scroll up to Search, pick the history item where I searched for it before, then when on the screen that has that I can hit the box-arrow icon to actually launch.Is meta working on a fix for this? It seems like a bug to me.

I have both headsets, and i definitely prefer using the controllers of the psvr2 more than the controllers on the quest 3. I was wondering if i can use the psvr2 controllers with the headset through pc vr? Is there a way to do this? Please let me know

Hello,I'm experiencing a problem with the World Desktop Editor. Since this morning, the application only shows a black screen upon launch, making it impossible to use.It was working perfectly yesterday. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, as well as deleting its folders, but the issue persists.

Mis límites abarcan una superficie amplia, sin embargo, cuando entra al juego, no los reconoce correctamente y genera, aparentemente, un área de juego más reducida. Esto impide que pueda moverme con libertad como antes. La mesa desaparece enseguida y vuelve a mostrarse la realidad física. Por ejemplo, no puedo responder a tiros largos que requieran alejarme de la mesa o desplazarme lateralmente. Me gustaría saber si esto tiene solución, ya que revisó todas las opciones posibles. También me gustaría saber si es posible instalar la versión anterior, aunque imagino que no será sencillo.Gracias por todo y un saludo a la comunidad.
