Thanks everyone for all your feedback on our previous builds, we several bugs were identified in the last PTC and the solutions for some have shipped, while others are on the way! The Public Test Channel (PTC) for Quest v57 is starting to roll out for Meta Quest Pro and Meta Quest 2 soon. Our new process from v56 worked great to create specific threads for each issue that's happening so let's do that again! If you're seeing an issue or bug after updating to PTC v57 jump on over to our Get Help board and search for any existing thread, if you don't find one, make a new thread. Please add the tag PTC v57 to the thread and in the title. This way everyone can look for just PTC v57 issues too. It's best if you can post each bug you spot in its own thread, to keep track of individual issues separately. Share your impressions and let us know if you see any issues. Please make sure to also send in bug reports along with posting here if you notice anything go

Dungeons of Eternity is more than just a cool name for an action RPG—it’s also a very succinct description of the game itself. It uses procedural generation to assemble a new dungeon every time you play, and each contains a different mix of combat rooms, traps, puzzles, and other types of chambers. To celebrate the launch, we spoke with two of Othergate’s co-founders—Designer Ryan Rutherford and Programmer Andrew Welch—about creating their own unique fantasy mythology, the challenges they faced while building the game, and how they plan on updating Dungeons of Eternity in the future. Check out the blog for the full interview.

One of your employees is lying about his age. He is the Technical Program Manager and he is 16 or 17 years old. Also this employee has been extremely rude to me and a couple of other people. If this can be checked out this would be great. His name I believe is ****. I have no idea what he told you what his age is but It is not what he claimed it is. To help find who he is, his Instagram user name is @*******. Thank you for taking your time and reading this hopefully we can resolve this issue.

I am a teacher and would use a set of android phones. I would qr code from Google maps a photosphere, but when they scan i set to open in streetview app. Using Google cardboard, the streetview allowed to split and active the gyros. Well, Google killed the streetview app...even older apks won't work as they killed the back end too. Using Google maps there is a tilt to view.....but NO VR split. Does anyone know if this is integrated into another Google map....or does anyone know if there is a work around to get VR using Google cardboard and the streetview photospheres? While I love Google, so frustrating that they killed this app off as it was an amazing resource for teaching history...taking kids to museums (inside), historical sites, and just exploring geography effects on culture. Btw Google cardboard app is no as well. Thanks for any help
Hi everyone, I am a new MVP to the Meta VR forums. I chose to accept this honor and privilege because I feel it is a great way for me to help make sure that VR heads in a great direction and keeps going full steam ahead. I personally love VR and AR content. When the pandemic hit a couple years back and I was layed off numerous times, from numerous jobs VR was there for me so that I could feel good and jump back on the job horse, even though I did feel pretty down when that happened. So I wanna give back to VR as a whole. The virtual world has afforded me many very amazing experiences and a lot of entertainment which I am thankful for. So because I am thankful I want to make sure that it goes far and is around for a long time to come. Actually, if I am being honest, it would be a great dream of mine if one day it leads to a full-dive system like the popular anime "sword art online" not requiring any implants. Well, minus the whole getting trapped part though! Heck, maybe even one day sw
In our second Asgard’s Wrath 2 Dev Diary, Oculus Studios Senior Producer Mari Kyle takes us on a deep dive of the game’s asynchronously social dungeon-crawling mode. Check out the blog for all the details!
I've been away for a while, so forgive me if this has been discussed ad nauseam. I really dislike these forums, and looking at the daily use and numbers of replies to posts, these new forums feel more like a blog and don't make me want to continue posting or giving feedback like the old forums. The old forums had 100's of replies daily with a lot of topics created daily and on some days even more than that. This place looks like a ghost town compared to the level of participation we had in the old forums. It seems like since you have to scroll down the page so far to get to different topics that people just look at the first couple of topics and then move on. The first topic just racks up views and replies, not because people are interested in it, but just because that's the only option you have without putting in effort to find something to discuss with anyone.Forums need to show you a good number of topics and let you choose which ones you are interested in. Here, you can o
Thanks everyone for all your feedback on our previous builds, we several bugs were identified in the last PTC and the solutions for some have shipped, while others are on the way! The Public Test Channel (PTC) for Quest v56 is starting to roll out for Meta Quest Pro and Meta Quest 2 soon. We're going to try out something new this time around! Instead of a single megathread, we'd like to gather feedback for specific issues in their own separate threads. For example, if you've installed PTC and there's a sticker of a pink elephant unexpectedly following you around the room, jump on over to our Get Help board and search for "pink elephant PTC" or something like that, if you don't see any existing threads, make a new thread in there, put PTC v56 in the title and something like "Haunted by Pink Elephant", and post it. If you add the Label and Tag PTC it'll help everyone search for just PTC issues too. If anyone else is seeing the same thing, they can find your thread and jump into it
