Blank I have a gray screen with no menu , got it for my son for Christmas GameStop won’t do anything about it because I bought it on December 14th passed the 30day in store return policy , meta won’t let me send it back because it was first turned on on December 25th which is still in the 30day window

I have a first-generation Oculus Quest VR headset with the games I purchased. I recently purchased an Oculus Quest 3s and cannot see the games I purchased on the original. The only problem I can think of is the used IDs are different i.e. one is userid48 the newer one is userid79. Obviously, I have not been able to talk with any customer service people, and the AI doesn't help with any support. I know things have changed as far as accounts with Meta, but I can't find anyway to do a merge thing or whatever to fix this. Has anyone ever had an issue similar to this? I'd appreciate any help, thanks in advance. 

We recently purchased a Meta Quest Pro. When we attempted to connect the headset to a PC using the USB-C cable included with the Meta Quest package, the device was not detected. We then tried a different USB-C cable, and the headset was recognized; however, a message appeared stating “Use USB 3 for a better connection.” We connected the headset using a USB 3 port, but the device was not detected. We also have issues with pairing the device. Could you please help us with these issues? Looking forward to hear back from you soon,

Hi,I bought a quest 3 on ebay. It was a brand new, sealed unit. Unfortunately the set-up has resulted in a software update loop and I need to action the warranty (ebay seller not responding helpfully).Is there an email or contact form anywhere so I can discuss direct with Meta?Thanks 

I just spent 5 hours trying to link my new 3s to the Horizon app and tried everything possible that was recommended on line.  Someone told me there was a post on here earlier today about this issue in which Meta acknowledges they are aware of the issue and are working on fixing it.  Anyone else try to connect a new one today?  Any issues?

Samba share used to work with Pigasus and 4xvr player. Now it does not work. I tested my server (which is just a Mac) with my ipad and it worked. I'm using a quest pro. my father has a quest 2 and it didn't work either.both apps just give me a login incorrect error.help! I miss samba share to stream my content!

Hello,Quest 3 feedback suggestion:Allow option for internal speakers to work with 3.5mm or bluetooth headphones connected. Reason:For devices such as the Woojer haptic feedback vests, straps or subwoofers, you cannot use the built in speakers due to connecting these either via the 3.5mm jack or bluetooth. Adding this as an option would not hurt anything, heck you could even add a pop-up to note that this setting has been changed and where to find it each time something is connected.Advantage:There would then be no need to use additional headphones when wearing a haptic vest, haptic strap or when using a subwoofer. Headphones can be cumbersome or not even possible to use with most VR headstraps. Many thanks for listening. 

Connected to Internet Connection on Meta Quest 3S but when I join a game it says 'Check your network and try again'When I join like animal company / gorrila tag it's failing to connect to a game. Can you fix this meta? How do I fix this? I don't want to Factory Reset.My headset is right now connected to Wi-Fi but can't play games like online games (multiplayer games)Note: I used another wifi to connect to my VR but it still dose not work it's my VR that is causing the problem.

I have been locked out from my Quest 2 for more that a week. I created a pattern when I was tired so I forgot it when I went to bed and woke up and forgot every day after school I have been trying to reset it I try to connect my phone to the headset and click unlock pattern but still I need to put my pattern in to connect it and as said before I forgot it and can connect and reset it. Is there another solution that I could use and response is very helpful at this point.  Also I looked up oculus support and other videos one youtube which is most likely the worst place to go. This and contacting someone is all I have left at this point.

Hello dear Meta Quest staff,As the title says, I would love to see you adding an Arabic language layout to the Quest virtual keyboard.I just bought a Quest 3 and to my surprise I couldn't find Arabic layout among the other language settings which left me crippled from using the headset to search Google and Youtube among other services and forms.So, please, if you could natively support this, many of us Arabic Quest users will be very appreciative, and we'll be able to use the headsets to their full potential.Much love and all the best!Respectfully,Morad.

hey im from india i have meta quest 3 update stuck and cant finish update 

Hi everyone, I was using my Quest 3S normally last night and turned it off. Today when I tried to use it again, it started blinking a red light while connected to the charger. I unplugged it from the power outlet and plugged it back in, and after that the headset never turned on again. Now there is no light at all. It does not charge and does not turn on. The device is less than 1 month old and was bought brand new from Amazon. Has anyone experienced this issue?I FROM BRAZIL

I woke up this morning to play vrfs and I saw my vr had a dark grey screen, so I rebooted it, then powered it off, nothing happened, I let the vr die then put it back on the charger and still nothing. I have been waiting all day and I want to play on my Quest 2. PLEASE help me with this!

I accidentally bought $28 of quest cash because it lead me to that when I was trying to buy a game is there anyway to get that money back because I refunded that game?

I can't purchase any games. Every time I try to purchase something with Quest Cash or a different payment method, it say's "Request Not Completed. We noticed something unusual and, for your security, this request couldn't be completed. Please try again later, or visit our help center." I don't know why I'm seeing this message as I haven't done anything wrong. I haven't refunded too many games, and I haven't made any unauthorized purchases.

Hi I’ve been playing a game called tactical assault vr and it isn’t going off the screen with the colorful sky and 3 dots. It doesn’t do this with any other game and it’s getting very annoying since it vr restarted my meta, updated it, and thought of anything that would work. I’m please fix it.  

Hello, i bought this 3S and today I charged it up, turned it on, Hooked it to my wifi/internet And then it 'updated' and now it says to pair to meta horizon app, even gives a 5 digit code. I hooked it to my PC and tried to 'pair' it and nothing, it shows up on my link under devices but nothing, doesn't even ask for the code or anything. I tried to brig up menu with the meta button on my right controller, it shoes it loading then nothing, no menu or anything. I tried a reset, hard reset and even a factory reset, nothing still the same thing, is there something I am missing? and why is it impossible to get a live agent to help, that one has me thinking META should be sued and boycotted.

Even with the latest update that assured us that it was now fixed, I still can't connect via link. It no longer stays in an endless loop with the meta logo and the 3 dots below it, however when it dips down to the next part it turns black and completely freezes. Has anyone else had this problem that has found a solution?So far I've tried a complete factory reset on my quest 3, uninstalled and reinstalled the meta horizon link app, tried disabling both my ethernet connection and wifi on the quest, and blocking the inbound and outbound firewall exceptions. Nothing has worked for me, and I'm out of ideas.

I went out today when I came back My map is missing 104 someone has taken this or they are refusing to load it horizon worlds unable to  travel to destinationWere is my map? All the updates I made to the map are missing also

Hi all,I own a MQ 3 since september 2025 and so far it's been working just fine. But last week, I couldn't start it since it was stuck with the Meta logo spinning (no sound) and the screen eventually turned gray and remains that way.I tried to force the restart, went into boot device and tried the side update (which didn't work, my laptop was able to detect the MQ but could not proceed to the update).None of that worked.It eventually managed to switch on twice since then but in the middle of the game, it started to spin and went down saying it could no longer find its location within my space.Then back to the same starting issue again.Since it's not very old and I've been pretty cautious about its storage I am thinking refund or getting a new one from the original dealer.Unless anyone from the community has experienced a similar issue and would be kind enouh to share their experience !Thank you
