Hi all,I own a MQ 3 since september 2025 and so far it's been working just fine. But last week, I couldn't start it since it was stuck with the Meta logo spinning (no sound) and the screen eventually turned gray and remains that way.I tried to force the restart, went into boot device and tried the side update (which didn't work, my laptop was able to detect the MQ but could not proceed to the update).None of that worked.It eventually managed to switch on twice since then but in the middle of the game, it started to spin and went down saying it could no longer find its location within my space.Then back to the same starting issue again.Since it's not very old and I've been pretty cautious about its storage I am thinking refund or getting a new one from the original dealer.Unless anyone from the community has experienced a similar issue and would be kind enouh to share their experience !Thank you

So just today I'm having this issue across multiple accounts and my friends account on their oculus where when we try to start Worlds, it acts like it's going to load then just send you back to the quest screen.  They even tried a factory reset and it didn't get them back in.  What is going on?

so, on my left (meta quest 3) controller, the "button" does not do anything, and the cover, is just stuck, and i have meta quest 3 only a month.

I bought a Meta quest 3S from Best Buy a month ago and that bundle came with a walking dead red redemption game. I’ve gone back-and-forth with Meta and Best Buy trying to get a redemption code to download the game that came with it. I never received an email or anything with a code and Best Buy stated that Meta should be providing this redemption code to me anybody having this issue?

So, I finally decided to upgrade to the Q3.  I didn’t even realized it’s until I got home that my headset included Batman:  Arkham Shadow.  Awesome.  Well, after a couple hours, I still cannot figure out how to find it.  I’ve redeemed stuff in the past, so I know where I should be looking.  However, I can’t redeem it from the store, it’s not in my, digital content, not in my library, literally nowhere.Anyone else run into this?

My son had been using the Oculus account I had setup for him with the headset that he predominately uses. It came up with a recent issue being that it recognised someone under the age of 13 was playing on my 13+ account. Firstly yes I allowed this and its my right as a parent to allow him to access the things I allow him to access but I did regrettably confirm my age and then create a 10-12 year account in family centre for him. Now due to this frustration I just removed all limitation and to be completely honest he has more access now then he did before simply cause this is all imposing on my right to parent my child appropriately and it made me angry. I however have come to find out he cannot play the games he usually plays as its restricted and I'm unable to provide him access to these games, which again, as his parent is solely my right to allow or disallow. Is there a work around to this at all or is Meta just getting worse and worse?

Helloim having an issue since yesterday there is a message that appears constantlyservices mobile device core has systematically stopped workingI also have system ux stopped working some times i have no idea why. I did 2 factory reset and issues are still occurring, firmware is updated to latest, my Oculus quest 1 is literally unusable at the moment. i was able to play games yesterday but i tried to mirror the headset to phone using Meta horizon app, on the app it would just load indefinitely. I had received the autorisation pop up on the headset to autorise mirroring but it continue to load on the mobile app and not able to see the headset on the phone. Its on same wifihow can i go to fix those problems? thanks in advance

Hi there I am locked out of my normal account after apple replaced my phone instead of repairing it. I followed other threads advice of PM’ing Metaquestsupport but they don’t seem to reply. Is there any other way I can regain access?Thanks

Hi, I have a problem with my Meta quest 3s. White or clear images (including writing) appear with glows on a black background. This also applies to the dashboard (with a white theme especially, but slightly scanned with the black theme) when I use the headset in a dark environment. When the logo appears I give an app that I start on a black screen has 'stripes' as if I had dirty glasses (I also wear glasses but they are quite clean, as well as the lenses of the headset) and it also happens to me with the light of any element of the game (same light bulbs). I'm undecided whether to make a return or keep it, because I don't know if it's a defect or it's right like this. I know that fresnel lenses have this factory defect but it seems more accentuated to me. When I activate the immersive house (very bright environment) the halos disappear. I have been working on an app with a developer that allows you to walk on a treadmill and see the area around  your feet and part of the treadmill while viewing a 360 video. The videos would be hiking in the woods, a beach, or maybe trails. This feature allows for comfort and safety. I am looking for input on the features that users would like to see.

When I power on my Meta Quest 3, the built-in speakers make a brief crackling/popping noise during boot.It only happens at startup; audio is completely normal afterward.Is this a known firmware/initialization issue, or could it indicate a hardware problem?

I have been seeing a lot of people say the same thing in this forum but i know one guy will be able to magically fix it. LET ME GET STRAIGHT TO THE POINT META LINK ISNT WORKING FOR ANYONE AND ITS PREVENTING ME FROM USING UNITY. PLEASE IM BEGGING FOR SOME ONE TO FIGURE THIS OUT ITS A PAIN.

For last few days I'm unable to play any VR MEDIA content from Meta store via MEDIA PLAYER. Everything is up to date, over 300GB of free space and even reset did not help. Could someone help me fix this issue? 

I would like to be able to see my hands in the X-Plane 12 simulation software, unfortunately OpenXR is not supported for the Quest 3.X-Plane 12 does not natively support hand or finger tracking for the Quest 3 at this time.Any update here is welcome

I bought a meta quest one, and I'm furious to find that I can't even use it! The setup is just completely broken in the app and I have found many forum posts from about 3 years ago of people complaining about the same thing, although now the workarounds they suggested don't even work any more.  Would like to relight the fire on this one, please can this be fixed?

I’m starting this discussion because I’ve seen multiple people trying to get the same performance from an off-brand cable that does not provide fibre optic connectivity versus the Meta Quest official link cable that does.There is a absolute reason as to why the Official cable is worth more than a video game right now.I guarantee if you use the meta quest 3 ( I do right now), you will benefit from the official cable more than the off brand.The official cable also uses USB-C to USB-C and not USB to USB-C which indicates better bitrate capabilities.I do have a beefy computer so results may vary based on your individual computer specs but my computer utilized the official cable much better. (7900xtx graphics card)Try out the official cable if you think that your experience is limited because you didn’t buy the actual cable meta recommends.Meta does not provide a USB to USB-C official cable and you can wonder why now.Hope this post helps anyone that has enough money to upgrade and wants bet

I have bought a gift card and while trying to redeem it I have run into problem of getting "Error performing query" every time I try to activate it. It's a US card, so I'm using a VPN to activate it, but it still doesn't work. I have reinstalled Meta Horizon app several times and tried several VPNs but still get this issue. Is there any other way to resolve this issue? 

I realize this sounds like a cable issue but I tested with multiple cables and the same thing happens. Things were working fine until the last update (the update that fixed the last update). Meta Link does boot up, but it then*very easily* crashes (disconnects). Yea I realize it could still be a hardware issue but I'm hoping not, i can't afford a new one. Is anyone else noticing this?

HiI am trying to join the Meta account, but I’m stuck in a loop. Every time I attempt to create my account using my Outlook email, I am asked for a video selfie. Despite following the instructions perfectly, the system immediately rejects the creation.I am a real user and just want to get my profile set up. Desde la ultima actualizacion v83 no puedo utilizar en limite fijo dentro de Meta link, solo el limite de entrono el cual genera una asquerosa malla visible todo el tiempo ya que aparentemente necesitas una habitacion vacia de 10 x 10 metros para poder utulizar sin problemas debido a la sensibilidad del sistema guardian, ademas de que por alguna razon cada que cambio entre entorno y aplicacion hay una pantalla intermedia en un entorno 3D de esos tipicos de meta worlds, terribles por cierto, honestamente cada vez me arrepiento mas de haber comprado esta porqueria de tecnologia, cada vez menos util y mas adaptada a su asqueroso metaverso.

just tried to link headset with internet connected now get a static crackle through  the headset and still no conection to meta horizon  what ever you did in your last updates has slowed conection speed of vr headset in game ie from desktop to VR it used to be istant now it takes approx 15 seconds who ever is doing the updates is making things worse
