meta needs to lock in bruh, link hasn't been working all day and no matter what trouble shooting i do it still doesn't work. I'm guessing this is a meta problem cause I've changed nothing on my pc, it was working perfectly fine yesterday.  

I connected my Quest 3 headset using AirLink and played Blade & Sorcery on my PC, but the next day I couldn't connect. I fiddled with it and managed to reconnect somehow, but the following day I couldn't connect again.I'm seeing messages like 'Headset not found' or 'Could not pair'.I'd appreciate any help you can offer.

I know this has probably been said but I thought I'd throw in a few suggestions:Do we know if there's an ability in the works to alter said Meta Space in the app or outside?          I've got a could of scans that I've done that I would Love to alter.Do we know if there's going to be a Clip/Fly mode implemented?          That in it's self would help in visualizing. Like my Room for instance, in planning out thing to move or placing new items in it.Setting Start position on boot up of room, changing Bound walls          Is one's self explanatory. Hi, I found a temporary workaround for Horizon Link not connecting.If you urgently need it for development like I do, try the steps below while we wait for Meta to fix the issue.Workaround (worked for me — both USB-C Link and Air Link were failing):Disconnect your PC from the internet (disable Wi-Fi / unplug Ethernet).Navigate to:C:\Program Files\Meta Horizon\Support\oculus-client\Launch client.exe manually (do NOT use the desktop shortcut / Fixer.exe).After starting it this way, Horizon Link connects successfully.(Optional) Reconnect the internet after the connection is established.Summary: If Horizon Link suddenly stops working, try starting it offline and run client.exe directly from the install folder.

My wallet has been locked due to suspicious activity, I tried to get it appealed but after I took the pictures and everything, they just sent the same email again and now when I try to verify it just shows a grey screen 

AirLink was working fine until yesterday, but suddenly stopped working.I reset Quest 3 to factory settings and reinstalled Windows 11.Wired AirLink works fine. But Wi-Fi AirLink doesn't.Virtual Desktop and Steam Link work fine, but AirLink is the only one not working. I'm having an issue with Passthrough since the latest Horizon app update. Quest 3 running v83.1034. Issue only manifests in Passthrough running on Meta Horizon Link 83.0.0.311.349) Using Unity 6.0 for testing but it affects all passthrough apps that I've made. Computer has an NVIDIA gpu.Objects in passthrough apps have an upward offset duplicate that resembles a drop shadow. I've made a mockup to demonstrate what it looks like through the lenses.That "drop shadow" doesn't quite follow the 3D objects, either, so if I turn my head it becomes slightly different in its offset. This happens with brand new projects in the demos, and it also happens with older software written in Unity 2022. I've tried a variety of the plugins in Unity, too, and it happens in every one. Recently upgraded to i9 (16 Core) and from 1660 ti to 5070 ti. Upgraded the motherboard as well but not the storage. I had the desktop editor downloaded with the old setup. It worked on the previous setup. Now it opens and stays black. I have tested many other software including Blender, Unity, and high end games and they all work perfectly. I have also tried uninstalling the editor along with manually deleting every folder/content that didn't get removed with the uninstall. I then reinstalled, but still get the same black screen. It doesn't act like anything is wrong. It doesn't bottleneck the cpu or gpu. I have tried Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling and changing the graphics performance preferences just for tests with no differences.

I am very disappointed that I cannot cast my kid while they’re on VR, this is the opposite of keeping kids safe. My agreement with my kid was whenever they play VR I need to see the screen and cast to the tv for their safety. Removing that functionality makes it less safe for kids and I’m debating on sending it back.  Please add this as a feature that the parent can cast their kids screen to the tv.  

 hey so I've been having this problem for the past week... my phone works just fine my computer is the problem mainly. but I've been getting graphics card not compatible with device but when looking up everything works completely fine. I'm slowly loosing patience from this problem and I'm also on the verge of giving up on it as well. if anyone know what's going on that would be great I've put everything down with the problem as well. oh and steam VR doesn't work as well. but i did manage to get it connected once with a USB cable but after that nothing

I recently purchased a Quest 3 and noticed a faint pattern on the screen during. This ended up being what's called "Mura", which is a manufacturing defect in the panels themselves. This should usually be pretty minimal in most units, but I even noticed it during normal passthrough mode and navigating Horizon OS. Assuming that my unit had poorly binned panels, I decided to open an RMA and ship it off in hopes of receiving one with less mura.The RMA was opened on December 22. I dropped it off at a Fedex site that same day. It arrived at the Reconext facility on the 26th. Despite the arrival confirmed by Fedex, it would stay on "Awaiting Arrival" ever since. After hearing anectdotes from other customers, I was under the impression that the replacement would be shipped within 3 days. I understand that the holidays probably affected this, so I sent an email on the 29th to ask if this was expected. Our Quest 2 got stuck in the Logo screen boot loop and we tried several things but it persisted. Performed a factory reset via the headset. Upon restart everything was fine until it came time to pair the headset. My Meta Horizon app still shows the headset, but the Headset settings are greyed out on its page and the little icon to right switches between loading and an orange “ ! Alert triangle.”        Upon trying to connecting to the headset to the app via its code, yields no results. The status indicator under  under headsets battery status also switches between it (connecting) and (Headset Not Connected)  I have searched through here and several other places to find a solution and while it sounds fairly common I cannot get anything to work. I have reset the headset numerous times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned my phone on and off. Nothing seems to help. Even with my headset and computer completely disconnected from the internet the PC link does not work. Stop telling everyone it's their fault. Gutted valuable developers, local only link bricked, likely abandoning Quest 4. Any future Meta product is almost certainly off the table for me at this point, hope your stock bricks in the same fashion.... Shameful... faceless... facebook.

So last week I used meta cash to purchase Batman Arkham shadow as a gift for my child (on his headset as he was the primary user). Prior to purchasing it I had unblocked it and allowed the app to be used under parental controls. The purchase was made and I received a receipt by email with an order number.  However my son never received the app or even a notification that a gift was sent, as well I don’t have access to cancel or ask for a refund for the purchase. Under Manage gift it will only allow me to view the product details and doesn’t say “sent” or “pending”. After spending hours going around in circles the meta help AI says that the device is not supported?  Is there anyway to help me resolve this issue or do I need to wait 30 days for the gift to go unclaimed in order to get a refund? Any assistance is appreciated.

I thought of replace my Quest 2 with Quest 3 but decided to take a look at the latest OS updates on my Quest 2 before. I've updated and the result is awful. One of my favorite media apps is now broken :(Now i can't watch HQ videos as my internet connection is not fast enough for HQ live streaming. Before updating i was able to cache HQ video and watch it any time i wish to. I was able to take it with me in to travels and watch offline in train or plane. I was able to show that videos to my family. Now this is complenely unavailable. How can i get back the "Cache HQ video" button?Furthermore after the update i can't find most of my favorite VR videos in library. I was able to remember some names and find a few of them with search but the rest are missing. I've tried to browse the catalog but there only a few videos in a few categories. No "browse all" category and "show all" for categories themselves. So the library is about empty while i was able to watch my favorite videos just a few

Owned Walkabout  mini golf for about 7 months now it won't let me in to play any of the many games i purchased or even the newest Tikia Coco..what do i do

Before there was an option (switch) to remap "JUMP" to right lever forward.  After a reset I can't find the option anywhere.  In the actual remapping section the only options for the right lever are Left or Right.  Am I missing something?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, when I cast to the tv the meta quest 3 works for about 30 seconds then it all crashes. My internet speed is around 30 but suddenly the whole thing crashes, internet speed registers around 0.7.  What is wrong, is there an issue with the hub or a fault on my meta quest 3. If anyone has any ideas would be appreciated
