Yes. They are charged to 100. In the app before “forget device” from Bluetooth list as I wanted to reconnect them. Charging case plugged and unplugged type c cables 3-5 times quickly to reset. Glasses. The common turn it of hold the shutter and turn on trick that works every other time does not. Matter of fact no leds flash. Only time now that it flashes ANY color is a white light while it’s inside the glasses and only while holding the shutter button. Blinking white light. Glasses inside the case. Lid open. Holding shutter button. I’ve watched many videos. Nothing has worked. I stopped using them 3 days ago. Yesterday I pulled them back out. Didn’t work. Thought maybe they didn’t charge. Nope. Not the issue. No lights on glasses. When I dock back into glass case for charge steady orange light comes on. Then disappears after 10 seconds or so. No other light comes on. please help. 

I don't like draining the battery when I'm not using my Ray-Ban meta gen 2, at night I turn the glasses off and shutdown the meta app. In the morning when I'm ready to use them should I start the app first then pair the glasses to the phone? Newby here only day 3. Reason I ask is somewhere when starting the glasses I could connect to Bluetooth but the app didn't get the connection. I had to start over and reset the glasses, uninstall app then install the app. It was pretty frustrating, just want a simple start up.

Suggestion: I have a hard time reading textbooks, and recently I have been using Meta AI to read a page to me (which is helping me a lot), however, it would be cool to have a dedicated way to have Meta AI read the book out loud without having to cover a previous page for it to capture the next page. 

Hi everyone, I recently bought some Oakley Vanguards to use while training and sync them with my garmin but when I try to connect them the garmin option doesn’t show up under app connections. Any help would be appreciated.  

Hi guys,Really loving my Meta Ray Ban Wayfarer Gen 2 glasses. The built in camera has really enabled me to take shots I'd normally miss (due to not getting my phone in time, or not bothering because of the faff). I'm having trouble starting a hyperlapse however. Wondering if you guys can point me in the right direction?I've tried "Hey Meta, start a hyperlapse" and "Hey Meta, record a hyperlapse". The glasses respond by making a confirmation noise, and the recording light comes on. But it stops shortly after. If I go to my Media page I can see it's just recorded a standard 3 minute video. My glasses are on the latest firmware available, and I'm based in the UK.Am I doing something wrong?

New here and enjoying Meta glasses. Question about my connection. I have wifi disabled, but bluetooth tethering enabled in my connections  Tried making a call with glasses and went directly to phone. Meta said (calling Joe on phone)  I suspect a connection setting is issue. I guess question would be are calls only able to be made while on wifi network?  Thanks

Hello everyone, I cannot settle 60 FPS on my Rayban meta 2, i have only 1080 30 fps and 3k 30 fps, I don’t have the option on the Meta ai app, my version is 20.0. please help me !

I updated to software version 21 on my Meta AI display glasses, forced a restart of the glasses, forced a restart of the Meta AI app on my Samsung Galaxy Fold 7 phone and am seeing the handwriting feature working correctly with this new release, but I don't see the Conversation Focus option in the glasses tab of the Meta AI app. If I say Hey Meta, turn on conversation focus, it responds with Conversation focus is not available on your glasses. I updated my glasses to software version 21 and am enrolled in the Early Access program. Why is this not working?

Hi everyone,I just got my new pair of metal display 2 days ago!!But I’ve noticed something strange with my device’s battery performance. After just a 15-minute video call, the battery level drops from 100% to around 40%. This seems way too fast for such a short session.Has anyone else experienced something similar? Could this be related to a recent update, overheating, or maybe a background process consuming too much power during calls?I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences or any troubleshooting steps that worked for you.Thanks!

Hello, I am still on version 18 for my Meta display. As an electrician, that works with their hands, I purchased the Meta Ray band displays with the intent to fill my work with the hyper lapse feature, as well as the slow motion feature. As I understand it, only half of the owners of Ray ban meta displays or Ray Bay metas have the hyper lapse feature available. This is fine, although, I am unable to respond to text by drawing on my leg as well. When I purchased these glasses, I was told that they would be updated regularly by Meta. Now I am concerned that Meta will not be updating the glasses, but rather release new glasses instead of working with what they already have. Is there any timeline for any updates? I really do enjoy the style and the idea of the glasses, but very few of the features that were advertised to me are even available. I create content daily, and I have to bring my videos into an editor in order to speed them up. I would really like to do this native of the glasses

And Meta Support is trash... wasted 20 minutes of my time without offering any solutions.What do I do with these useless glasses now?!

After working fine all day Meta AI threw a wobbly and disconnected from my iphone (17 Pro) and wouldn’t re pair with it. I tried telling my iPhone to forget them and deleted the meta app… then reinstalled the app and started again…. (several times I may add)…..but although my iPhone‘s bluetooth says connected. the meta app is living in it’s own altered reality state and refuses to pair still…. I tried a factory reset on the glasses and I cannot get the factory reset light to come on on them after doing the five clicks on the capture button, although a factory reset of the case itself worked ok….so what next please??

Case no green light, only amber even after several hours charging. Tested other usb c cabels and chargers but no charge. And no blue light for paring not even after factory reset. So problem with both case and glasses.

I updated to V21, and I don’t have any of the new features listed.  Furthermore, now a lot of the settings are disabled.  I have tried a factory reset and still the same issues. 

Hi there, I recently bought a pair of the Meta Raybans Wayfarer Gen 1s. Now, I’m at the stage where I can connect my Instagram and WhatsApp to receive notifications. When I try to add my cellular number, the calling function works, but the messaging doesn’t. I’ve enabled the Bluetooth settings that are required, but it keeps looping the same screen, asking me to enable those settings. Can you please help me with this issue?

The audio of my HSTN stopped to work.I have already done a factory reset.Full charged.In the app shows a message that the audio will not working until the speaker are fixed.   

I'm constantly getting a speakers aren't working notification, I can't force restart the glasses. When I attempt, I get no red light, it's like they just power on. I tried factory resetting them but when I press the button 5 times nothing happens, certainly no orange light. And the latest is that it seems like they're on a loop of restarting. It will flash white, finish with green and then the speaker notification over and over.

My Ray-Ban Meta Gen 1 sunglasses have a problem. They no longer connect when I put them on my nose. However, when I place them on a table, they connect and turn on, but not when I'm wearing them. I've recently updated my phone. If you can help me, please.

I signed up for early access on my display glasses and neural band and received an update alert that there were new features for handwritten responses and teleprompter. I updated my band and glasses, but I am not able to access handwritten responses in either Messenger or WhatsApp. The options to answer are still just video call, audio message, dictate or photograph. How do I get this working?

I'm trying to use the translate feature pn my Meta Raybans. 1 how do I download the software for this feature? 2. When I touch Translate on the app the app crashes  

Case won’t charge only amber light. And can’t get it to turn blue.

I bought brand new Rayban Gen2 Meta Ai glasses this weekend. My partner was setting the glasses up for the first time and within 5 mins of use the glasses overheated whilst he was doing so and connection completely stopped. Keep in mind we were inside our air conditioned home at night time. The battery went from 100% to 29% within minutes and kept draining whilst we had the glasses sitting under our air conditioning waiting for them to become usable. Do I need to send these back as faulty? They have never been used!

I successfully paired the meta display glasses. But when I come to the next step with the neural band, I press the button 3 seconds, it vibrates and starts flashing white quickly. The app detects the band and starts pairing. But, instead of starting to flash white slowly as the app shows, it just turns off. And then, the app shows an error. Heeeelp!

Soni just received my meta displays  and I haven’t received to latest update. My glasses are still on 18.1  I’ve tried force restarting them several times. I’ve reset them a could time. And reinstalled  the phone app on my iPhone and it still say the glasses are up to date. Any ideas on how to fix this issue
