I for the longest time thought that DeoVR was to blame, but since the firmware update a few days ago, I realize it's been the Quest firmware updates hysterically tinkering with head tracking the whole time.I'm on Quest 3, but i had the same issue on Quest 2 - suddenly and without warning, the 6ofD head tracking and dome scaling just becomes "wrong" out of nowhere. E.G., tracking your head forwards or backwards will zoom appropriately, but every other dimension will translate WAY too much as a result, making the video you're watching hypersensitive to tiny little micro motions you don't even realize you're making with your head, rendering almost anything with video or passthrough completely useless. Previous firmware it was calibrated better, it almost seems like it goes normal>bad>normal>bad, with each update. You're basically having to choose between things looking wrong in one way, or looking wrong in a different way. From update to update, It's never consistently wrong

I was playing gorilla tag with a friend and i wanted to download a map in the virtual stump area then the game crashed,i was trying to relaunch the game and it still crashed but this time i am stuck in the virtual envirement loading screen and i need to restart the headset everytime i am stuck in it

After upgrading to an iPhone 17 Pro Max and restoring my phone from a back-up to iOS 26, the Meta Horizon app will not download/restore. I haven’t had this issue with any other apps, and it updated without issue on my iPhone 15 pro and my wife’s 16 pro max. I haven’t checked and went through the entire Apple resolution chain to include a complete factory reset of the phone. please help!

Hello, I am currently using a Meta Quest 3 and I am experiencing three issues. While playing SteamVR games, if I take off the headset and place it on the floor, when I put it back on, the tracking origin resets to the floor level. My viewpoint becomes fixed to the floor, which causes incorrect height positioning in the game. I mainly use my Meta Quest 3 connected to a PC via Link. Before, I was able to switch between the default Quest home environment and the linked PC screen by double-tapping the left side of the headset. However, now when I double-tap, the default home screen does not appear. Instead, I only see a "Return" button, and I cannot go back to the original Quest home environment unless I fully exit Link. Has this behavior changed due to a recent update? If so, is there another way to switch back to the default home screen without disconnecting Link? When I exit a SteamVR game from within the headset, everything works fine. hello;Is there a way to have the Meta Quest Link application run in the Windows system tray automatically ? I recently purchased the PRISMXR PUPPIS S1, and it’s absolutely amazing,it connects to the Quest automatically and provides an internet connection, which is a huge advantage for VR.I don’t want to manually launch Meta Quest Link every time to mirror my PC screen; I want the application to always run at Windows startup.

I received an email that says to confirm your age or your account will be suspended. My son is the only user and has always used the primary account we set it up with. I followed the family center directions to create him his own account within the appropriate age, but all of his games are on the family account. How can he continue playing the games without losing his progress and purchases?  

When I try to load my latest map I get an unable to travel message plus all the updates I made on the map have not been saved were is my updated map? 

After receiving the latest update v2.1 the Meta App Store diplays as grey or gray. Is there a fix to this? Can I uninstall then reinstall the Meta Store App?Thanks for any help.

How can I contact someone to help me fix this. 3 days ago it was working. Then all of the sudden it stopped. I have 27 go left. I deleted 5 games and some other things thinking it was space. I dont want to uninstall it because im halfway through the game now. Anybody else going through this?

I recently factory reset my quest, I've always had one account, so I logged back in, but when I opened up my library, all my games were gone except for bonelab, so I went into the store app and tried to download all my games again, I went onto a few of the games i used to own, and it comes up with the option to purchase the game, even though I've spent money, I even have official receipts from meta that confirms all my payments, im still signed into the exact account, I've contacted meta but they flat out ignored me.

HiI want to play my Xbox games on my Quest 3s, but I want to use it as a bigger screen for my Xbox, since Xbox Game Cloud is not available in my countryI know I can do this thru HDMI Link, but I bought 2 different capture cards before that weren't compatible and Meta Support gave me a list of some compatible card (most of them not available anymore) and I want to make sure I'm buying the correct one The one I found is this one, which says it's like a replacement dock for the Nintendo Switch (basically USB-C to console and HDMI to TV) but in my case would be the opposite (HDMI to Console Output port and USB C to Quest 3s Headset)I want to know if anybody has this or if anybody know a better option to buy Please read carefully again before flagging a post after totally misreading it. I know I can cast the Meta Quest, but that is not what I asked

I have the app sharing on so that my son can play games I purchased on my account. The only issue with that is, that if I try and app on my account and I no longer want it, I'm able to remove from my account but not from my son's account. So even if I choose "remove" on his profile, it doesn't disappear.  The only option I have is to turn app sharing off, which I don't want to do. So, I suggest that we would have the ability to choose which apps to give access to and which one don't. That would give us more control over what type of games or apps my kids are playing and a peace of mind. 

my quest recentering view randomly on home or during game randomly on v83 it was good when im in v81 but now thats happens like im playing the game im shooting im dodgin and screen blinks fast and my view is recenteredand this happens randomly like 1min-2minhow can i fix this? i tried resetting factory settings and when i reset it i turn off the updates and the device was v81 and everythings fine and i update it yesterday to v83 this happens againall component is fine btwThanks...

Ive been trying to download this game i got but every time i press on the download button it gets to 0% and then cancels the download. I’ve tried restarting the headset which didn’t do anything so i resorted to a factory reset but after that nothing is downloading still. so now im left with no games to play on the headset because of this problem

I am requesting meta team please unveil if they are working on Asgard wrath 3.Very eager to play the upcoming part with final ragnarok ending of Asgard and rise of new era. My birthday was on February 21st and my mom got me 5 vr games, and sent them to me in the form of a gift around 1 pm.  I haven’t received any pop ups or emails, and when i visit the page of the games that were bought, they are asking to be purchased again. It is February 22nd, 2 pm, and I still don’t have anything.  I hope it’s just a system error that can be resolved soon.

Purchased my son a $30 meta quest gift card so that he could get a bundle in the game UG. We redeemed the card and now cant seem to find the bundle without it wanting us to pay $30 again. How do I redeem the bundle we got him?

I am trying to purchase the game "Plastic Battlegrounds" on my Meta Quest 3s, but everytime I try to purchase it, I get an error message saying, "Request not completed. A problem occurred when trying to complete your request. This can be caused by entering incorrect information or trying to complete an unauthorised action." I have talked to multiple people at Meta and still have not had this issue resolved, I even got an email this morning telling me that I can use my payment account again just for me to get the same error message. Is there anything I need to do to fix this error?

Bonjour, J'ai un problème avec l'application Muvia walking. J'ai installé cette application pour la tester, elle m'a plu. Quand je veux la lancer à nouveau on me demande un code OTP et un login. J'ai entre mes codes habituels, impossible de la reconnaître. J'ai cherché dans les mails, pas de trace  de code OTP pour Muvia !Est il possible de repartir à zéro si je desinstalle l'application ? Je vous remercie. Cordialement 

How do I download an app in the google playstore to my quest 3 so i can use soem of those apps, when i try it says there isn't a device associated with it.

Seriously—there’s now a dedicated “TV” app with a movie section, including a couple of 3D trailers for Avatar, yet there’s no section for 3D movies at all. What kind of dropped ball is this? I should be able to open that app, select 3D movies as a main option, and watch The Super Mario Bros. Movie in 3D on my Quest 3. VR is perfect for 3D movies—so how is this still not nailed in the Meta/Quest/Horizon/TV experience? At this point, it’s just a sick joke.
