So I had 200 credits and decided to use them so I bought an additional 1100 but now when I try to use them it won't let me

Aber nicht über den Link sondern über die App. Ich habe jetzt Angst das mein Account trotzdem gelöscht wird, weil ich nicht über den Link gegangen bin. Bekomme ich nochmal eine Bestätigung das alles geklappt hat? Mein Kind spielt Gorilla Tag und haben da auch schon einiges gekauft. Auf dem Account von meinem Kind wurde der Spielstand nicht übertragen. Er muss von ganz von vorne anfangen. Das ist sehr ärgerlich. Trotz allen Einstellungen geht es nicht. Was muss ich tun das der Spielstand bzw das was wor grkauft haben von meinen Account auf sein Account übertragen wird? 

I'm not sure if this is due to the new overhaul of the Meta TV / Meta Horizons TV app, but one of the best immersive films "The March 360" seems to no longer be available. I believe this film was produced by TIME in partnership with Meta Quest, and the quality seemed great. Is there any reason why this film would be removed from Meta's platforms? 

When i load in gorilla tag and i wanne play this message shows up on the leader bord and the computer and it says unable to authenticate with mother ship reason failed to get a token for meta auth with mothership Java.lang.nullpointerecxe ption:  attestation request failed (executionexeption after 216ms) please help me 

So My Meta Quest 2 Has Been Fine Up Until Yesterday, I Put On My Vr Ready To Play And All Of My Games Had Disappeared. So I Went To The Store To Download Them Back And The Get Button Was Grey, So I Went On the App To Install And It Was Stuck On Install Queued. If Anyone Can Help, I Would Appreciate It Very Much.

Greetings,This is such an exciting application.I recently created captures of my childhood home. I divided the house into smaller sections to scan. Most of the scans worked out well.The problem - I stared one scan in a small room at the base of a set of stairs. I scanned the stairs, then climbed the stairs to scan the upper floor. I completed each phase of the capture, returned to the base of the stairs, and began the next phase. The result of rendering starts me at the base of the stairs, but it doesn't let me climb them. I am confident the data is there, but I cannot reach the upper floor.Is there a way to change my starting location or teleport to the upper floor?I am thinking my only option is to capture it again. I have a second question.How durable are these scans? It seems we may not be able to rely on captures as a long-term asset. I am interested in any context or plans for preserving these captures.Thank you in advance for your constructive replies.

ok so,I know that there are struggling people who regret there pass mistakes in getting a game they don't want, them meta support saying, "your time limit has expired" and its SUCKS, i want other things, gtag bundles vail full, game Pavlov, etc. and yet you still don't have access to the card you bought it with. meta doesn't give enough time for us to realize "**bleep**, I messed up..."  so please meta if you're reading this change it to the same time as a normal headsets warranty1 year and 2 days of play time max. sincerly, perc.

I have been trying to download Asgard's Wrath on Meta Horizon Link for my Rift S, but it starts downloading and after a minute or two it stops and tells me "Sorry, we couldn't install Asgard's Wrath. Visit Meta Quest Support to get help.  It was really hard to get the app installed. I looked up and found a solution.  Hey everyone,I really need help.My Meta Quest account got reset/lost after the account migration happened. I had around $150 worth of games purchased on that account, and now I can’t access any of them.The problem is:I no longer have access to the email that was linked to the account• It was also connected to an old Facebook account I can’t log into anymore• Because I lost access to the email, I never saw the migration emails or the coupon emails Meta sent out• Now I can’t recover the account through password reset or login Has anyone else dealt with this migration issue and successfully recovered their account? If so, what steps worked for you?I’d really appreciate any help , I don’t want to lose all the games I paid for.Thanks!

My son has just been scammed for his dinosaurs on the ug game, the username who did was poopmonster. What do I do and how do I resolve this.

When I come to play, I am not able to choose this chair and instead assigned a different chair. I cannot reach HardyWest because he has me blocked for reasons unknown. Regardless, I want what I paid for especially because other community members who purchased in 2022 have theirs. This is evolving into a legal matter and I need to connect with someone to rectify the issue before filing a complaint.

Poor decision to essentially cancel Supernatural. I won’t be renewing anything on my meta quest. This app was the ONLY reason I bought the headset. Shame on Meta. This app has been life changing for many people. So much for following Meta’ s core ideals. 

im able to buy taxi driver vr for 9.99 but when i tried to buy undead citadel for 14.99 it says insufficent funds some stuff like that  i know i have money in my card whats the issue is it because the game is violent ?

I've purchased and allowed Stranger Things (R18) for my 12 year old.  It shows on his 'Allowed by Parent' list, but not his Library.  I assume it's automatically being blocked because of his age.  Is there any way I can change this setting?

So yesterday, I was trying to film a video on gorilla tag, but I was loading it and it gave me an option to either close the app, or wait. I kept closing it, but it didn't work, I reset my vr, Ive like closed its data, Ive uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and only gorilla tag is doing that. What do I do?

Or does the use count return to me if one of these things happen?is there a way to see a counter of how many times a specific link has been used?does the 15% discount remain constant for every person who redeems a certain app or does it decrease over usage (eg: 1st 15%, 2nd 10%, 3rd 5%)? do the persons need to stay friends until 14 days have passed since the purchase? In other words, is it safe to unfollow someone if I've redeemed the referral linked to them?Thank you in advance!

Hi there,I’m hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. The other day I decided to revisit some games I had purchased on my Quest 1, only to discover that my account is now unusable. After the account migration, it appears to have completely disappeared, all the games and apps I bought are gone, along with the money I spent on them.I’ve tried to contact support, but I haven’t been able to get any access to it. It feels particularly frustrating given that Meta has stopped supporting Quest 1 users, which makes it difficult not to wonder whether this situation is being overlooked because resolving it could involve significant refunds.When I originally purchased these games, there was nothing in the policy stating that my account could effectively be deleted or that I could permanently lose access to purchases. From my perspective, it feels as though I’ve paid for content that has simply been taken away.This situation is extremely frustrating, and I genuinely don’t understand

Hello:I was looking at the Meta Quest 3 VR Unit at Costco and realized it might be a genius move to buy for my daughter.   She is quadriplegic and I thought she might be able to experience things she otherwise can't.   It would be great to have her put these things on and be able to experience riding a horse or figure skating for example.She can't really use her hands, so I was hoping folks in here would know if there were many games/experiences available that would take her on adventures in the world without having to use hand controls ?Thank You for reading.Kawang

Trying to setup Oculus Rift S on Win 10 computer.Haven't used it for 2 years and have new PC.When running setup it is stuck on Checking Sensors and won't progress.Tried multiple USB ports.Changed room, lighting, cleaned sensors etc.Ensured Power Options correct.Can't figure out how to submit a support ticket?

Why can't I buy subscriptions through quest cash This is absurd, it's the same money and it's very disappointing that this can't be done, you can make subscription weeks where you can buy subscriptions as you want

In the last week all the Quest I do don't get rewarded with points, I'm glad to see it's a issue that a bunch of us are experiencing. Hope they fix it soon because updating the app, login off than logging in, forcing the app to stop etc, DID NOTHING. Mean while we are doing TASKS that benefit them FINANCIALLY like sharing, joining worlds and having to spend time there. We need this FIXED ASAP! The rewards have a limited time to redeem, it's just unfair and false advertising.
