I thought of replace my Quest 2 with Quest 3 but decided to take a look at the latest OS updates on my Quest 2 before. I've updated and the result is awful. One of my favorite media apps is now broken :(Now i can't watch HQ videos as my internet connection is not fast enough for HQ live streaming. Before updating i was able to cache HQ video and watch it any time i wish to. I was able to take it with me in to travels and watch offline in train or plane. I was able to show that videos to my family. Now this is complenely unavailable. How can i get back the "Cache HQ video" button?Furthermore after the update i can't find most of my favorite VR videos in library. I was able to remember some names and find a few of them with search but the rest are missing. I've tried to browse the catalog but there only a few videos in a few categories. No "browse all" category and "show all" for categories themselves. So the library is about empty while i was able to watch my favorite videos just a few

I’m experiencing an issue while playing Beat Saber.My current Beat Saber version is v1.42.0. Previously, on OS v83, the game launched and worked normally. However, after updating to OS v85, the game gets stuck on the loading screen.The screen turns completely black with white stars. I can only see two black controllers and two footstep icons. When I move the controllers in this dark space, I can still hear sounds.I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game multiple times, but nothing has changed.Please let me know what I should do next.

I installed this application on my laptop without any problems but if I ran setup file on PC there is an error (screen attached) that immediately appears. Why does this happen? Antivirus is turned off. 

How do you make 2 objects collide in horizon worlds? when I try on colision with object it refuses to acknowledge this 

So I keep trying to use Beatsaber, it logs in, but I get stuck on the health warning screen. I can't click continue, it just shows feet on the ground with a controller. I tried putting everything on the ground, nothing. I hit ALL the buttons, nothing. I can't get past the screen. I restarted the headset, shut it down and rebooted from powered down, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app 2xs, still same thing, just stuck on the health screen and can't move past. Anyone know how to get into the game?

So after getting a chat restriction 2 days ago it's now lifted or has been I have left all of my old groups or communities if you call them that and when I tried to join new ones it wouldn't let me it said that I had reached a quote limit it shows in my meta Quest app in my community's tab that I have no communities joint at all but when I go back to my old communities meaning I look at the users that are in there for every single group that I left shows my username still in there.

Hi all, My son has been playing I am Bird since Christmas.The game has not stopped loading, all the other games/apps are still loading fine.I have gone through all the trouble shooting suggestions I have found online and it still won't launch.When I open the app the I am Bird photo comes up but it won't move on from there.I have tried to contact Meta support but it won't connect me to a help chat.Any suggestion would be appreciated.  

I am using Horizion+ subscription for the PuzzlingPlaces app shared between 3 accounts (1 adult 2 13+ teen accounts). When I downloaded the app and go in to it (from my Meta account(A)) the standard puzzles already show as being available (no downloading needed), I go into the second account (B) and it shows the same puzzles available, when I go into the third (C) those same puzzles show as needing to be downloaded (they won't install even if I try to download them). I have tried restarting the headset and uninstall/reinstall the app and for both those actions A always has access to the puzzles but the determination of which one has access between B and C is whichever one I log onto first after the restart or uninstall/reinstall. I don't have any other issues with other apps just this one.  The app developer said that they don't have control over this issues because the puzzles are hosted on Meta's server and downloaded by the OS.  Is there anyone who has solved this iss

I just booted up Eleven Table Tennis after awhile of not playing and my old Oculus avatar from early 2024 before meta redesigned them doesn’t load in any game anymore. Has anyone else had this issue.

Cable link not working (v83I use my Quest 3 for VR flights on MSFS2024 (XBOX/ MS Store) and since the last Meta Horizon App update I can't get the cable link on when the game is running. I wish I could downgrade for the old version because i used to conect the headset when the game was already running. I've already tried to restart the meta services on task manager but didn't work, and the headset gets stuck on that 3 dots and meta logo screen, and it streams the pc audio too.  I've changed the USB port on my pc, reinstalled the meta app, restart headset, drivers all updated and nothing... I wish someone can help me figure out this, thanks. 

How can I make my scanned room appear in the hyperscape explore list or even meta worlds ? I also want to put it on my profile, but only worlds created in meta horizon desktop world tool are chooseable, not the ones from hyperscape...thanks for any advice!

so i have been trying to install contractors showdown and it always cancels when it gets to the front of the queue and i already factory reset my headset and it still wont install. it only happens for this one game and it seems to not care what internet im using.

What's up with the Latency on this app? 

Hello, I Just got an Quest 3s on christmas, I have it set it up and I played around with some of the pre installed stuff and some free games, but for some odd reason I'm not able to buy games on the store. I tried two different cards from the same bank on the Oculus itself, the app and a laptop and none of them worked. The desktop and app both gave an error along the lines "unable to add payment method" or "account restrictions error" I dont have any account restrictions at least i dont know of I follow the ToS, code of conduct etc. Is this happening or happened to anyone else?

I'd like to ask—why has the "Move with you”" feature on the window disappeared? Does anyone know how to re-enable it? Could the official team please respond?

My vrchat has been crashing a lot recently saying I have no memory for the game when I have over 200GB free of storage. I've restarted the headset fully, cleared all cache in the game and nothing has worked, I really don't wanna have to factory reset it just yet incase there is another way I can fix it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've just purchased MQ3 glasses, the usb-C wire, and Skyrim VR. It runs pretty smoothly, but if MQ3 native interface is active (for example, a virtual keyboard to input character's name), lag become insufferable. So I'm unable to go on with the game because entering the name is all but impossible.I think that a workaround for this problem would be disabling temproally the game graphics or allowing to type in the name with the real keyboard.Is this possible? If not, is there any other solution? 

Hallo zusammen. Bin ganz frischer Besitzer einer Meta Quest 3 S und wollte den Homebildschirm ändern. Habe mit Sidequest neue Homebildschirme runtetgeladen, aber ich kann sie nirgends aktivieren. Der Weg über die Personalisierung in den Einstellungen funktioniert ja leider nicht mehr. Gibt es da einen neuen Weg für? Danke für eure Hilfe. 

Unfortunately, 24 hours later, I’m still having the same issue. I am unable to make purchases on the oculus VR headset within the store. It doesn’t matter if I have made a cash on it or try to use PayPal or three different debit cards. It will not let me make purchases all because I made six purchases in a row for $1.99 on beat saber over a month ago.!!!! I am so displeased they tell me they’ll fix the problem but it doesn’t happen so what am I doing wrong and now I can’t get back to a live chat!!

I have captured my room, and in the Capture app, it shows that it has been created. I have also received a notification that my world has now been created, and I can now join.  However, when I clicked on 'Join', it would show a bubble pop-up of my created world, and then everything would disappear to display my current environment. I have scanned this twice and both times the world was created, but I can't enter the world.Secondly, neither of the created worlds is reflected in my Preview app. In my preview app, I could see another world that my friend had previously created but this does not appear on my capture app. TLDR: Worlds on Capture app dont appear on Preview App, cant be accessed as well. World on Preview app can be accessed but does not appear on Capture app.

After the last few updates meta quest 2 stopped playing videos in all of my vr apps and the stock player that is installed. Videos that are local on my meta quest 2 worked fine until the update I am unable to revert to older versions that did not break the device. This sucks. Deovr was able to stream from websites just fine and play local videos as well now I can hear them but have no video. If I am streaming I just get a forever load screen same in the stock player that came in the device. Tried a factory reset but it saved all of the settings and didn't really let me factory reset. Removing my info and removing all of the software and starting from scratch are two different things. I am able to play games but and go into your stupid universe but that is half of the experience. Issue one all videos that are streaming from websites "that worked fine!" not working all local videos "that worked fine!" not workingIssue two unable to actually remove the trash software that broke

Hy my name is Mayson it’s been a while sins I tried logging in my vr account but then I saw that they stopped my account. I don’t really know why because it’s been so long and I don’t get any info why only when. Pls help 

I wanted to try using Hyperscape, but when I checked the store, the download button changed to “Unavailable” and I can't download it. My headset version is v83 (PTC already installed). If there's a solution, please let me know.
