Have a gift card for Bear Saber and every time I input the code to redeem i receive a message "Error performing query". Contacted support and they said I'd receive an email immediately. Still waiting on the email. I feel like this is a bait-and-switch

I just made a meta account now give me all my old oculus games associated with this email!

Do you know what this super long image is?This is the list when I sort by "Newest" in "Brawse All Games" on Meta Horizon App. This is sooooooooooooooooooooooo bad it brings tears to my eyes. I have to scroll and load over 20 times to reach the actual newest game (red circle one)!!! 🤪This isn't because there are a ton of crappy gorilla games, but because it shows even unreleased games. Meta devs, ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Have you never considered usability? Someone might say, why not just look at "New Releases" section? Unfortunately, there are many new games that aren't displayed in "New Releases" section. Not only crappy gorilla games. Even properly made games don't show up!!! 👿 What a terrible store. Meta, display new games in New Release section!!! Even if game devs put in a lot of effort to create their game, if it's not listed in New Release section, it's less likely to be seen by people who don't know about the game. I can download free games but when I try to purchase one, it says "feature not available to you" please help me

Previously, logging into Disney+ from the Quest browser was hassle-free.As of Monday, it's now not working, in that Disney+ is directing you to download an App, but when you follow the direction, the page can not be found.Checking to see which platforms are supported the Quest, or Quest Browser, is not on the list.Any suggestions as to where to go next? 

I am unable  to access the variables tab in the scripts menu  this  is very frustrating as I cannot finish the map I was making I've already made 102 in total now I feel as though they are forcing me not to continue the map  I'm pleased with the work I have done on my map I hope they can fix this soon PS I will probably require a new VR device in the future so was wondering what my options would be.

 I've had a quest 3 since release and used to love it, but over time its gotten worse and outrigh hostile to the user. Self-installing and corporate pushed apps like Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp are useless and take up space. There are also games and "experiences" that I have no desire to ever loom at that are force installed. Theater Elsewhere, Bobber Bay Fishing, Super Rumble, the Office World, Kaiju City Showdown, Mega Tasty BBQ, and many, many more are forced to be on my device and eat a lot of storage space.  I'm considering selling or trashing the device and deleting my Meta accounts. It just gets worse as time goes on and their AI slop machine public relations bot doesn't do anything to help or address concerns. The soulless husks that wirk at Meta do not care about making a good or even functional device. It is beyond ridiculous to betry your usebase like this. 

There are 2 accounts on my Meta Horizon App both are using the exact same app/ the same version of the app (as noted above)One account (My Account) if you click quests and rewards you see 2 tabs (Rewards Hub & Available Quests)The other account has 3!?! If you click quests and rewards you see 3 tabs (Rewards Hub & Available Quests & the the one I don’t have “World Rewards”)   how is this possible and how do I get access to the world rewards tab?  (Also plz look at my post about the missing horizon plus exclusive rewards tab missing as well as that is a more important issue being an unincluded paid feature)

my old Oculus account was never migrated so I can’t sign in anymore.But I bought The Walking Dead Saints & Sinners while my Facebook account was linked to my Oculus account.The purchase should appear on my Facebook commerce history.I’ve already created a new Meta account, so I need you to transfer my Facebook-linked entitlement for this game to my new Meta account.

Just picked up a meta quest. I havent even gotten the device setup yet because it has a controller that won't pair but some how I have violations for VR experiences or whatever. Can anyone explain this to me? Just playing around on Horizons and I get this message if i click on a "world"....

 So i've quest 2 and 3 and play games regular i was wonder if is a better way to manage files if i delete a game its gray scaled and with over 200 apps its quite a lot is thier away of adding a extra app screan i.e to sectionising apps.  Gameshorrizons gamesgenral streaming apps ediiting apps/ word ect. Genral apps settings messanger/ fb/ chat cameea and ect?i just feel it would be more user friendly  if you could organise library more

I was recently banned on instagram for no reason, they said they have reviewed my account and found violations and they won’t say what i did to cause this. I talked to an agent today and they told me their decision was final, i then asked if they could do anything about my games that i payed for. They said they don’t have details for that but told me i can get support on the website (basically talk to an AI). Is there anything i can do to either get a refund or get my games back? Let me know.

I was inside of VRChat at the time, when my headset suddenly reset and booted back up with an update. I spawn in the Horizon Central Environment, It showed me this "Welcome To Passthrough" popup, I click through the pages and close it, but then I realize I can't open my menu, and the popup from before, it just keeps showing up again. I also notice that when I go to the Power Down Menu, I can see a portal and a mirror that don't show up with the "Welcome To Passthrough" section. I have been banned on your platform twice in less than a week I have done nothing wrong the thing that they have said that I’ve done is not true I have no way to contact any form of support and all I can do is submit an appeal and wait until it’s convenient for someone else to look at it and decide if I should be unbanned or not I need somebody to help me with this issue I’m willing to give every form of verification needed to get my account on banned but somebody’s spam reporting my account and there’s nothing I can do except just deal with the ban and I didn’t do anything wrong
