Why, for the love of god, can't you lock the HDMI Link App window to track your head movement and not float in a world space? The window should be able to be moved to your liking and locked to track your head movement. What am I missing?

Beat saber is an amazing gaming app. Currently doing my thesis research in VR based stroke rehabilitation. All my stroke patients love this app. It would be better if it has Hand sensor mode. Kindly help and I would be grateful if Meta and Beat Saber team if they lend their hands for better future in VR based rehabilitation. Thank you.

Hey everyone. With Horizon+ subscription you're supposed to get perks included. Such as horizon+ user promotional coupons,  monthly quest cash,  exclusive avatars ect. To clear this up there are 4 users in my house hold and a 5th and 6th family member outside of the house that all have the horizon+ subscription. 4 of those subscribers are quest 3 users, 2 are quest 2 users. On my quest 3 and my daughters quest 2 we do not have access or even a tab that shows our perks. The other users all have a perks section in their horizon plus tab either on app or in their headset store. Ours just simply isn't there. So I'm missing out on a lot of perks I'm paying for by having the subscription on those 2 headsets.... I contacted meta support and all I got was we will get back with you. Any ideas???

Hello guys! I bought the game Walkabout Mini Golf. A few days later I bought the Bundle Hole in One. All games in the bundle are shown to me as installed and purchased in the store. But in the game I can't choose it. It is indicated in the game that I should buy it. I click on it, nothing happens. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. No change. I can't claim my money back because it's paired with the base game and it's been played for more than two hours! I am neither able to play the bundle nor get my money back! What can I do?

Someone please help. Son had meta quest account in my name with my age. Then changed it to under 13. It now needs a new subscription and I cannot access the account as an adult to fix it. Would love to chat to someone but cannot find any details.

i migrated my oculus account over to meta a couple years ago. since then the email i used for all my accounts was hacked and i was able to reset it and change it to a good one. a few days ago an instagram account was set up under a different email i own and i had to get into it and delete it from my meta accounts. when i did this and then tried to log back into the meta app to play some elite dangerous, NON of my apps i purchased when my account was oculus are showing as purchased anymore. how can i resolve this? the support pages are about worthless when i try to search for it and ive followed the "log out of all meta sites and clear cache and cookies" with no luck. is there any way to get ahold of someone real on their tech team?

Hello, ich have a problem.when ever i whant to play the PC version of Bonelab or Onward I have like a double Image not like fuzzynes on the outside, I mean like everything, when i close one eye its normal. When i play the Standalone version it works fine. And a seperate issiue, my hands dont work.Specs:Meta quest 2 Ryzen 7 788X3DRadeon RX 7900 GRE32 GB RAM

Hello, I am dealing with a nightmare situation. I purchased my son a Meta Quest 3 a few years ago, he used it happily for some time and several games were purchased. In testing something for another parent, i set the birthday on his account to much younger than he is. I have contacted Meta Quest support several times trying to resolve this, but apparently there is no way to correct this on the account. So now we have games purchased on that old account as well as progress in games locked to that one profile with no ability to shift them to another profile on the account.1. Is there really NO WAY to reset the age of an account once you set it for a child? This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. 2. Is there NO WAY to transfer the purchases that that account can no longer play to another account on the same unit? I've looked far and wide, but I haven't been able to find a way to do this. Thank you in advance, i REALLY hope we can resolve number 1, but #2 should

I was on NFL Pro Era. went the the in game store and clicked on the defense dlc. usually it takes me to the quest store to purchase and have me put in my pin. but it instantly purchased the dlc. i had no card on or meta points on my account. so how did it buy the dlc? I checked my purchase history and its not there. I searched the DLC in the store and it says i have not purchased it. So how do i have access to it? i even deleted and reinstalled the game in case it was a glitch but no it still says purchased? checked my bank account and no money was taken out either. 

So I got a Meta quest 3s because I was very excited to get the free Batman game with it. But apparently I am not eligible even tho I paid the same price and bought it this Friday 14th Nov 2025 from Best Buy, Canada just because my box is missing a tiny logo. Is the game something I can still get or not? If not then Imma apply for a refund because that's a 70 CAD game everyone is getting for free while I am being asked to buy it.

My son got a meta quest 3 for his birthday and I followed the steps to set up an account. However now I am unable to approve any of. His requests and I am also unable to adjust privacy settings. I have followed all of the advice online but cannot get it to work. As you can imagine he’s very disappointed 

Hi all,I recently reinstalled Lone Echo 2 hoping to play it again, however upon booting the game up and making it past the accessibility setting screens no problem, I was placed in the main menu environment, but all the buttons were invisible. When I hover my selection cursor over the areas where the button should be, I can hear the little noise they make confirming that they're there, but they're entirely invisible. I'm playing the game over Meta Link using a Meta Quest 2, the same device I used in the past. The only difference is that I'm running it on a newly built PC. So my questions are: are there any known fixes to what I'm experiencing? and, does Lone Echo 2 have any known issues/incompatibilities with the newer gen hardware I'm using? (newer gen i.e. RTX 50 series cards, DDR5  Memory, or AM5 CPUs) Thanks

Received v83 via PTC.Previously when starting the headset, the battery icon would be faitly dull, then the meta logo would display very bright with quit a lot of bloom then after spinning it would lose the brightness and bloom.Since the update, startup is full brightness and somehow everything is brighter and soft. When plugged in I see maybe 10 percent battery drain over an hour, with v82 I'm down 20% in 20 minutes with the headset plugged in, not even running any app.It literally sucks.Am I able to manually downgrade to V81 somehow?

My son requested Gorilla Tag Storm Master, I followed the link and bought this, I have the receipt and can see this in my purchases but my son does not have access to this and I can’t gift this to him. Really confused

Hello,I´m more then frustrated about the current situation. I used my OCULUS RIFT VR since years without any kind of problems. Since the last updates following happend:The Simulator I use is DCS.When the sim is started, the view while using the VR google is stuttering and the pic freezes after some minutes.I checked the settings and temperatures - around 59 degrees at highest - so the Geforce 3080 isn`t a problem - Latest Nvidea driver is running.I changed the game settings to nearly zero: no shadows, lowest texture quality, visibility to low, no after rendering processes like AA, DLAA or DLSS - no filters, no sharpening - Everything to low.The Rift is still stuttering and finally I have a freeze after some minutes - It comes with flashes short before. So my specs are: i9 with  , 3080 with 10GB RAM, 64GB RAM and Win10. Latest META driver (because I`m forced to by the software - Thanks a lot for nothing!!!)  So please: Fix the latest drivers and make the Oculus

On Gorilla tag (metaquest 3) board message with red backround states unable to play with other reasoning mothership token, tree house won't allow to play with others, and large blue circle surrounds screen. I've tried restarting router, restarting metaquest headset, clearing game cache, uninstalling and reinstalling game, making a new boundary, confirming date and time are on auto. I have plenty of storage space, parental controls aren't on.What the heck happened. How do I fix this??

I have been playing bobber bay fishing for a bit and each time I go to store to buy something, it won't show the information on the store screen and I can't buy anything. I click on an item and nothing comes up for information on item. I can not buy anything in there. The players that where on last night where having the same issue. I have uninstalled horizon world and bobber bay fishing several times to see if that changes anything, with no luck. I need help. Not sure where to report this.

Hey everyoneI’ve been looking for some cozy or slow-paced VR games something relaxing to unwind with instead of all the high-action stuff.So far I’ve enjoyed Walkabout Mini Golf and Vacation Simulator, but would love more suggestions!I even shared few cozy VR experiences just personal notes if anyone’s curious.What’s your go-to “comfort” game in VR?

Have used Puzzling places for a year.  Over 50 completed puzzles.  Opened tonight and have 0 completion of puzzles!  Downloaded reboot from Cloud.  Nothing.  Reloaded app.  Nothing.  Any help out there? 

I have 3 avatars. Every time I open Worlds it tells me i first have to create an avatar. I choose one make changes and save but then it just tells me I need to make an avatar.

So an update happened.   Just logged on and found out all my old environments have vanished and cant get them back. I want my campsite in the woods!  What happened to CHOICE?  The quest 3 is supposed to be enjoyable, and this really ruined the fun for me.   My games are lagging,  the room scale and stationary settings keep changing when I am playing, the passthrough is annoying.   The social platform is getting to be too forced. I didnt get the oculus  to be social, I got it for games and fun.  And the bloatware apps.....

hi, i'm having a problem with grow a farm. Instagram promises a sticker as a prize for 2 minutes in that game but i've been playing for over an hour and i still haven't unlocked the sticker. how do i solve this bug? how do i report it to meta at least?

Hopefully someone can help as the support just sends me in circles. I have gone back to the desktop app after a while and all of my games are missing.  I bought a bunch of them from the Oculus store. I know there was a mess with requirements for oculus/facebook/meta accounts.  When I try to link my FB account it just says max meta accounts linked. I dont see a way to link the oculuis account.
