Hello all, I have a slight problem with the camera roll on the meta horizon mobile app, because although I have enabled all permissions and uninstalled and reinstalled the app, my camera roll still appears completely blank. There are clickable empty squares that you can click as of there was a picture there, however clicking send results in an error. Is there a solution to this? 

Meta, is your team working on a fix for this substantial issue that practically all your users are having right now? It's been months, we are unable to play the games we paid money for.Stop telling us to restart our quest. Stop telling us to do factory resets. Something in a recent patch for he Quest 3 made many games unplayable, you should have tested an update before throwing it live.This is bad.

If I record something in my Quest 3, is there a way to edit the start or end of the recording on my computer without using the headset? link to anysoftware?

Hello Hello, I just bought a new meta quest 3 512gb with Batman Arkam Shadow included, but it does not have the game, I looked at my email and no code I was on the game store and it is marked that it is not free  I would like to have the games as it is indicated on the box

On my account when i join a call i can hear my friends for two seconds then it cuts out. they can never hear me. my mic also doesnt work in any apps/games. I have tried restarting and other things. any ideas?

So I'm trying to make mods for bonelab, but in unity it says for me to select the bonelab installation folder, so I go on the Meta Quest Link PC app, login, and connect it to my quest, but when I go into the library on the PC app there are no apps.

Hello everyone, I have two Quest 3s and have successfully used app sharing for all games so far. Now I've bought "Home Sports" for which app sharing doesn't work. Support couldn't help me. I should check if this game is suitable for app sharing. I was not told how to carry out this test. Could it be that the problem is due to the fact that this game "Home Sports" was installed/played as a subscription on this Quest 3 about 2 months ago? When the subscription expired, I uninstalled all installed games from the subscription. Questions: - Is the “Home Sports” game not suitable for app sharing? - Is there a solution to my problem? PS: I know how app sharing works because I have used app sharing for all games except Home Sports. Hope you can help me with this game because I think it's great. Best regards!

Does anyone know of a simple way to sign in?  If I use pass true, the letters do not show up.  I get the resume or quit panel.  If I take the Q3 off and type in the first 2 or three letters and then go back, I get different letters.  There are maybe 12.  I can not remember them all.

It literally doesn’t show in my library and shows it in store as I don’t own it and need to buy it again which is a piss off I don’t know what to do

So I got a quest 3 so I can use the iobt for fbt and found out I needed to use virtual desktop for it but when I try to install it says it cant read the msi file PLZ HELP

I have the oculus quest and had an oculus account.  I didn't read the email stating that oculus was closing and that I needed to get a meta account.   I dug out my old oculus to play, and this is when I realized my account had been deleted.  Now I've created the meta account, but I don't have any of the games I'd previously purchased.  When I go to the store to redownload it says it's not available in the store any more.  Am I just SOL.  Thanks in advance.

Hi, I found a serious issue today(Aug 8, 2025)My score in horizon world-bugs!  was suddenly reset to 0. Before this, I was 1st place with a big lead. Now scores in several categories and all collected resources reset to 0, and new collections don't add points, but my overall score still shows 1st place. The 2nd place score is unaffected. Please check server logs, restore my original score, and adjust the leaderboard. Please restore scores and fix the bug. About a month ago Drop Dead coop play broke. One can create a room but the invite button no longer works.  On June 23, 2025 the developer posted:Hey, thanks for your feedback. We completely understand the frustration. Dual Strike uses an older multiplayer system that relies on a deprecated API. Meta had stated it would continue working for existing apps, but unfortunately we are now running into issues. We have reached out to Meta and are waiting to see if they can resolve it. If not, we will need to make some big changes on our end, which will take time. We really appreciate your patience and support as we work through this.This needs to be fixed or all funds returned to the buyers as game no longer plays as is currently being advertised and promoted through Meta.

Can someone tell me why when buying two headsets and setting up an account for your 10 to 12 year-old as a parent you cannot even play with them in fact the game is structured so that they can play with random people but they cannot join their parents it’s probably the worst design I have ever seen. Letting them join random foul mouth lobbies, but they cannot play a game like population One with their parent is crazy to me. What a waste of $1000. We literally have to keep joining training lobbies at the same time to hope we land in the same one and then we can play together.  

Like many others, I encountered the low memory problem while playing. According to the instructions, I checked that backups were enabled, then deleted the game data, deleted the game and reinstalled it. After that, I followed the link https://secure.oculus.com/my/cloud-backup/ and restored the backup of the saves before deleting. When I launched the game, I saw that it starts from the very beginning and does not see the saves. After that, I tried to restore the saves from the backup many times, but each time I started it, I started from the beginning. What should I do to make the backup work?

Hi, downloaded goosebumps dead of night on the meta app and paid but not showing on headset, done force restart and checked storage etc, any ideas?

Recently my golf + game decided when it wants to work and when it doesnt some days it starts up no problem, other days it just sits on a black screen everytime u open the application what do i do?

Almost every single game I go into is bugged. Bobber bay- The shop has NEVER shown up. Ive reloaded, private server, recentered...NEVER. I have submitted multiple bug reports for this.Farm Tycoon-I went into a farming game, hit something for like 10 mins then got booted, when i went back in suddenly I had tons of money, everything was loaded that shouldn't be yet and nothing would work.Pet Pals Tycoon-Another farming game, collected items...went to sell and it said I had nothing to sell. But suddenly 5 mins later money showed up on my screen.Fishing Simulator-Another fishing game in Worlds, says my backpack is full of fish but i go to sell and nothing is there. Literal problem with EVERY game. How are they ok releasing this slop?How do I get it fixed? Ive submitted so many bug reports with no improvements or response.
