Hi, my son is part of our meta family group and wants to buy shiny rocks in gorilla tag. We have a Meta voucher attached to our family account already. How can I use that voucher to gift my son shiny rocks?

I own a 5 pair quest3 device and make one account to company. I have a questions. How i can buy 5 game to each quest3 device. Do i need make a 5 different account ?

This is probably a really stupid question, but I was wondering if I owned a game for more than 14 days, and I've been meaning to refund it, but I forgot to, am will Meta make any exceptions to refund it? For extra detail, I didn't find the game enjoyable at all, and it wasn't what I expected.

I have been using my Quest 3 on and off and one thing I liked about it is that I could install custom skyboxes and use my Virtual Desktop in a 360 photo I took of my old house (I live in South America). I recently updated my Quest and it seems like this option is no longer there. So is there no way for me to use a custom environment while using Virtual Desktop? I find this really frustrating, it was a feature that worked fine. Either the feature is gone or the option is buried so deep I can't find it. Are custom skyboxes gone?

Hi I used a free trial for a game on my meta quest 2 and then purchased the full version. The store shoes “start”, but when I launch it , it says the free trial has ended and loops back to the store  can you remove the trial entitlement and refresh the full purchase license on my account please 

Hello,In August 2025 I bought a copy of Stencil VR and loaded onto my Meta Quest 3S headset. I used it successfully. However, for one reason or another it no longer appears in my app library.I am unable to reinstall it as the instructions all seem to suggest I should open the Stencil VR app on my headset, but it isn't there to open.Can you help please?ThanksJim

I recently bought the Oculus Quest version of Vader immortal but when I go my PC to claim it for the Rift it doesn’t work and it just says “Error performing query”

I've noticed After updating my oculus that I can no longer multitask using audio. I have a sneaky suspicion that this was purposely done As I've seen, other tech companies do similar things, as in taken away Once enabled abilities of your product Through updates. This is extremely frustrating to the point where I made a thread Hoping somebody Could answer my question on why they disabled this multitasking feature. For example, if I'm playing poker and want to listen to Youtube Once I open Youtube and slide it to the side and try to resume my game that no longer can control it It takes my controls away from the game. Also, if I'm using big screen Beta and I get a phone call, it pauses my video and will not let me play the video unless I mute the sound in the video or hang up my phone call. So obviously this update took away the ability to multitask with audio.. The most exciting part was to multitask with my oculus. Now that I can no longer do it. Meta quest 3S with gift voucher to buy games: my son bought and downloaded job simulator using gift card. Now we are unable to share it with any other users, even though app sharing is enabled. Anyone else experiencing this?

Please try again later or visit our help center The Help Center has a message saying “this page isn’t available right now”Rebooting the device and deleting and re-entering my payment info didn’t work. ContextI use my virtual reality headset, a meta quest 3, and previously 3S, as a screen for my gaming laptop, and use it to have multiple computer screens to play video games on my laptop on.I use a software called Virtual Desktop, which gives me 3 computer screens in vr, which are connected to my gaming laptop, allowing me to see my computer in vr, up to 3 computer screens, and play PC video games.Note. NOT PCVR. I wanted to do the same thing, have computer screens and use my computer in vr, but in VRChat. My gaming laptop is not powerful enough for PCVR VRChat and PC video games at the same time, so i want to do it in standalone VRChat on meta quest 3thats where i am running into problems.1...   VRChat and Virtual Desktop can not run together. Opening one closes the other, in my meta quest 32...    the built-in Meta Remote Desktop works in VRChat, but the keyboard passthrough does not work, meaning i can not see my bluetooth keyboard and mouse in VRChat. ok so i just wanna say that i use oculus/meta quest 2 and like when i try to uhh share my passthrough it just black so uhh my 2 friends one have a meta quest 2 he can share passthrough and my other friend have uhh meta quest 3s and he can share passthrought too so how i can share it

The Meta Move app will be discontinued after March, 31, 2025 with the reason noted:"Move currently relies on legacy technology, which limits our ability to introduce new innovations for Quest users. This transition will allow us to deliver more advanced and exciting features to enhance the Quest experience."Seriously Meta ? If you remove this app and take away features from your product without providing any other option it will make your product less useful. Move is an important tool, which i personaly use every day. And the reason of the curren app using "legacy technology" does not seem very logical to me either, especially because this would imply that there must be a "non-legacy technology" exising, that could be used instead.

Hi there! Can someone help me with being able.to.play multiplayer game? Every game I go into thats a multiplayer it kicks me back out!? I've tried resetting, deleting and reinstalling, WiFi is all connected fine?? What I'm I missing? Thank you in advance. 😊

would be cool if we can join loft instances.  there's a lot of sits, but empty.and adding a big screen host can mirror the web browser and assign to the screenmaybe not mirror maybe meta can host a web browser and limit the use (for adult content) but allowing to stream media together in loft. and having resync for movies.is just an idea. with the right warnings could be useful tool. + fun.

My Navigator App kept stopping. This means I can’t see the menu for all my apps, can’t change settings, nothing. Restarted and hard power off many times, still same issue. Anything else to try without factory reset?

i am smitesh,i own 8 meta quest 3, my question is, is it okay to login with my same personal account on all devices ?  is there any risk of getting accout banned or something ? 

I’m experiencing repeated account suspensions approximately every 30 days, even during periods where I am not actively using the platform.The notification states the reason is related to “content,” but I have not posted or interacted with anything during these times, and I’m unclear what specific content is being flagged.I have reviewed and cleaned my profile and any associated assets, including my avatar shop items, to ensure they follow all guidelines.Could someone please clarify:What specific content is triggering these suspensions?Whether this is an automated moderation issue or a flag on my account history?What steps I can take to prevent this from continuing?I would appreciate any guidance, as I want to ensure full compliance with platform policies.

When we first got our quest 3 it was predominantly for our 10-year-old.  So while I would infrequently want to play I had to set up the admin account and parental controls so he didn't have unfettered access.Getting familiar with the setup had its challenges, but one of the most annoying things I encountered was I couldn't set the daily time limit of playtime to 0 minutes, as the lowest setting is 15 min.  To manage it effectively to be a reward, we couldn't, as he could sneak it and play 15 min on any given day.  I prefer to set the daily limit to 0, and give device time as a daily reward.  Is this the right place to submit feature requests, or can anyone help escalate this the right persons?
