Hi everyone, I’ve been facing some challenges trying to use my Intel Core i9 laptop with the Meta Quest 2, and it’s been impacting my experience significantly. The main issues seem to be connectivity drops and performance inconsistencies, which make it hard to enjoy a smooth VR session. Sometimes, the connection drops randomly, and at other times, the performance lags even though the Intel Core i9 laptop  is fully updated and more than capable on paper. I've tried adjusting some of the laptop settings and updating drivers, but nothing seems to fully resolve the issue. It feels like the laptop should be able to handle the Meta Quest 2 without these problems, given its specs. Has anyone here had a similar experience with the Meta Quest 2 on an Intel Core i9 laptop? Any advice on troubleshooting these issues or tips on settings adjustments would be really appreciated. It would be great to know if there’s a specific setup or configuration that works well with this combination.  T

I downloaded the game under the assumption that it was completely free and no other external purchases would need to be made within, but upon completing the base missions of the game I was told to go to the pause menu and pay $5.99 for the full campaign as well as an additional $3.99 to unlock nine separate missions. For a pretty decent free to play game I feel ripped off, which is a shame since this game appears to have so much potential but very little info can be found on it.   Not only that but the biggest red flag is that on the Quest headset's App Store, the page for Chaos Magus has no info regarding the need for you to purchase the full campaign + 12 missions ($5.99) or the Arena of Valor + 9 missions ($3.99). More people need to be aware of this issue and avoid downloading the game until these problems are resolved. Whatever you do, DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS GAME! Hello, I'm having a problem with the reception of the emails of META. I no longer receive emails from Meta (facebook, instagram...) and the phone number on my account no longer exists (I changed my phone number 3 years ago).  I'm now asked to confirm by email or phone that it's really me when I log on to my instagram and I can no longer access it because I no longer have access to my phone number (which I can't change also on facebook) and because I'm not receiving the meta emails...  I'm desperate... Can you help me? My mail receives all the other mails except these ones...

I would like to replace my email associated with Meta (i.e., Instagram, Facebook) with a new one, but when I try to change it in the contact information, I get the screen 'You can't make this change at the moment, you're using a device that you don't usually use' (even though I’ve been using this device for 10 years). someone created a fake meta acct and linked it to my facebookI can not remove the link on facebook, as it requires authentication with the fake meta account. the fake meta acct uses 2fa. How can I get this Meta acct deleted from Meta, and unlinked from Facebook.

My payments have been disabled and I've been unsuccessful to fix this issue through facebook support. Whenever I submit my case it gets ignored and never answered. I believe I accidentally triggered a ban due to buying an Nvidia Shield on FB marketplace as my payment have been disabled ever since and the transaction was cancelled. I have 2 support tickets that are being ignored and another that I got a response on that advised me to change the password, but payments have not been enabled back. I have been struggling to get this resolved since April of 2024. Please advise as to what I should do.

When expecting to translate a printer toner box markings, I was returned content describing an "grandpa birthday card" with description of the text and drawings included on it. Totally incorrect content was returned to me of many occasions this afternoon. Please investigate urgently.

Hello, Meta Community and Meta Team, I am reaching out to this forum once again after weeks of frustrating attempts to obtain proper support for a critical tracking issue with my Quest 3. I have yet to receive any effective assistance from Meta, and the support experience has been, at best, disappointing. After numerous email exchanges and a lengthy list of repetitive "troubleshooting steps" that clearly do not resolve the issue, I have been left with no real answers and no clear path to resolution. Furthermore, it seems Meta has little interest in listening to customers, much less addressing issues that emerged after the most recent software update. I even invested in a new controller in hopes of overcoming the issue, but despite this measure and submitting numerous bug reports, the problem persists, impacting both my experience and my investment. I’ve had nothing but problems with meta! I finally got a quest 2 and I set it to buy games then bam I got hit with an error. I tried a second card same error, tried a third and what do you know? Same error. So I thought it was just my bank and went out and bought a $50 giftcard and redeemed it, went to buy my game and what do you know? SAME ERROR I contacted meta support and they want me to wait a week for their response. I don’t have the time to wait for their bull. I’m just tryna give you guys money. This has been going on since 2021 from what I’ve seen. META FIX YOUR CRAP

Hey everyone, I recently got a Motorola G13 and I'm trying to disable the Glance screen feature (the one that shows notifications when the screen is off). I've looked through the settings but want to make sure I turn it off without accidentally changing other important settings. Has anyone done this before? Would really appreciate some clear steps.
