The new Navigator looks clean, but it's too locked down. We need to be able to make it OURS. I’m requesting:​A slider for Menu Transparency.​A Color Picker for the Navigation Bar.​Drop Shadows on text so we can actually read it in bright rooms.​If you want the Quest to feel like a personal computer, let us personalize the interface! When I made my sons account for our meta quest 3, I set him as the device owner. I also set his age to 13+ on accident. I want him to have a parent managed account, how do I do this? They will also permanently ban his account in 30 days. I have been searching the help center at meta for hours, and I STILL can’t find an appeal form. Please help!

Could you add clip recording like on xbox and PlayStation were if something happens thats cool funny or a glitch in the game I can hit record and for an example it will record the last 30 seconds of gameplay so you never miss anything good.  The current recording is good but i dont want to record constantly just incase I get one sick kill im a game or something funny happens. And like the consoles you can change the length of the clip to go back to say 4mins?

How do I enter frequent phrases (such as email address) into websites with a single click ? 

I really need some detailed help trying to set up the devices I Have not sure if they are compatible or if i was taken by a seller.I have found out I have a Meta Quest 2 headset only as well as a pair of Rift sensors. I have set up a meta account as well as a Horizon account but in my age i seem to struggle with reading set ups as there are so many. I'm really trying to do this as maybe my grandson someday will think I'm cool if my son ever decides to bring him over for a long stay. 3please help with any or all info.

Currently I have the Meta Quest 2, my main use for the headset is to use with racing sim iRacing.My thoughts on upgrading is to opt for the Quest 3 not the 3s, the 3s seems to be close in spec to the Quest 2 with the exception of the processor speed which I don't think I would benefit from using it iRacing. Has anyone in similar situation done a upgrade and went to the 3s over the 3 ? let me know if my thinking makes sense.Thanks

I can’t seem to add no one as testers or editors in my unpublished worlds .i added some friends and it worked fine , couple days later I Cant add no one, I can’t even get into manage people tab because as soon as I click it , the menu crashes and and comes up with a error .I also tried cloning the world and even in that new cloned world it’s the same thing . other worlds I’ve built seem to work fine 

On the immersive home location I very much enjoy the area but I believe that there could be more options to make it more interesting, and more personal.   I would like to list some suggestions but I have no idea if they have already been done.The ability to switch the various environments between night and day.I have no use for the Instagram viewport but there are no other options for that app, couldn't you have a Facebook scroll, Weather or another News Headlines that puts up information up that you can select.The ability to customize more of the furniture or decorations in the area, allow a personal touch.  (Personally I loved the Cyber City home screen and walking around it it, like my safe space)I personally like the Valley area, but it would be nice with birds that are closer, perhaps a collection of different animals you can select.What can we do to be more involved with the way the system is governed.   It seems like every time I log in I am losing more

I tried visiting this world numerous times. After a 5 minute wait...it says I can't travel to it. What's the trick to getting into this world? It's a popular world. 

Screen is blacked out you barely can see the background and words but it’s on completely what could be the problem for that situation just purchased it 

Hi there. I created an account for my 13 year old child, but accidently put in his birthday incorrectly. He can't use the Horizon plus subscription now because he's in the wrong age group. I tried to edit his birthday, but it says it can't process my request and to contact support. I can't get a response to get help. What can I do aside from making a whole new account?

My son had been using the Oculus account I had setup for him with the headset that he predominately uses. It came up with a recent issue being that it recognised someone under the age of 13 was playing on my 13+ account. Firstly yes I allowed this and its my right as a parent to allow him to access the things I allow him to access but I did regrettably confirm my age and then create a 10-12 year account in family centre for him. Now due to this frustration I just removed all limitation and to be completely honest he has more access now then he did before simply cause this is all imposing on my right to parent my child appropriately and it made me angry. I however have come to find out he cannot play the games he usually plays as its restricted and I'm unable to provide him access to these games, which again, as his parent is solely my right to allow or disallow. Is there a work around to this at all or is Meta just getting worse and worse?

Sorry was not sure where to post this, looked into Meta's feedback and its a maze with no options for general feedback.I started VR with a rift, I moved on the Quest 2 then Quest 3.I was not naive but I did try to defend Meta against unfair attacks, while the company had its issues it has always been the one company trying to get VR off the ground, Sony and Valve basically dropped a couple of games then ignored it.I held my nose through the mandatory Facebook account era, I moved on when Echo Arena was closed, I let it go when GTA San Andreas VR announced by Mark was quietly forgotten.But today feels like the last straw for me, Arkham Shadow sequel was my most anticipated game and while it was never confirmed it was clear the team was ready to go with an ambitious small open world type sequel that would really expand what was possible in VR. Instead we get news today that its all over, no more Asgards Wraths, No more Arkham Shadows no more Deadpool.It feels like Meta has given up

I just heard about the latest layoffs. That is horrible. I just want you all to know how much I appreciate your work on your product, and your assistance with bug hunting. The software industry has never been an easy place to work, and user passion for a product tends to lag about a year behind when it seems to matter. I feel like the Quest completely renewed my faith and excitement in AR and VR, and I only wish I'd had more time to get products out before Christmas.I have no idea what the future holds for the Quest, but I hope it continues to evolve and be developed. Has anyone else have to deal with the lack of support from the meta support team?? My son’s quest 3s screen went black (after using it for 3 weeks) Sent it to meta so they can fix or replace it. I was informed 1/5/26 that it will take 5-7 business days for it to be delivered back to us. It’s 1/14/26 and they haven’t even put it in the mail yet. I emailed meta back and they seemed to have lost it because now they are telling me it’s been escalated to the internal team and they are working on the best possible solution for me. The best possible solution would be for Meta to fix the problem and send me a NEW, not refurbished Quest 3s.  I would never refer a friend or family member to purchase anything from Meta as this has been a very frustrating experience. 

  This seems like such a minimal feature that surely it's already there somehow and it's just my overall general computer illetaracy resulting in the fact I dont know how/what/why/when/which in this case.   The entire affair relates to as simple a premise as "I want my phone to notify me when my meta quest is fully charged", now surely this is achiveable in 2026.  I had a good chat with Grok on the matter just to get an image of if this was a feature somewhere but he was as clueless as I so I came here...  As simple as "I'm waiting for my meta quest to charge in the next room and don't want to go there intermittently to check if it is finished, can't my meta app just tell me when it's ready...  please".  The app already has notifiations for low battery and such but not "done charging, back to playing! yay!!" notification. Your thoughts on these thoughts?

I received a refund (that I didn’t ask for) for a game that I have only downloaded and not yet played. Only other thing I have done since was get the 3 month trial for Horizon +. Confused as to why this happened.

My meta quest wallet has been locked and idk why, I checked my account and it says I had no violations of their tos, please help, if you need any additional information just ask and I'll happily respond

UK account, No AI features, I guess because of government?Where's the Augments?Where's the Codec Avatars?For 3 years this headset's been out, and there's been NO "killer app"... It seems like such a shame, such a waste of an underutilised piece of hardware. The Hyperscape has potential, like if we can all hang out in large photorealistic spaces... but even that is very limited in functionality. Why can't the headset track my bottle of beer and keep it in passthrough whilst I am immersed? Rant over

I have tried to purchase something with my refferal bonus money and then once i did this would show up everytime   “Request not completed”“we noticed something unusual and for your security, this request could not be completed. please try again later, or visit our help center”this message would appear Everytime i try purchasing something. I also waited about a week and tried again but the same message would appear Everytime, i tried factory resetting it but it still didn’t help and the same message would appear again.My brother had thing problem right after i got it, but he just waited a few days and he was able to purchase again. So i did the same but for a week and the issue Still appeared.pls help
