Hi,As a parent I enjoy seeing my child experience the Mewta Quest 3 he received for Christmas / Birthday.  When he is playing Roblox or other games  sit in close proximity working while passivly monitoring his online activity. I'm waited almost month, and I still can't login to my account by this error. I don't know how to fix i can't find meta horizon support. only info support.

i dont have to hold the charger up to fix it in a position. ive exclusively charged it with the wire pointed forwards and now that’s the only way ive been able to charge it. im scared to see if i can get a current to flow by putting the charger in the port flipped the other way (perpendicular kink guiding the wire towards battery pack). same is true for other wires as well. Ideas?

I own a quest 2 and recently, I decided to play on my pc. The issue is I need to log into my Meta account which I do not have access to. Its my friends email and I was never given the password or access to the email. I tried to find my serial number on the side but my headset is so old it does not exist! I need someone to tell me others ways to change the email so I can use my PC to play VR games.

I just want to start off by saying that I have put thousands of hours into the quest headsets. I want to believe that this will end up as a device that everyone will want, but there are so many issues that have existed for YEARS at this point.Meta is a multi-BILLION dollar company, yet it feels like only every 6 months they release an OS update with 1 good feature paired with 5 bugs and a downgrade.Why does the new Meta TV app not support resizing? Why is the only way to watch 3D movies still to rip off a 3D Blu-ray? Why is Quest Link just as buggy as it was in 2016? Why does hand tracking not work after I close quest link, and I need to restart my headset to get it working again? WHY do we need an experimental home environment FORCED on us without any other option that sucks up battery life? Hello everyone, I am having a very hard time with Meta for some reason I sent in my Son VR that we received this April and it's no longer working properly. I reach out to Meta because it's still within the one-year warranty. They mention for me to send it in and they will send in a replacement within 3 to 5 business days. I sent the VR to them in October and here we are in November still no replacement. I have been in communication with them through the chat and they are giving me the runaround and not giving me a reason as to why they haven't sent the replacement. I really don't know what else to do, but I was thinking about getting legal involved because the device was very expensive and feels like it was stolen from us.

Change back the homes, The current ones are horrible. No one plays horizon central unless they are 50 year olds or kids who just found out what a VR headset is. Bring back custom homes.

Does anyone out there know what to do re the new age restrictions, I receive a daily email asking me to verify my age, I do this and I still receive the same email daily, I have provided Full personal details, set up a family account for my 12 year old Grandson, (who was using my account) but still threats of suspending my account in 5 days, unable to contact Meta for assistance, can anyone help Thanks Wayne

For Meta developers,I am your loyal customers and got Meta Quest 2 and Meta Quest 3 for years. I got the rumor and your latest device might be released on 2027! No matter when does it release, I would provide a deep feedback and suggestion for your next device.The overall experience is super brillant for Meta Quest 3, it is much much better than Meta Quest 2. It is due to the MR experience!! But I hope that, you can have a better visualization for MR mode, the existing performance always has shadows for my hands when moving, I cannot wear it for outside as I cannot see very clear in further distance, I can only see the closest view, but even that, when I use it  to look at the text in mobile phone, it is a bit hard! Therefore, please enhance the MR experience and this is necessary!!The next enhancement must be the controller setting. Buenas tards , no hay manera posible de que pueda instalarlo , ni borrando los arhivos temp , ni quitando el antivirus , lo descargo se instala y al finalizar me dice  que reinicie el ordenador y vuelva a intentarlo , es un portatil con una rtx 4070 , no estamos hablando de equipo anticuado , tiene 1 año y medio , no entiendo que puede estar fallando 

Disappointed with Meta/Oculus support. When issues arise, there’s no real engagement—just automated responses and links to generic help pages. No reasoning, no empathy, and no effort to actually resolve the problem. Feels like they just want you to go away rather than help. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Like the title says, I am rather late to this V.81 update (I only got it today, and immediately learned that it's already 4 months old).Honestly, I have nothing good to say about the update. I guess all that I'm going to say about has already been addressed here, but just still need to vent this out.The worst thing about the whole update is the decreased battery life. I've never had my Quest 2 (which I've only had for 2y 1m) battery drain this fast. Only reading through the patch notes to V.81 drained battery by 16%, just because there's this new "immersive home" running on the background all the time. After 15 minutes in FitXR, my battery was already down to 63%. After 15 minutes!! Before this update, I was able to do a whole 40 minute workout on FitXR and have still over 50% of battery left. The battery drain is truly insane after this update. Also never has the home screen and menus been as laggy as they were after the update. Things are loading so slowly, some menu buttons requires

This is a second account, I can’t log into my real one. My authentication is on my old tablet, but the authentication didn’t transfer to my new one. I can’t get the old one back because it’s broken, and when I log in to my account it says go to the broken tablet. I need to get my actually account back, it has some expensive games. Can anybody help?

My eyes cannot tolerate contacts for long sessions. So I’m considering purchasing prescription lenses, but they’re not cheap. For my eyes, it can be more than $100, and it is the extra cost since I already have glasses and contacts.I am concerned because they are customized, and I cannot return if it didn't work well.Any one tried them before, how is it and any recommendations?

so basically before ive updated my headset it was running fine charging to 100 with no issues and giving me hours of play time. but after i updated it it just drops super fast while charging ive factory reset it ive got the new updates and everything and it still does it. I tried to contact support and they cant and or wont do anything to help fix and or replace it. Im just kinda upset that my headset is busted after there updates does anyone know of a fix or have recommendations.
