Can I get help with my meta account and the things that are attached to it? I was asking for the support numbers to meta. Because I own a metaquest. Because meta corporate also takes care of facebook. , I'm not actually asking for any direct Facebook support. I need a way to contact meta because I can't even log into the Facebook forums to ask for help with my meta products and services that are all combined. Can anyone help me get in touch directly with meta support?  

Recently, I have been experiencing issues with my turning. Whenever I try to turn In real life, it snaps my in game character to where my menu is. Say you play Bonelab, you put your menu where the hud is in Void 6114, then you want to turn and do something, it snaps you back to where you put your menu. You need to use artificial turn most of the time, which sucks! Is anyone else having this happen?

Having brought my Meta quest 3s for £289 in early November,  the item went onto sale for £249- Meta duly refunded me with £40. Since then, Meta are now selling the same product for £209 via my xbox account for £209. The price match has been rejected. Since i have 60 days to process a return, I've been asked to post back my item, receive a refund and then repurchase a brand new headset. This for me is a significant waste of time and resources for all parties concerned- particularly when Meta can simply refund me £40 to align.I've contacted support who said no manager is available for escalation and to comment on the forum for further help. Help please :)

Quest 3- purchased for Christmas 2024- seldom used as controllers are having connection issues. Finally warantee dept had us send them in. Both were deemed to be replaced. Only the right one was sent back. The left is stuck in processing for nearly a month now. Initially told it was a warehouse thing, then it was a stock issue, now its the usual stall tactic of they are working on it. Working on what exactly! Meta has our merchandise, we cant use a $500+ system, and we need to be even more patient and wait? They need a lawsuit - weve never sued anyone in our lives- but theft is theft.

I PURCHASED A NEW QUEST 3 512 HEADSET (MY THIRD HEADSET...SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER APPRECIATION).  THE HEADSET DID NOT WORK THE SCREEN WOULD BREAK UP.  I SHIPPED THE HEADSET BACK TO META PER WARRANTY AND AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS AND NUMEROUS EMAILS META REPLACED MY BRAND-NEW UNIT WITH A USED UNIT.  SO BASICALLY, I PAID FULL RETAIL FOR A USED UNIT.  THE USED UNIT LASTED ABOUT A MONTH AND NOW BOOTS TO A BLACK SCREEN AND THEN POWERS OFF.  SO, IT APPEARS I NO LONGER HAVE A WARRANTY FOR THE USED UNIT...META TOOK MY $500+ DOLLARS AND IN RETURN I GOT TO BASICALLY 'RENT' A QUEST FOR 3 MONTHS...THEY MAKE IT NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AN ANSWER FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE...DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT MY OPTIONS ARE HERE???  I REALLY FEEL META STOLE MY MONEY AND IS SELLING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS WITHOUT WARRANTIES...

Just updated my quest 3 to v81 3 days ago. Personally, I absolutely despise the new passthrough. The "see your surroundings" is super unnecessary, and doesn't even really improve convenience. I much preferred the old passthrough. Just a double tap and I'm back in home, while in passthrough. I could walk wherever I wanted, then go back and resume with a double tap. Now? I have to have this annoying "resume" popup constantly on my screen, can't even access my menu without exiting passthrough and then pressing the menu button, then manually activating passthrough again. And when I walk out of the boundary, it now keeps pestering me with "create a new boundary here?" With no option for "no." I absolutely despise this update. I really, really want an option to just go back to v79 passthrough. And even then, the switch to passthrough and back feels so much slower. I don't want to see a pink abyss when I double tap on my headset! Old one was so much better. I regret updating so badly. Please,

I enjoy playing on my Quest but I dont engage with almost anyone because everytime its someone that sounds like my kids.I understand the amount of people would be much less in content but maybe give people that option to filter by age in Horizons and the apps.

My friend activated his headset on December 25th, but Meta Support is claiming he activated it on the 24th, likely due to their system operating on US time zones. Just thought I'd start a thread where we can all share what we've all been watching.I'm just finishing the fifth and final series of The Gentle Touch starring the lovely Jill Gascoigne as DI Maggie Forbes. It's a programme from the 80s and is excellent.Next up for me is the second series of Monkey, known as Monkey Magic in the States I think. If you haven't seen it then you HAVE to check it out. It's a Japanese programme from the 80s that tells the legend of Monkey, Piggsy, Sandy and Tripitaka who travel through Asia to pick up the Buddhist Sacred Scrolls. Some may be familiar of the legend from the video game Enslaved: Odyssey Of The West.I love rewatching stuff from the 70s and 80s regularly, they don't make telly like that any more which is a real shame. Hi everyone,I bought quest 3 a month ago. The first day I think I played a bit too much (~3h straight), I had some derealization issues, headaches, dizziness, I didn't slept well. The next day I tried playing some more (only for like 15 minutes) but it only got worse after playing. I decided to stop playing until I feel better and it took over a 10 days until I didn't feel dizzy. I decided to give it one more try and it was better than after first try but I still get severe headaches after playing vr, looking at any screeens feels a bit werid.Is there any way I could make it better? Or should I just assume that VR is not for me?
