Been fighting with META for weeks it’s ridiculous. I had to gather the evidence it returned to META they lied to my bank. But I found evidence they were wrong 2 weeks ago. Apparently still considering my refund???? Really??? Should I go ombudsman and trust pilot. Reviews for refunds on trust pilot from META horrific. Any ideas welcome?thanks Lou 

Hello All,I'm hoping I can get some help in migrating an older Oculus account to a new Meta account. I did some research in the forums and I see that I'm really late to the party on an account transition, but I just can't seem to find a way to make this work.I had an Oculus account back when the original Oculus came out. I had downloaded a good number of applications and everything worked pretty well back then. I ended up getting a new headset and a new computer and never installed the Oculus software, so I missed any sort of account transition window, I presume. Now that I'm going to be getting another Meta device, I was hoping to still have access to all of those apps. I downloaded the Meta quest software and it tells me to log in using my Facebook account. I click on Continue and log in on the Meta login page. It comes up with an message:Log in with your existing account to keep your VR apps and infoIf you’re already using VR, go back and log in with that Facebook account and w

my quest three stopped tracking today. I called support and they insisted that it was my controllers. I had to persist for almost 2 hours to get any kind of resolution. I kept getting an error on screen that said it was looking for the room. I could not even access the menu, but yet he continued to insist that the controllers were the problem. In the end, I got them to take the controllers and the headset back but get this! I had to send all three in separate boxes each controller had to have their own box and the headset had to have its own box Instead of sending all three in the original box which would’ve been much more convenient and safer. I was thoroughly unimpressed with today’s interaction. all total I think I’m into this for six hours today. After doing my own troubleshooting then chatting with tech-support and then having to go and find boxes get everything packaged and get it to the drop location for FedEx half my day is erasednot impressed me Meta!

When I first started up my Quest 3s, everything seemed normal until the logo kept replaying itself. I then tried turning it off, I heald the power button for a long long time. It went black until it turned in again like if I booted it up normally. Then the process repeated. Spinning logo and the logo repeating but this time the meta opening sound was replaying. It kept opening, then going back to the logo For a good 20 maybe 30 minutes. For those minutes I have been stuck trying to do something. I almost factory reset my headset pressing the power button and the volume lower button. But yeah, after 30 minutes of trying, it finely booted up to the home screen. Before that. I tried opening a app from The Meta app, and when it got to the homepage that "App" was the first thing I saw. I don't know if me booting up a application from The Meta Mobile app directly fix the headset, but I want to know how i can never let this happen again, because i was scared to the bottom of my gut that I was

How do I fix this problem 

I am on the PTC v78 and this morning I had two flights, and when I got in the air I put on my Quest but travel mode was gone. I can't find it, and it doesn't seem to work automatically.  Did something change? Is there a different way to enable it?

I like to do sim racing, and when I found I could do iRacing using my Quest 2 I immediately started using it a lot. It is a much more immersive experience, and much more realistic. However, after a while I started to get this feeling that I had something stuck in my ears. I didn't even think that this might be connected to my Quest usage in any way. Normally when I mow my lawn I use those foam ear plugs that you squeeze and put in your ear, and they then expand to fill your ear, and I started to experience a sensation like I still had them in my ears after I took them out. It wasn't that my hearing was muffled - it just felt like I had something in my ears. I just put up with it for ages - I assumed that the earplugs must have lead to a build-up of wax in my ears. Don't know why I came to that conclusion, but that was what I thought it must have been.Over the course of many months the sensation started to get stronger, and one time when I was at the doctor's for something else I told h

I took a beak from VR for 1 year. After i came back There was a message Telling me to go ask a parent. When i logged back in, it said i was suspended. But i dont have a parent assigned to my account. So it is lost. And i want to switch over to my new account, in which i cant.

 Hello Meta Community,I’ve been trying to connect my Facebook Page and Instagram account to my Meta Business Account, but I keep running into issues.Sometimes, the system shows that both accounts are linked, but inside Meta Business settings, they are not actually connected, and I can't use business features (like cross-posting or insights).I also receive an error message saying:“Couldn’t add your Page and Instagram account to a Business Account.”I already:Confirmed Instagram is a professional (Business) account.Verified I’m an admin on the Facebook Page.Tried reconnecting both accounts multiple times.Tried creating a new Business Account, but the issue still exists.Please help me solve this issue. Is there a way to access a game owned by a guest account on my account (admin) because i bought both and own both accounts so i don't know why i cant just have it on my admin account. If not is there possibility of a refund?

I'm wondering that with the drive towards sustainability why don't we have a slot on the device for customers to easily replace wasted headset batteries? Surely it will be better for the environment and reduce electronic waste. Same situation exists with mobile phones. In the past we could replace a battery easily. The technology exists to make customer battery replacement very easy. Should we all be pushing Meta to do more for customers who have exhausted batteries rather than trashing the whole headset and buying a new one or having to return it to service, particularly in countries where local service does not exist. A slot for installing a new battery is technically very simple to do. My device is new so not an issue, but one day this battery will die. 

I'm trying to replace my left quest 2 controller after it died on me and when i try to put my postal code it says "invalid format" after looking closer the region selected for it is switzerland and not sweden where i live and doesn't offer me the possibility to change it either

After updating to the v77 system, my Quest 3 has developed an issue where the battery level does not increase when charging while powered off. The only way I can get the battery to charge is by performing a forced restart (holding the power button for 30 seconds). If I shut it down again, even after turning it back on, the battery won't charge unless I force-restart the system. What could be causing this? I’ve tried a factory reset, but it didn’t fix the problem.

Just about every time I wake the headset and connect the Meta Link for PCVR, the floor height in the link app jumps up to chest level.When I quit and go through the convoluted steps to launch the floor height tool, it gets the floor height correct usually in about 1 second. So it's not like it's hard for the headset to do. Then I have to accept and re-launch the Link so it opens with the correct floor height.Is there any way to get the Link app to pay attention to the current floor height without needing to manually set it?Is there a way to launch the floor height tool in one step? A shortcut? Currently the fastest way I've found is to launch the Settings app, scroll up to Search, pick the history item where I searched for it before, then when on the screen that has that I can hit the box-arrow icon to actually launch.Is meta working on a fix for this? It seems like a bug to me.

Hello,I'm experiencing a problem with the World Desktop Editor. Since this morning, the application only shows a black screen upon launch, making it impossible to use.It was working perfectly yesterday. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, as well as deleting its folders, but the issue persists.

Hi,When I try to disable the “Hey Meta” feature on my Ray-Ban Meta glasses using the Meta View app, I encounter an issue: the settings page for “Hey Meta” appears completely blank (see attached screenshot). Because of this, I can’t turn the feature off or change any settings related to it. I’ve already tried: Restarting my phoneRestarting the glassesUninstalling and reinstalling the app  But the problem persists — the screen stays empty every time. Could anyone help me with this? Is there any known fix for this issue? Thanks in advance.  

  the person accessed the Meta horizon account on my name nd also changed the phone number nd email so tht I can't change any settings in my Instagram nd facebook account 

I have three occulus 2s. Every single one the USB on the oculus has broke and won't charge. One even melted. Now I have three giant paper weights that I spent over $700 on. What a waste of money. Get yourselves together meta. 

Strange thing with my Oculus Quest 2 setup.  The setup goes directly to requesting business information and will shut down when I select decline.   Since I am not a business it doesn't make sense why this information is being requested.  Can someone explain please what I should do?

After no water damage to my headset and after checking for anything inside of it, I get an error when I launch link via a cable. The cable, headset port and pc port have no issues and this only appeared today, Anyone have a solution?
