Hi- I have been unable to buy games for my meta quest 3 in months and months and months. I have sent numerous emails to meta support. Over 11. I get a response that it is being worked on but this has gone on for half a year. Never gets fixed. It is said to have bought the quest and now we are unable to buy games for it and there is no support from meta on this. 

I am locked out of my Meta account due to lost two-factor authentication.I still have my email and password, but there is no self-service recovery option anywhere.I factory reset my Meta Quest 2, which made the account lock permanent and the headset unusable.Web support, device support, and serial number verification all block me because this is an account-level issue.I'd like some help on this thank you!

My child's account as been disabled so can't get on his games or the money on the account we have spent money kn the games and they are all lost how is this right

Hi guys, I bought my first Quest 3 recently.When I turned it on, it started a software update but it gets stuck there — the device keeps turning on and off without completing the update, and I can’t get past that screen.I tried doing the sideload update (the only fix I found on the internet) by holding the volume down and power buttons on the Quest 3. But when I select my device in the browser, I get a message saying: “your device is not supported, please try reconnecting your devices.” Weird cause both my PC and Chrome are detecting it as Quest 3. Also tried this on 2 different browsers, same result.There’s nothing else I can do, literally — I’ve already tried factory reset several times as well. Do I need to return my device?I'm submitting this post so support can help me.

Hello, I have a question. I have a rtx3050 laptop with an i5-12450h and 16gb, but the app says it's not compatible with the link. What's wrong with the system requirements?

I just got the latest pro laptopDell Pro Max 14”CPU: intel core i7 RAM: 64GbGPU: RTX Pro 2000 (Blackwell)and getting incompatible notifications in the Oculus/Meta Quest Link ApplicationI’ve updated to the latest GPU drivers, and wondering is this a setting issue? or is it truly incompatible and need to pray and hope meta and Nvidia fixed it? 

I recently upgraded from the Quest 2 to the Quest 3 and i've been noticing that my gameplay was very choppy, but i thought none of it. Until i played Eleven Table Tennis, where the choppiness was very apparent, even so the game was saying that i was on 90HZ.I tried a varity of things, changing resolutions, reinstalling meta link software, messing around with the Oculus Debug Menu app, but nothing worked.The only workaround i found was going back to using 80HZ where gameplay clearly gets more fluid as it should be. And if i go back to 90HZ, it gets all choppy again.Anyone got this problem too?P.S. (I don't remember if my gameplay was choppy on the Quest 2 since was i've not been playing  VR for some weeks)

Had stick drift. Replaced the stick but its now not reading the lower right half of its movement.Video would show more clearly. Attached photo of max bottom right movement.Have refitted the original as well as the left stick which was also replaced as the 'repair' kit came with 2 sticks. Exact same issue. Re-paired as well. Swopped sticks directly with left controller stick and works there. 

I cannot make a boundary, all buttons related to making a boundary are unresponsive, even with the new navigator off. I've restarted my headset a few times and even factory reset it to try and fix it, no luck. This only started after I installed the new system update.

Hi, is there any way to hide the "leave seat" button during concerts in "Horizon Worlds"? It's so annoying and ruins the immersive experience.

Hi! I have had my Quest 2 sitting in its box for a few years, recently tried using it for the holidays and when i plugged it in to charge, I didn't see any LED light on the device indicating it was getting any charge. I let it charge overnight and still didn't see any improvement. While plugged in, if i put it on, the headset has an all black screen then flashes the oculus logo over and over again. I've tried holding the power button, holding the power button and volume down to try and reset and nothing is working. Is there anything I can do to fix and use this hardware ever again?

I cant buy a game with an unusual activity can u help me remove it anyone

I connect my link cable to pc starts connecting and just stuck in loading, i tried restarting everything, reinstaling programs did a factory reset, still doesint load, how can i fix that

Hello Forum. I have a lot of hours playing these sims in VR with my Quest3 and airlink with no problems,However, since the last update both games have become blurry, laggy and unplayable. I havenot changed any of my settings. Has anyone experienced the same and found a cure?Thanks for any replies!  

Hi all - had an old oculus go and subsequently have a meta account for it.  I have the user name for it, I have the password for it.....BUT then my very old phone number gets in the way (see attached).  I can't change it anywhere.  I have no idea what the recovery codes are.  In facebook accounts centre, I can't see this account or link it - it was an account used primarily for oculus go back in the day.  I want to jump back into this old account, reboot my old VR headset to access old purchases in that profile for kids.  Thanks for any insights!! 

Okay so Amazon sent me a product safety alert a few days ago about a INIU portable charger (completely unrelated to any Oculus or Meta device), but below it was an old product safety alert for my Oculus Quest 2 and it was dated July 27, 2021 !  I was never notified about this and would have never known without that other alert that I'm wearing something on my face that could catch fire !I've looked all over the Meta site but can't find any customer service chat option or even a phone number.  Please help !  I don't know what to do with my Oculus Quest 2 now.Does anyone else know about this alert and how to resolve it ?  I don't want to just throw it away, I paid $400 for it.  I hope Meta customer service sees this and lets me know what to do about this.

Whenever i try to log into my headset profile (my main profile) on my phone, it logs me into a different profile instead of the one on my headset, and i am using the email and password associated with my headset account. But the thing is, i created another account on my headset with the same email and password i used for my main account and i deleted that new account soon after and it wont stop logging me into the deleted account 

I just purchased my first Meta Quest 3s and I tried to use a link a friend sent me but I get the message :Unable to accept referral There was an issue accepting this referral. You may not be eligible because the country or region is not supported. Im located in Mexico and this is my first meta quest.

Okay, so every time I change my deadzone, it will act normally at first, but when I turn it off, my stick drift is still there! It's like I never did it! But when I enter settings, it says it is still set up. I am not sure if it is just a system update bug or a problem with my headset! I really need help with this because it has been occurring for like a long time.

Unable to add payment method. Cards declined. PayPal declined. Checked with the bank, no problem. Checked with PayPal, no problem... the problem is with Meta... Meta is not responding to the problem.

Is it only me or someone else think that we should have a way to check the battery’s life and a way to optimize the battery??? I think the should add a setting that would allow us to chose how much we want ours meta glasses and quests to charge. I know some people prefer to have their batteries at 100% but many others prefer to keep it’s battery life healthy. Am I wrong ?

So after having my vr for 1 year it doesn't change at all and power on so I just have it in my room just siting there

Given Taiwan's significant role in the global semiconductor industry and its tech partnership with Meta, I believe there is a great opportunity to enhance the user experience for the local community.​I would like to sincerely suggest that Meta considers enabling these software features for users in Taiwan.
