How can I switch my pointer in my Meta Quest 3 from left hand to my right handed controller? 

Okay so everytime I power on or turn on my headset it just stays as a gray screen I tried rebooting factory resetting it hard reset nothing if there's something that has to do with the headset please inform me I need help immediately.

Hellos friend in the US told me about the ‘community’ tab in the Chat section of the Meta Horizon mobile app. I don’t have it. I am in the UK. my app is up to date, I have an iPhone. any suggestions?thank you 

Out of nowhere my Quest 3 stopped letting me resize 2D windows for off-platform apps (sideloaded/unknown sources). Examples affected: Microsoft 365, AnyDesk, Firefox. Windows are stuck at a fixed size and no resize handle appears on edges or corners. Because of this I can’t use remote-access or productivity tools in a readable size, which makes the headset useless for my use case.

A few months ago my little brother (13) got a Quest 3 for his birthday and only used it 3 times since he got it so he said I could have it. I am an adult and when I tried to get games I would like to play I couldn't download them due to the content maturity rating being to high (the games being M rated). I haven't had much luck looking it up but is there any way to update the accounts age or no. When he got the headset my brother bought a couple games with money like Beat Saber and stuff so I don't want to just make a new account and have to buy them again. Thanks

I was out of town when I bought a quest 2 for my kid to play on and ex wife set it up for him when I get back to town I bought games and packs for it under her account with my card if I factory reset I lose everything I paid for and have to rebuy it all this is a paperweight in my eyes and to screw people out of money they already spent is there a way to add my account on it with out her and right now it asks to login info her account and nothing else without losing everything I paid for the support on here sucks since there is no number to call for help or any info to help resolve the issue ps she will not go on here account to add my account to it she’s mad about the divorce since she screwed up

My Oculus 3S shows a black screen after displaying the spinning logo and flashing a picture of the pass through for about 2 seconds. I took it a repair shop and paid $75 for them to tell me to contact meta because they couldn't fix it. I have attempted to factory reset several times, as well as do a sideload update without success. Today I got a message that said "this device is corrupt and cannot be trusted." This is the first time I have seen this screen. I cannot find any information about how to fix this on google or the oculus troubleshooting page. I tried to contact meta support, but it says it cannot find the serial number or my email associated with my account, which I'm not sure how is possible as it was working just fine before. I'm at a loss as what to do. Good evening, everyone! I was quietly playing on my VR when I recently noticed that when I try to raise and lower the right bar on my Quest 3S (the one that contains the speakers and holds the headband), it creaks (I mean the back part). I'm a little worried about this, and I don't want my Quest 3S to break, so I want to be 100% sure that this is completely normal.

Hey there,My quest 3s won't charge, and has a fast blinking red light when plugged in. It is currently dead and won't turn on. I've had it for about 6 months.What I have done to trouble shoot-Checked that there is no physical obstruction in the charging port.-Tried a different cord. I also have a regular meta quest, and using that cord does the same. -Tried a different outlet. No change. Even tried at different houses.-Tried letting it charge for 3+ hours with multiple chargers-Tried a hard reset, holding the power button for 30 seconds. The red light stops for a second, and then starts quickly blinking red again.-I've tried to contract meta support here https://www.meta.com/help/quest/ but didn't find a way to actually talk with someone. Anyone know where I should go for this?Does anyone have any ideas on what I need to do here?

I wanna reset my Meta quest store pin I click forgot pin then it says it sends me an email, but I never received the email to reset my store pin and I’m getting a little ticked off. This has been happening for months.

Hey, so I have a Meta quest pro that has a black blinking screen but it is not broken like the lens. it just won’t do anything. It’s lagging whenever my head moves It does the black blinking but whenever, I don’t move for 10 seconds it starts it again.. when I hard reset the Meta quest it does not fix the problem.. plus I have not used it in like three or four months so that’s probably the problem too :(

So, for some reason I'm trying to figure out why it's not charging even the light indicator is on orange and it's been 4 HOURS since it's been plugged in, I've been using every cord some of them just got the Headset up to 7% I've been blowing in the charging port, and nothing has been working So if someone is an expert out there PLEASE respond

Hello to anyone who can help, I hope you are having a nice day, I am not. You see I decided to pick up my good old quest 2 and try to play some games, however it wants me to log in from another device. Fair enough I said, it’s been awhile after all. So I keep putting in the code and then the email the quest 2 is already telling me to log in with. However when I enter my email it says it is not associated with a meta account. However I can log in and change the password aswell as the email on the online meta website. This quite infuriates me because it obviously exists and it is telling me it isn’t. And now I am sad because I can no longer use my meta quest 2. 

My old meta-account has been hacked. My emailadres and my password have been changed. How can i get back in control? I made a new account so i could visit this site.

I sent my Quest pro in for an RMA replacement under warranty because the face tracking stopped working. it was received, over a week ago and i have had no updates from them, the RMA page still shows awaiting arrival, despite having a signature for delivery. I have reached out to the support email multiple times and been given multiple excuses why its taking so long, everything from "internal investigations" to "the system processing is taking longer." is this normal? my warranty expires june of 2026, and at this point i feel more like the RMA was not worth it as im now out almost $1000 for a headset i dont even have because of this. I was told when  i filed the rma i would have my replacement in under two weeks. Is this normal for meta support? 

My Meta Horizon Home menu (on Quest, Quest 2, Quest 3, or Quest Pro) has disappeared. Normally, it shows up when I raise my wrist and see the small icon on my left arm.After some research, it seems this issue happens quite often and is considered a bug. Does anyone know how to restore or fix it?

I have lost my wrist menu when I raise my left hand.  I have the option toggled on in settings.  Is there a fix for this?

Unable to enjoy watching any content on prime video as during any quiet parts the I can hearing the chirping birds from the virtual environment. Restarting headset (quest 2) does not resolve. 

Case # [deleted] About two weeks ago, my Quest 3 froze up. Neither the headset nor the controllers would do anything. After speaking with chat support, I sent both the headset and the controllers (I did not know what all was defective) for repair/replacement. The RMA instructions were not clear and since both the headset and the controllers stopped working at the same time, I sent both in.  Today, I only received the headset back...no controllers. I again spoke with chat support and all he said was something about searching the warehouse which could take around a week. Now, to my horror I find on various forums (Reedit and elsewhere) that this is a known problem, and I am unlikely to ever get my controllers back.  I even asked AI to research this, and it (Perplexity) said I had less than a 30% chance to get my controllers back.  If the forums are correct, anything sent in beyond what is in the RMA is disposed of. Be warned.       

What's wrong? My Qwest 3 screen is blurry on one side, and the screen is out of focus on one side?It's like I'm cross-eyed, and it's blurry on one side.Everything was fine yesterday.I rebooted it and cleaned the lenses. What should I do?

When using the Stationary Boundary on Meta Quest, every time I step outside the boundary, a message pops up asking:“Do you want to move the boundary here?”I’d like to keep the stationary boundary active, but remove or disable that pop-up question.This is for an art installation, where I need to freely move in and out of the boundary using passthrough without interruptions or warnings.Does anyone know how to do that — maybe through developer settings, ADB commands, or the Meta Developer Hub?

I keep trying to log into my Meta Horizon account, but it keeps sending me a SMS message but that’s my old phone number from 2021 and I’m trying to get a oculus again. I need help

My step son has a VR at his mom’s house and we are wanting to get him one for our house as well so he doesn’t have to keep lugging it back and forth. Would we be able to log in to his account on both VR sets? Not at the same time. He would use his moms while there and ours while with us.
