How do I delete quest 2 device from my list of devices.  I no longer have this device.

I need support to recover my account, I have the passwords, but it sends SMS and I changed my cell phone number.

 So, I haven’t played my Quest in a few years and I have lots of games in my Oculus Account that I want to play, however, since turning my VR back on, I was prompted to do an update and when I did that, I dug myself into a rabbit hole that I cannot find my way out of. It keeps telling me that I need to setup a Meta Account using my Oculus Account login information. It then gives me the message to take off the headset, use my mobile device to go to “meta.com/setup” which I did. When I get there it tells me to just simply login to my Oculus Account via FB, Instagram, Email. I attempt to create an account with my email and then it prompts me to use the facebook option instead. When I go back and try that, it eventually asks me for an email to create this new meta account. I type in my email only for it to tell me to go back to the begining try again with this message "This email is associated with an existing VR account. To move your existing VR apps and info to a new Meta account, g

The app just never works on the first try. It will think the quest 3 is connected, even when not even plugged in and restarting the software. I am always forced to restart my pc and headset to get it to work. On top of this you have to do a full reinstall if you end all the running tasks of the app which is just outragous. I also can't get the debug tool to open. Does anyone know of ways to just get it to work without having to deal with all of the issues?

Not %100 sure but I was using Authy(saw some post on reddit about quest 3) but for some reason it didn't recognize my phone number and treated like a new account now i am logged in to my quest 3 but can't login to app on phone or website without 2fa code and cant disable it any help?

I am unable to create a child account for supervision. I had issues creating an account for "Max" and it ended up creating 3 accounts for him. I requested to have the 2 duplicate accounts deleted, but now I'm unable to create accounts for my other 2 children aged 10 and 11. How can I get this restriction removed so that they can have a profile that will allow them to play on their own Quest 3s headsets? I hope I do not have to wait 30 days for the 2 duplicate profiles for "Max" to delete before I'm able to create new ones, since the hard limit for child accounts with supervision appears to be 5 profiles. I’ve been trying to get an answer from meta through chats for about three hours with no solution.  Can someone tell me how to complete my tax info so i can receive my payouts for in world purchases of avatar clothes and bonuses.  It is showing that I haven’t set up everything so it’s not linking information.  Everytime I go into Payout transactions it shows ive earned money but apparently I don’t have access until I finish my tax information but it’s showing under tax info that my W9 was verified. It is also showing my bank information as well.  I noticed that Meta keeps putting the wrong telephone number under Payout account info/Business phone number.  Each time I try to update the information, it continues to put the incorrect number in.  Can someone help me with a solution?  Please Ive been trying to fix this for awhile now and I’m frustrated.I will be so grateful to a solution!QueenSolomonforPREZ

For some reason, casting on the software on my PC is not working. Idk exactly what is happening, but even after reinstalling the program, the casting is always stuck on this.I've tried reinstalling the program, adding exceptions for the Quest program on the firewall, fully disabling the firewall, and I've even reinstalled Windows (it worked once after reinstalling Windows, but I couldn't get it working after. Note that I connected, disconnected, and it stopped working) but I still haven't found a solution. The only thing I haven't done yet is wiping the Quest itself.Also, when I tried accessing the support page to report this problem, it says that I have no devices linked to my account, even though my device is linked and logged in as normal. It even shows up on the auth.meta devices page, but not on the meta.com devices page.Any help would be appreciated. (Also, sorry if something doesn't fully make sense, English is not my main language :P)

Somewhere around a recent update (in the range of in the last 1-3 months?) I noticed that my performance in Beat Saber has become significantly choppier. The more notes on screen at once the worse it gets. I've ensured that it's up to date (the Meta Link setting is set to automatic updates). It feels like it's maybe related to Meta Link itself, since I had my buddy install Beat Saber through Steam on the same PC and it ran perfectly fine through that.The game used to be my main workout source and I have been forced to pursue other (more real-life) solutions, if you can believe that. It's disgusting really, having to interact with reality. I'd really like to be able to get back to regularly disappearing into a false construct and numb existence with colorful lights and loud music more often. If you have any helpful information, please let me know. 

Not sure where to put this.  My new system has the RTX 5080, and my headset states I have V 78.510 on my old and dying system. I would like to move over to my new system, but as of now, it does not support my headset.  Would updating to the V97 help? If I manually update, would I use my old system, then start using my new system?

I was trying to login but chose receving a text message/whatsup but I have next received one with a code. I then selected to receive a code using the App but finally got in.I checked my account settings. It looks App authentication is listed first and SMS is listed second. Does the meta automatically disable SMS is App is there? It is confusing and the login process is always a pain to me.

So i was in Steamlink to the PC watching a movie in bigscreen with a friend and well the headset just shutdown , low battery , i checked my power settings and it says that its going to give a battery low warning and also a voice warning both are ticked but yet no warning no notification at all , just a shutdown , i don't know if this is a common issue or  perhaps that feature does not work when using Steam link ? Just thought it was rather strange , i admit i dont get a flat battery very often so i cant say that it happens all the time, but just this once was inconvenient as if i had known it was getting low i could have plugged it in rather then having the people i was connected with loose the stream i was sharing .I also have an external battery pack but sometimes when i plug that in it says some weird stuff about water in the usb socket when theres no water any where near the socket which perhaps is due to low charge on the external battery pack as it does not seem to happ

I have not been able to get worlds even though I live in the UK and everything links to the UK I have no VPN but all I get is that it isn't available but it gives me suggestions on worlds to play but can download or install on computer or vr it's states not available what am I doing wrong?

So, I have a bizzare trouble with my wireless streaming. I`m using VD, Link, Steam Link and every time I, independently of streaming resolution, codec, bitrate and other bull**bleep**, tries to turn myself with my own body and head movement, I experience these black bars. Like, streaming dosen`t get up to speed with game itself, BUT, If I`m turniung artificialy, even at high speed, it dosen`t happen. I had a quest 2 back in 2024 I had a account with literally all my games on it so I recently tried to recover my old account so I can get all my games but everything i try or do it always make me make a new account I had the username and purchase logs of everything I have all the proof I need to back my account up The username is Tundra.TTM and every time I put it in the meta horizon app it does not let me log in I have all the purchase log and I think the box and receipt of the quest if ANYONE CANNHELP PLEASE DO MY EMAIL IS mailto:Jaycea3311@gmail.com or jayceascott9@gmail.com

So I had to factory reset my quest 2 and now after fixing it it has got stuck in the boot menu and doesn't boot past that menu, it always stays on and the only way to turn it off is threw the power off button in the menu, and if its plugged in it just turns it self back on. I can't even use software update tool to enter recovery mode or put the headset into sideload update cause it just boots back into USB update mode. Not even holding the power button to turn off or reboot/restart and power off will work cus it just turns back on. Please help!

My left controller is glitching and it’s still under warranty. How can I go by submitting a claim to use my warranty. When I go through the game it’s always giving a technical difficulties error.

In Texas it's impossible to track ground outside. simply see walls everythere.. controllers also not tracking! Does anybody tryied tint?)Lets texas guys to play plz) 😁 

Having this issue now after using the device for 3 months.  All of a sudden.  It was like it was loading things.  Just 1st 5 seconds... then it was set, unless screen changed, new level, anything changed.  Now... it's 24/7 Jittery.  Got worse.  Before all of this was going well, tried improving things with dedicated Wifi 6 router, play with settings, bought VD etc.  Everything went to hell.  Noticed last night there was a Meta Quest link s/w UPDATE going on too.  Didn't fix anything.

Even after repeated attempts to draw and define roomscale boundary, it's always setting boundary off. Is this a common issue with quest 3? If not kindly let me know the resolution to enable me to define boundary 

Hello VR players i hope you are having a good day and a good time with your VR, 2 days ago my brother updated my Oculus quest 3 to the version V79, yesterday i noticed that was 57% battery when i turned on to play but i thougth its because my brother forgot to charged it completly and i asked my brother if it charged 100% to the green light so he said yes and i got a little confused but i didnt care, but today when i charged my oculus i checked how many battery it have without turning it on and says its 100% and green light but when i turned on to play i see the battery icon is in half, so i go to options and i see that its 57%, im starting to think that its a problem of the update because before update it my oculus charged to 100% completly and showed the baterry icon full, soooo i dont know if its a problem of the time of my oculus or the update im getting a little worried...i hope its a update problem and have a fix soon...(im so sorry if i writed something weird my english its pret

Hello all!I recently sold my Meta Quest 3 and if I understand the Terms and Conditions correctly, I should be able to transfer the extended warranty to the new owner.Is there a way to do this? I've been round and round with the support website with nothing there being able to help me, and I asked on Reddit and was directed here. Would love some help please!
