Worked fine since buying Quest 3 a month ago, was working yesterday, today it wont work, tried reinstalling the app, nothing, tried beta branch, nothing. my AMD graphics driver is up to date, it was literally working yesterday with no changes whatsoever

Hello, can you help me? I bought a Meta 3s yesterday and my phone doesn't recognize them and can't register them. The network is the same and Bluetooth is on. After connecting to the network, the installation takes me to work.meta.com/device and there is only a back button. Thank you for your help.

So im trying to connect to my pc with my quest 2 via airlink but it keeps giving an error saying 'please ensure there are no other headsets connected to the computer', after that the option to pair/connect gets grayed out and can no longer be pressed.However connection via cable works just fineI have everything update on both my pc and headset, i've tried disabling antivirus/firewall, i've tried clearing the cache, i've tried the repair mode for link and i've restarted everything multiple times. I've run out of ideas and need some help, any idea will do. My specs:i5-10600KF @ 4.10ghz16 gb ramconnected via ethernetNvidia rtx 2060 gpuI also have never had this issue before

How do I access Apple TV on the Meta Quest.3S. I have a number of purchased movies and TV series on Apple TV that I would like to watch with my 3S.I don't want Apple TV+ just Apple TV and my purchases. If I use the browser it only seems to bring up Apple TV+, not my purchased movies.From what I can see it's only possible with an Apple TV (I have one) and linking it with various cables and a video capture device connected with cables to the 3S.  This seems an overly complex process.Surely there must be a wireless solution or the Apple TV app is made available.One of the main reasons for me purchasing the device has been to watch movies so I am currently very disappointed I am not able to view my Apple TV movies and TV show purchases.

Ich habe die quest 3 angemacht und mit dem wlan verbunden, habe die schritte auf dem handy befolgt aber beim koppeln steht die ganze zeit "Headset wird gesucht..." Und es findet die quest 3 nie. Ich habe das wlan auch schon aus und an gemacht aber das hat auch nicht funktioniert   

We've purchased a bunch of new Meta Quest Pros for our university XR lab.  We cannot connect them to the university's WiFi network at all -- cannot get through the initial device setup.  In the WiFi settings, the Quest Pro does not seem to retain the CA Certificate selection [Use system certificates] nor the Domain name.  It indicates that it has saved the network settings, but fails to connect.  When I go back to the settings, all of the other settings appear to be retained: EAP method [PEAP], Phase 2 authentication [MSCHAPV2], Identity [correct], Anonymous identity [blank], Password [(unchanged) -- I can only guess whether it has been retained; I have retyped it many times].  But the CA certificate reverts to [Please select] and after selecting [Use system certificates] the Domain has reverted to [blank] again.These things are bricks if we can't get past this.We have many other WiFi devices running on our network -- notebook computers, phones, ...  it is

As said, air link randomly stopped working. It started by having the button unavailable one day. I restarted my quest and pc, same thing. I unpaired and tried pairing again, when I hit pair I don't get a code. It detects it fine, paired to my phone fine, but refuses to work with air link to give a code. I tried turning off my firewall, factory reset, deleting the pc oculus app, and several other things, but nothing works.    Edit: For anyone unable to get a pairing code like this or to connect (not detect, still detects pc) this solves it. Its hard to find this solution online

Anyone else?Exact same setup as was working a few days ago. (using USBA-USBC cable). Updated to v76.  Now it just keeps rapidly connecting and disconnecting, and hand tracking starts and stops working.I did a factory reset for any Meta support staff that would like to ask. 

it’s hard to explain, but when i turn on pass through the ar windows become double to my eyes. it’s quite uncomfortable and i’m not sure why it’s happening. from what ive gathered, the problem has to do with the cameras not creating an image my eyes understand because my brain will merge the two images at the wrong place which then screws up the ar windows. i’ve already tried adjusting the lenses. please help me!

i got a quest 2 for Christmas, along with a third party link cable with a usb 2 on one end along with a usb 3 on the other. when i go to use the oculus pc app to connect my quest 2, it wont detect a connection. on the actual quest, it brings up a prompt to share data with the device, but no matter if i choose allow or deny nothing changes. help would be greatly appreciated, and i hope all of you had a good Christmas here are some pictures for referencehttps://imgur.com/a/t2cqC4v

How do I delete photos?  There's no trash icon or ... menu to select.

Not getting audio passthrough, I promise I have all the prerequisites. I used the official documentation: https://www.meta.com/help/quest/articles/in-vr-experiences/oculus-features/mixed-reality-meta-quest/ I do have forward computer audio on. Oculus virtual audio device is automatically set as default audio, but still don't hear audio. Using Quest Link, I get audio perfectly fine. If this is a windows issue, is there any potential setting to fix this? Is this a driver issue with Oculus Virtual Audio Device? 

I’ve used my quest 3 only a few times, just went to use it today and with the link cable and it is extremely laggy/pixelated, if I look at something blue in the headset for example and turn my head the blue smears all around. I used 2 different cables, different ports on my PC, changed graphics in the Link app, reinstalled the link app, updated the headset and the link app on my PC, and nothing has worked. The weird part is that it is completely when using AirLink. Any help would be appreciated, I’ve tried what feels like everything i’m starting to wonder if the headset port is broken, or maybe it’s some hidden setting on my PC? 

I just purchased Tribe and want to upload my own tracks to dj, but when I plug my oculus into my laptop, it makes the sound that i connected a device, but it doesn't show up in my folders that the oculus is connected?  How do I fix this?  I even tried looking for the app to download to laptop but it's only giving me an android and apple option.  Help please or give refund.

Good Evening!I purchased the Meta Quest 3 Touch Plus controllers left and right. I want to add the touch plus controllers for my husband to use, which we share on one headset. I want to keep my original Meta Quest 3 controllers. Is this possible to do? Can I have two sets of controllers for one headset to play multiplayer games?Thank you for your response in advance.Deborah

I received an original Quest from a friend. Setup and installation were without any issues and worked fine. Then all of a sudden I wasn't able to install / download anything. I tried a few things and finally did a full factory reset but the problem persist.Whether I try to start a download from the library or the store doesn't change anything. It briefly starts the download but after a few moments immediately goes back to the option do download the app. I can "buy" new (free or test) apps from the store without any problem, but as soon as I want to download them, I get stuck. Almost all 64 GBs are available. I noticed the problem first last weekend and it is the same on different WiFi networks and - as stated before - even after a full reset. Any ideas / tips, what can be done to resolve this? Due to the factory reset, I can't even use the apps I have  paid for / downloaded before...

Hi everyone,I have a Quest 3 and cannot connect the the wifi (it's a freebox, french internet provider).Steps i took to troubleshoot :  I did manage to connect the quest to my cellphone via hotspot. I factory reseted the quest and retried to connect to the freebox via passwords and QR code. I trued to connect the quest via the phone app. Rooter was rebooted, i was in the same room etc. We have all other devices connecting without problem to this rooter. Thanks for your help

So I noticed that my computer was weird, with the windows mouse cursor constantly going in and out of "loading" mode, I noticed this was correlated to the OVRServer process. I installed a completely fresh version of Windows on a clean SSD, updated drivers, updated windows, then installed Meta Quest Link again. And the problem instantly manifested again. VR does work, but it seems to be slower than usual, hard to know for sure. I think the latest update triggered it, but I'm not sure. What can I do? Something is wrong and I can't find a solution.

Hi, I've seen contradictory information regarding WiFi 7 support on Quest 3. I'm currently testing WiFi 7 router and it seems Quest 3 connects in WiFi 6 mode.   Is WiFi 7 something that will be enabled with firmware update or hardware limits it to 6/6e?

RemoteDesktopCompanion.exe creates literally tens of thousands, sometimes millions of files like fba_XXXXX.json in the root of the C: driveIt gets to the point where computers start to slow down and disk space runs out.I don't think this kind of program behavior is acceptable.Please take action.Thank you.===========================PS.Ok, I found a solution on one forum, at least a temporary one.You need to rename the RemoteDesktopCompanion.exe fileIt is possible that the running OVRservice will not allow you to do this, so you need to stop it first. Here is a bat file that will do all this for you:1. Stop the OVRservice2. Rename RemoteDesktopCompanion.exe3. Delete all created json files4. Start OVRservice again net stop OVRservice ren "C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-remote-desktop\RemoteDesktopCompanion.exe" "RemoteDesktopCompanion.exe.old" del c:\fba*.json /q net start OVRservice 

Hi Community!Wahrscheinlich eine absolute Noob-Frage, aber mein Sohn und ich fragen uns zu der gestern frisch ausgepackten Q3, wie man wohl die Controller lädt.Wir haben einen Plastikstreifen bei beiden rausgezogen, aber finden keinen USB-C-Port an den Dingern, wie an der Brille, um sie aufzuladen. Bei meta selbst und im Netz finden wir immer nur den Verweis auf die induktive Ladestation.Kann jemand schnell aufklären?Danke!

so a few days ago I changed the OpenXR on my main PC to Oculus from Windows MixedReality just to get pavlov vr running, and ever since I did that it has completely broken my PC VR, now in standalone mode the Quest 3 works completely fine with no issues what so ever but once its linked to the PC all the problems start to come out. im going to list the major issues with it below and someone PLEASE tell me how I can fix this, im also going to list the fixes ive tried.-------ISSUES--------1. the main way I know how the VR is going to break is when I first start up Quest Link on PC and im in the menu on the quest 3, framerate is a little choppy, and the controllers have an issue with tracking, for example if I swing and stop with the controller in my hand, my VR hand will go flying and then fly back to where my controller is.2. SteamVR, when going into steamVR everything works fine, keep in mind this ONLY WORKS FINE in SteamVR Home. When I open a Game my screen will go black saying its load

I tried out the new windows 11 preview and I cannot see the option to add more than one display. The settings only shows two options which are Resolution and Disconnect computer but not Add display. I am currently only connecting one monitor to my GPU with HDR off. 

Hi, I just bought two Meta Quest 3s to share between me, my wife and two kids. Both are registered to my account and I have added the other accounts to both devices. But when I try to enable app sharing on the second device, it tells me that I have to turn it off on the first device??? Are you honestly telling me that it is not possible to share two meta devices within our family without having to buy all software twice? Please tell me I made a mistake somewhere and this is possible! Everything else would be a joke - a bad one!
