J'ai acheté un quest3s a ma fille de 13 ans. On ne semble pas avoir reçu de lien pour l'activation du 3 mois gratuit. Est-ce qu'elle doit avoir 14 ans pour recevoir le lien? Est-ce qu'il y a un moyen de l'activer autrement?

Created on child’s account. Tried to create 2nd child’s account and get a something went wrong message after inputting birthdate. The kid is 12. This has taken my entire Christmas morning trying to troubleshoot this. So freaking frustrated. 

So I was opening my Meta quest 3s that I got for Christmas but when I activated the headset it said to pre load the games onto the headset. I went to my dad to let him know that if I can have his account on the headset so I can play beat saber. He told me that beat saber is supposed to be on there. He said that it was the Xbox game pass ultimate deal. But we looked at the order info. No code. The promotions tab on the headset. No code. The promotions tab on the app. No code. I tried to do everything to get it. But still no luck. We might try to figure out a way when I get home from my Grandma's house. But for now I need help.

Hello y'all, I might be completely screwed. I got a headset for Christmas that was intended to come with the gorilla tag offer, but it didn't ever give me the notification to redeem it. along with this, I was given a 6 month trial of horizon+, which when I tried to cancel it, it wouldn't let me. in an attempt to fix it, I accidentally bought a non-trial month, which decreased my subscription time and took money from my quest cash balance. I attempted to reach out to support for both these issues, but when entering the SN for my headset it just says "support unavailable"I am completely unsure what to do from here, just hoping that someone from meta will see this and fix the issues with my account, since unfortunately the resources they give me don't work. as it stands, I don't have access to my content, and I'm also down 9$/6 months of horizon+. apparently the billion dollar corporation can't make their support website function...

So i got a refurb meta quest 3 from the meta store on ebay. When it arrived, i tried to set it up - however, i am stuck on the screen where it asks to enter the code on my mobile app. I can see a 5 digit code on the quest - but entering that on the app shows 'couldn't pair with your headset'. So i tried several times, logged in and out the app, reinstalled the app, reset network settings on my iphone, tried a different phone - all failed.The strangest thing is, I have even reset the quest to factory settings over 5 times - and each time, the 5 digit code that shows up is always the same. This seems odd - as i would expect a new one each time. Has anyone else faced the same issue - and if so, what did you do?Thanks!

I set up a Meta Quest account for myself and added a child under 13 account. I'm trying to add an additional parent to manage the account and/or switch the parent over the child account. I can't seem to find directions on how to do this. The only directions I have found seems to be missing a step and so I can't actually initiate the process. Can someone explain how to do this? Thanks.

So I have a Metaquest 3S that I just got. Turned on the headset and I get the Meta logo that spins, followed by three dots and then a black screen with sound playing. I have went into the boot screen and tried to reboot device and also done a factory reset. It still does the same thing. I have the app downloaded on my phone and setup my account to the point of needing the 5 digit code from the headset but I can not see it. I went through the troubleshooting steps and they did not work so I clicked to get support but it tells me that there is no device associated with my account. This is because I have not been able to do the initial setup on the headset. So I tried to get support by using my serial number and it just tells me that Support isn't available for this device. I am at a loss. I tried to do the sideload update but I downloaded the Meta Horizon Link app on my computer but I can't get it past the screen that asks me to select a location for the download files. 

My sons 3s has suddenly stopped working - he can see his profile, he can hover over it but can’t select it. we have tried rebooting and factory resetting but it says erasing data and does nothing. It’s exactly one year old 

Hi,I have followed the troubleshooting guide and attempted most of the things including factory reset, different WiFi networks, disabled private relay and ensuring Bluetooth connection works.The device is detected but when the pairing code has been entered the only info I get that it fails to pair.Is it possible that this refurbished Quest 3 has been locked somehow and how do I unlock it or is it returning it the only option I got?Anyone else with similar experience of these issues?Thanks in advance!

I bought the Meta Quest 3s and it said it was supposed to come with Walking Dead game but it didn’t. After the whole set up, I went to the store and it doesn’t show it for free. How do I get the game?

I just got the Meta Quest 3S and the audio is very muffled on the headset.  How can I fix this?Thanks!

I had to make a seperate account to post this thread...I can not log into my account because metas website will not send me my 2-factor code to my phone number. Any fixes?

Have a gift card for Bear Saber and every time I input the code to redeem i receive a message "Error performing query". Contacted support and they said I'd receive an email immediately. Still waiting on the email. I feel like this is a bait-and-switch

Hi,I believe it's possible to set up a child's meta account and link it to my account with parent supervision.I've got so far as to enter his email address and name, but when I've entered his date of birth I'm getting the message:"Something went wrongYou aren't able to create an account based on the information that you provided."I'm guessing it's nothing to do with age, because even when I try a different birth year I'm getting the same message.The only solution I've got at the moment is to let him play VR on my adult account - which doesn;t really seem ideal.Thanks in advance

Hello everyone! hope you guys are having a good Christmas so far if you do celebrate it. Just earlier this morning (12/25/25) i received a quest 3 as a present and I'm loving it so far, but the battery claims the full percentage is 98%. I thought that was kinda weird since it's a brand new device that just got taken out of the box and setup only a few hours ago. Can someone please help me? UPDATE: It charged to 100% but the green light for some reason turned on at 98% so it sort of confused me.

Guys My Meta Quest 2 is stuck on the setup screen after a factory reset. The headset was previously linked to a Meta account that I deleted. And i cannot pair the headset to my main Meta account. And like the meta website were u originally are suppost to look for an issue is just not helping me at all And like I need the headset manually unlinked from the deleted Meta accountCan someone like help with this issue please

I've recently purchased a Meta Quest 3S, using a referral code which should give me 30€ worth of Meta Store credits, I was wondering if the credits would be automatically charged on my account as soon as the headset is activated or if I’ll receive a code in my email or something.

Picture i took of the changed locked pattern through my phone.Hello team, hope this finds you well.Today a notification prompted that said to put a screen lock on, with different options i.e pin or pattern, i chose pattern. I set a lock pattern and turned my meta Quest 3 off. Upon turning it back on i find out that the lock pattern design has been changed completely from a 9 dot (basic unlock pattern) it changed to a octagonal shape thingy (I have attached a picture of the lock screen and the changed pattern design) Which only consists of 8 dots which can be seen in the picture, so its practically impossible for me or many others users having same issue to login with the pattern we set.The only option it has is forgot password, and the only thing we see once we click on it is a guide to factory reset the meta quest 3 because thats the only solution according to it.I request the team to work on this lock pattern bug and let us know ASAP if theres any solution to it.(Picture attache

Like the title says, I am rather late to this V.81 update (I only got it today, and immediately learned that it's already 4 months old).Honestly, I have nothing good to say about the update. I guess all that I'm going to say about has already been addressed here, but just still need to vent this out.The worst thing about the whole update is the decreased battery life. I've never had my Quest 2 (which I've only had for 2y 1m) battery drain this fast. Only reading through the patch notes to V.81 drained battery by 16%, just because there's this new "immersive home" running on the background all the time. After 15 minutes in FitXR, my battery was already down to 63%. After 15 minutes!! Before this update, I was able to do a whole 40 minute workout on FitXR and have still over 50% of battery left. The battery drain is truly insane after this update. Also never has the home screen and menus been as laggy as they were after the update. Things are loading so slowly, some menu buttons requires

Since about 2 or so days ago my left controller isnt turning on. Its saying its updating getting to about 33% then just stopping saying “update failed” i done the exact same update with my right controller and it took less than 20 seconds to finish. I have tried each and every possible thing to fix it that i could find on the internet, is there anyone who has actually done it that knows what there doing??

I later realized I made a mistake when creating the required account by entering the wrong email address. Recently I powered on my quest 3 and it updated my controllers like normal. The left was fine but the right when to some were between 4 and 9 percent and failed. It will continue to retry fail and retry. I tried the regular things like restating, taking out the batteries, ect. I can’t bypass it nor will it finish and I cannot use it. I am using the ones that came with it and not the pro controllers Please help, thanks.

I just made a meta account now give me all my old oculus games associated with this email!
