I have a RX9060XT and my link app was working fine yesterday, but when i try today it flat out blocks me from using it, and just refuses to work at all, the graphics card is more than powerful enough to run things and the drivers are all up to date, would it kill Meta to provide a functional product, the program supports the other 90 series car, why not this one? And why in the hell did it work yesterday, but not today? 

Okay, so every time I change my deadzone, it will act normally at first, but when I turn it off, my stick drift is still there! It's like I never did it! But when I enter settings, it says it is still set up. I am not sure if it is just a system update bug or a problem with my headset! I really need help with this because it has been occurring for like a long time.

Unable to add payment method. Cards declined. PayPal declined. Checked with the bank, no problem. Checked with PayPal, no problem... the problem is with Meta... Meta is not responding to the problem.

Is it only me or someone else think that we should have a way to check the battery’s life and a way to optimize the battery??? I think the should add a setting that would allow us to chose how much we want ours meta glasses and quests to charge. I know some people prefer to have their batteries at 100% but many others prefer to keep it’s battery life healthy. Am I wrong ?

Just picked up a meta quest. I havent even gotten the device setup yet because it has a controller that won't pair but some how I have violations for VR experiences or whatever. Can anyone explain this to me? Just playing around on Horizons and I get this message if i click on a "world".... 

So after having my vr for 1 year it doesn't change at all and power on so I just have it in my room just siting there

I find the technology behind this product truly impressive and innovative.​After using the device, I noticed a functional difference regarding the integration with Garmin and Strava in the Taiwan region. Currently, these platforms cannot be paired with the glasses here. Given Taiwan's significant role in the global semiconductor industry and its tech partnership with Meta, I believe there is a great opportunity to enhance the user experience for the local community.​I would like to sincerely suggest that Meta considers enabling these software features for users in Taiwan. This would allow us to enjoy the full capabilities of the Meta Vanguard, just as users do in other regions.

Hi,I'm still using my Quest 1 with 64GB storage capacity. I recently tried to download uninstalled games I purchased some time ago. These games (e.g. Shadow Point, Waltz of the Wizard) are still marked as compatible with my device. I've about 9 GB free space on my device, which should be enough space for these apps, but the games won't download. Turning on/off the Quest or the Wifi does not help. Clearing the App Data with Sidequest (com.oculus.ocms) also did not help.When I try to install the status immediately switches back from queue to not installed. Any help would be appreciated. I fear to brick my device on a factory reset, since support isn't provided anymore an I'm not sure if any firmware update will be reinstalled after the reset.

Since buying a quest 2, I haven't been able to buy anything on the store. Every time I try to add a credit card or PayPal, it says there's an error. I've tried removing all payment methods, using different browsers and devices, using different cards, removing all other payment methods, un syncing accounts. It sounds like lots of other people have this problem, but the only fix is to buy gift cards? I've heard some people end up losing money on gift cards when that doesn't work either. 

im trying to launch beat saber on my quest 2 when im connected to my pc, but when i do its like both eyes are displaying the same image so it looks really weird. when i try to launch without being linked to my pc it launches normally.ive looked for solutions online but i havent managed to fix the issueSome details:using quest 2game was bought on meta app storepc specs: CPU- intel i5 14400F, GPU- Radeon RX 7800 XT, 32GB RAM.any help would be very much appreciated

 So i've quest 2 and 3 and play games regular i was wonder if is a better way to manage files if i delete a game its gray scaled and with over 200 apps its quite a lot is thier away of adding a extra app screan i.e to sectionising apps.  Gameshorrizons gamesgenral streaming apps ediiting apps/ word ect. Genral apps settings messanger/ fb/ chat cameea and ect?i just feel it would be more user friendly  if you could organise library more

I would like to report a serious usability issue with the new App Library interface.The recent update removed all filters and grouped categories. Previously, apps were organized into clear sections such as Installed Apps, Demos, and Updates, which made navigating large libraries fast and practical.Now all apps — installed, uninstalled, demos, and removed content — are displayed together in one list. For users with large libraries, this makes the App Library confusing and frustrating to use.While the new visual design looks clean, it significantly reduces usability compared to the previous version.I hope the Meta team considers restoring:App Library filtersThe previous grouped viewOr adding folders for better organizationIf other users are experiencing the same issue, please share your feedback so this can be properly addressed.Thank you.

Hi all. As I haven't used my Oculus 2 for a while, it's logged me out. When I tried to log in again, the headset said it has sent a login code to my old email address. As I don't have access to it, I changed my details on Horizon, but the headset keeps sending codes to the old email. I don't want to factory reset as it will remove any apps I've bought. Also as I can't access the headset I can't check to see if the cloud has saved them!!..

Over the past few days whenever I try to launch the program it refuses to open, I've gone into the code multiple times trying to see if there was an Issue and I couldn't find anything. it's just refused to work properly, ALOT of people have told me to just play wireless but my internet is not good enough to handle that and everything else on it. I really need a way to roll back the update from a few days ago so I can actually use the program again, please and thank you. 

Before launching Horizon Link app, My internet speed is 430mbs/14mbs. After launching it is 12mbs/0mbs.

Hey all, recently got a brand new quest 3 I got it to play asseto corsa via virtual desktop, which worksHowever, at random moments, the quest OS will tell me than an app has stopped workingIt can go from "settings" to "avatar editor" to "metaOS.something.something" (dev name)Anyone knows why it does that and how can i stop it ? None of these apps are uninstallable as they are included in the meta bloat

I tried asking this in the thread I will post below, however one moderator decided that I was asking just about facebook. https://communityforums.atmeta.com/discussions/OffTopic/account-recovery-issue-w-facebook/1358019This concerns my meta account as well. Can I get help with my meta account and the things that are attached to it? I was asking for the support numbers to meta. Because I own a metaquest. Because meta corporate also takes care of facebook. , I'm not actually asking for any direct Facebook support. I need a way to contact meta because I can't even log into the Facebook forums to ask for help with my meta products and services that are all combined. Can anyone help me get in touch directly with meta support?  

I can not log into my Meta Link. When I try to it comes stating that either the email address or the password are incorrect. I have done a forgot password reset and still get the same issue when I go back to log in after setting a new password. I can log into my Meta account with the new password but not into the link. Does anyone know how to fix this as I can not find anything in Meta online nor can I get a link for their support anywhere. 

I was recently banned on instagram for no reason, they said they have reviewed my account and found violations and they won’t say what i did to cause this. I talked to an agent today and they told me their decision was final, i then asked if they could do anything about my games that i payed for. They said they don’t have details for that but told me i can get support on the website (basically talk to an AI). Is there anything i can do to either get a refund or get my games back? Let me know.

Any way to get the website to recognize that im using the same account on the device? Just wanna be able to get the game from the bundle i bought. and the fact there is not a single support option for an actual person is diabolical.
