I scanned my apartment using horizons hyperscape capture beta. It made a decent image of the space, but I can only move through part of the area. I could walk along the hallway, and enter one bedroom. The other rooms were visible, but I could not move inside them (without physically stepping forward). Is there a way to encourage the app to set the barriers in the right places? 

I have the  problems winth the link software  after update to V83  and Metahorizon link as soon as you choose link the software crashes in to a black screen and you have to restart the set i am using cable for simracing i can race wirelessly if i bijpass the whole meta using Virtual desktopit has happend before when i was pushed to version 76 and now its all broken again  

Is there no way to completely remove horizon worlds or at least all of the Worlds that pop up in installed app anymore? Saw there was a way to do it through the phone app up until a couple of days ago but now that's not working either. 

Hello Meta team,I would like to know if the Meta Neural Band works with the Meta Quest 3 and the upcoming Meta Quest 4.I’m really interested in buying and testing the Ray-Ban Display glasses, but only if the Meta Neural Band is compatible with the Meta Quest.I also saw on Kickstarter an amazing kit called “Fluxpose” that tracks full-body movements Does Meta plan to sell these accessories separately so that the Meta Quest price remains more accessible ?

Please help me help my friend. She's in Turkey and I'm in the states.  She has bought her Quest 3 yesterday after hearing me talk about mine . I was helping her set up her account through the Meta Horizons app. She made her account, set up her avatar, went to put in my referral code and it did not work. Then she checked her email and had a letter saying that she's been suspended! No explanation for what she supposedly did wrong. She can't even access the app now! She is stressed out and I'm stressed out for her. We can't find a phone number anywhere to call support. Is she really going to have to click some dumb link and explain herself, then wait god only knows how long for a response? If that's the case, I think she's going to return the Quest and I wouldn't blame her a bit.  She hasn't even turned it on yet! This is ridiculous!

my meta quest 2 is broken. i have been trying to contact support about this issue for some (>6) hours now but every route tells me there are no devices associated with my account. perhaps this is true: meta's account management practices are grotesque and repulsive and i have several login pairs which are hard to differentiate. when i try and link my device to my account by serial number, i am told "Support is not available for this device." i now cannot use my device in any way.this is unacceptably poor customer service.

I enjoy playing on my Quest but I dont engage with almost anyone because everytime its someone that sounds like my kids.I understand the amount of people would be much less in content but maybe give people that option to filter by age in Horizons and the apps.

i bought my quest 3, let me do what i want with it. this also limits our ability to repair our own devices and even more so by blocking the disabling the com.oculus.updater. so your happy pushing out faulty updates (which the oculus team have admitted doing) with no way to go back if things screw up, then wait for weeks to get it fixed, wasting time, money and energy transporting the headset back and forth via delivery when in reality all that couldve been done was allow bootloader unlocking and restoring the device to factory default settings. its honestly insulting to me as someone whos worked on devices for years, to see practices like this still in place and not being able to repair the device i bought. i want to come back in 10-20 years and actually be able to use it or have the tools at my disposal to fix it if needed. i cannot for the life of me reccomend these devices to any of my customers until this has been rectified. ive advised them to go with samsung or wait until the val

I've had my Oculus 2 for quite some time now, but recently I haven't been able to use it to play any games.When in the main hub the audio works fine coming out of the device, but the moment I open steam and try playing any of my games like I would before such as Beat Saber and BOXVR the audio stops working.If I look on my pc I am able to see that it says "Steam Link Audio is disabled one or more steam streaming audio endpoints are disabled"I have gone through all of my computer's settings to make sure everything is enabled and that I have the computer set to the correct audio output when playing, steams settings, meta quest phone and computer app, and the oculus's settings themselves and nothing works. I have even factory reset my Oculus to see if that would fix it, but no.I've also tried connecting wirelessly and wired to the PCHow can I fix this??

My son’s meta quest 2 is coming up with this message every time he turns it on and is not loading up. Any tips please??

My two kids have got a Quest 3 and a 3S each respectively - I started by just creating different profiles under the same account but they want to play games together at the same time - which doesn’t feel like it’s possible via profiles. So if I create a new account, aside from having to potentially buy games twice, is it possible to manage them both via my Meta Horizon app? What’s the easiest way to manage things?

How do I make it so that if I want to call someone in our group chat, it doesn’t call everyone?

I recently purchased a Quest 3 (having owned one before just after release and don't remember having this issue).I have automatic updates off and never put the headset to sleep, I always turn it off.I've noticed a couple of times now on passing the headset, that I can hear the fan going full blast when the headset is off, black screen, and it takes a long press of the power button to stop the fan, which also turns on the device. If I had not done this, the battery will have probably completely drained (strap with battery was already at 0%).Is this a known issue, or do I need to return the headset?

When will meta ai be available as an option to turn on in Australia ?   

I sent you guys my headset and my controllers because it had the black screen of death and I wasn’t able to fix it, and today I got only and only the headset back

I have Golf + VR on Quest 2 and have the same issue. It takes me straight to Top Golf. No option to play the courses I just bought or the ones included. Reinstalled app first. Didn't work so did a factory reset. Same issue.0 Kudos Reply  

Hey, I’m asking for help with the PIN feature on my meta quest 2. I had it in use then when taken off and set on a table for a minute to tend to other matters and returning it asked me for a pin and I was never aware of making one. So I turned it off and reset it and it was still there, then I tried resetting the PIN and my password which I found was different from the pin. I ended up factory resetting it from the site showing my devices then tried to get back on and the pin feature was still there. I tried to reset it on the headset manually and it says no command. I’ve now left it alone for some weeks hoping it would return to normal and it hasn’t. It’s still asking for a pin showing my account even though it’s factory reseted. Help?

I have a Rift S that I have been using for a few years now. My pc specs: Windows 11 64 bit, amd ryzen 9 12 core, 32 gigs ram, nvidia geforce 4070. All systems are currently updated. After downloading the qwest link software and I click next for setup and it just shows a blank window. I have reinstalled the app many times, restarted my computer, disabled windows security and made sure pc is updated. Nothing works. I have used quest link before on the same pc and it always crashes and I have to reinstall and reconfigure the software. Please help

Hi There. On v83 PTC and the ability to filter apps based on certain criteria (uninstalled, installed, updates pending, PCVR, etc) has disappeared. Also the ability to sort apps A-Z, Z-A, or by recent is also gone.I hope this will be reinstated, as there is no easy and effective way to find apps you've already purchased. the Store purchase history functionality is cumbersome at best.

so the other day i got home from work and went to jump on my quest 3. I saw a notification that the USBC port got something in it and the Q3 disabled the port. so i let it dry to be safe, cleaned it out, and plugged it in the next day. well nothing happened. now its dead and cant charge and i dont know what to do. tired different cords, outlets, the works and nothing. Any ideas?

Hey guys. I have the Quest 3. I use it on my PC for VR racing and I want to connect it to Meta Link. It's been working fine before, but with new updates, it suddenly just stopped working. I tried re-installing the app on my PC, also tried enabling public test channel, but every time I try to add new device it would open another window and when I hit "Continue", it doesn't do anything and it just goes back to Home. Before the re-install, I was able to pick which device I had, but it can't recognize the device as connect even though I can hear the device connecting when the USB is plugged in. Please help. I don't know what else I am missing. TIA.

i unboxed the quest and downloaded the meta app on my pc and connected the quest 3 via cable link to the pc. after the instructions from the meta software I successfully connected to the pc and there is a active sign on the devices page of the software.But whenever I turn on the quest 3 by taping the power button on the side of the device, it shows 4 horizonzmtally located Dots that disappear in a split second, then follow the dark grey screen and after a couple of seconds the device shut off. When I hit the meta button of my right controller, I can see the meta logo with a circle that I guess indicate loading. But after 1 cycle it disappeares too. im not sure if my quest 3 is not damaged at this point.
