Hi, I am new to the quest VR world. I have Meta horizon app on my iphone, same account on headset. When i click casting on the app, it says on the headset casting started and then it disconnects. Yes I am on the same wifi network. Also trying to cast to TV's I am unable to.Appreciate any guidance. Thanks

Hello, old chaps!I have a Quest 3 and an Acer Predator Helios NEO. All working very well until last Windows11 + MetaOS + NVIDIA update.Now, even with all Air Link connection checklist completed, Notebook paired and connected, Meta APP running... When I try to launch the Air Link, The Pinkish VR environment and sound appears for 3 seconds and... It goes back to my room.I've tryed each and ever tips from these Community forums, but none solved.Need help, please.TKS!

I have a Meta account for years, and also have/had an Occulus account since 2017 as I wanted to buy a PCVR title for later. I have many Quest tittles and also PCVR (Rift store, many cross-buy) titles which I never used, because I had no PC. Now I bought a PC and try to use the Horizon Link App. After installing it wants me to enter my Oculus account data (which I find strange, because I thought it's all meta now). I did so (with my old Oculus account) and it says they are wrong. Then I tried my Meta account data (with the same email address), although it says “Oculus” and not “Meta” (for whatever reason). That also did not work. So I gave my Meta account a fresh new password and tried to use it in the Horizon Link App. It still says they are wrong.Please help. It would be sad if I would not be able to use all those titles I once bought for later use (Lone Echo, Stormland, etc) and also the cross-buy titles.

So My left controller wont update,  went through everything as per these forums and other help.   Seems like its a pretty common issue.Anyway I contacted customer support who stated that as the unit is out of warranty I will need to buy a new one and said i could get a refurbished one for 49.99.     I reluctantly agreed to this as what choice do I have but I wanted to make a complaint as I have not broken anything its clearly a known issue with the software.Anyway so I pay £49.99 and then I get another email stating that I have to send the old one back which was not mentioned at all.What a total scam.So now I have to wait roughly 20 days in total to get a replacement that only has 90 days warranty that is more than likely some previous poor persons controller that they had to send back as it wouldnt update that meta have fixed at the press of a button.    What an absolute racket .......oh and apparently there is no way to complain no email addres

1 year with the Quest 3 and the volume down button got stuck. Is not a fisical thing, the button clicks normal but every time i turn it on it goes straight to the "factory reset" menu ant it keeps scrolling the options and i can't select anything.Any ideias on how to solve this?

I want to add a gift card to my sons account. When adding i selected give to someone else, selected his account and it said it wasn't authorised. Any ideas? 

whenever i try to login it takes me to the browser i put in my details then it  takes me back to the app where it just says "something went wrong, please try again in 2-5 minutes" (which i have done). I've tried restarting the headset and pc, reinstalling the rd app and running it as administrator with no success.  

Just purchased Meta Quest 3, a week ago, for the love off me, i factory reset and this thing has a mind of its own with showing back up with stuck on mobile pairing screen with code when i at first was originally pairing to my desktop.Any help on getting rid of this screen to Default back to Menu Screen would be appreciated.Cheers

When I try and connect on the Meta Horizon app to cast from my MetaQuest 2 to my iPhone it won’t let me. It casts audio and a white screen. All the on-screen buttons work, it just doesn’t show the screen. I got it to work once by undownloading the app and downloading it again, but every time I start to cast again it still does only audio and no video. 

When using Oculus Link I used to be able to double tap the side of the headset to get out of "Link" and access the native Quest menu, which is very useful when you want to quickly change your boundary or adjust the brightness.Now for the last few weeks (I think since v81 ?) I can't to that anymore : If I double tap the headset it activates passthrough and I only get a popup to return to the Link app.Is there another way to access the Quest settings without completely quitting Link ? Is there a plan to fix this ?Thanks !

Hi,I'm trying to connect my Meta Quest 3s to my PC using Meta Quest Link. However, I'm facing the following issues: When I go to Devices > Add Headset, the Quest 3s does not appear in the "Select Your Headset" list. If I choose Quest 3 instead and proceed with the normal setup steps, the connection does work, and I can use Link. However, even after successful connection, the headset does not appear under the Devices tab. I have tried both Link (USB) and Air Link (wireless), but the result is the same in both cases. My Meta Quest Link app version is 78.0.0.988.310.  Has anyone else experienced this issue with the Quest 3s? Is there an update or workaround available to properly detect the headset? Thanks in advance!

Iv tried countless times to get it to send but its not working. Ive disabled 2fa and its still requiring me to do 2fa. I tried to do authcation but it keeps giving me errors. Ive tried to add a new phone number to send it but its not working please help

I have owned a Meta Quest 3 for about a year now and currently with a second set of One Touch Plus controllers. My first set of controllers suddenly developed tracking problems after a major update to v74 software version. I did everything I was asked to do including factory reset but only achieved a short-lived fix on one occasion. Meta support asked me to return the headset and controllers for a fix or possible replacement of the device(s) which was a difficult thing for me to do since I live in Nigeria.After about 6 months, I was able to get a second set of controllers through a relative living in the US. Just right after the recent major update to the headset, the right controller suddenly lost pairing connection with the headset. Removing and reinserting battery restored connection only one time and it was brief. I had to unpair it in the Meta Horizon phone app have been unable to repair it - pressing the B and Meta buttons together and holding them down for more than 4 seconds di

Ok to begin with, this is my brothers Quest 2 and the issue started with the pin login, where he couldnt login at all due to the controllers not being picked up by the headset AND the headset itself not tracking, i tried to reboot it multiple times before to no avail, which lead me to factory resetting it.Now it's stuck in an bootloop.I've used the Meta Quest Software Update tool to try to fix it, which it did not manage, it is still stuck in an bootloop and now im trying to drain its battery and refill it in hopes it will fix it, and i doubt it will.Any help would be appreciated.

My Quest 3 says finding position in room and my controllers don’t work. They have new batteries and vibrate periodically but I’m unable to use them. I’ve tried everything from restarting, changing batteries and hard resetting it but nothing has worked. I’ve heard a firmware update could be the cause. If anyone has any solutions please let me know.thank you 

Hi, I just purchased the Meta quest 3. The 128 GB version. I got it today and do not have access to play the Batman Arkham Shadow game. It wants me to pay to play the game. I bought the bundled version of the quest with Batman Arkham shadow included. How can I access this? 

BOBOVR S3 head strap doesn't charge my meta quest 3 if it is on. It's just charging if Meta quest 3 is off. What can I do ?

My Oculus Go is stuck in updating mode.  Says to follow steps on phone app but can't find any.  My phone says it's connected to my device.  It took several attempts to get passed the Health n Safety video but finally did.  I added my credit card info now it's stuck!

I'm having some serious issues with meta horizon. Upon trying to start my oculus after some time of not using it, it's requesting a code from my meta horizon account to be able to use it. Now I can't get this code because I cannot log into my meta account. I have the email, I have the password, but when I try to log in it says it's sending a code to my phone number (which is the correct number) but the code never comes. I've tried on multiple devices, I've waited, I have pressed to send more codes, I've checked my spam filter, I've checked that I haven't blocked the number, but nothing. I can't contact support either because you need to be logged into an account connected to a device, which I can't, and when I try to input my serial number for the quest 2 it just says it's invalid. The only place I'm still logged into the meta horizon account is on the desktop app, but the only helpful thing I can see from there is the device serial number (the one it says is invalid)I don't want to fa

After my joysticks started drifting, I bought new ones to replace them. I took the joysticks apart and replaced them, but now one of the joysticks always shows the stick pointing left up. Perhaps I broke something? But there are no visual problems and the cables seem to be in place. I tried old and new sticks, but the result is the same - now the problem is not in the stick. I couldn't find any information online, so I'm writing here. Please help. 

Hello, my previous account was disabled because it was under my daughter. I created a new account but my quest goggles are still paired to the account that was disabled. How do I fix this? I do not see any clear way to get in connect with Meta directly to submit an appeal or authenticate my account. This has been frustrating just trying to play with the goggles with my kids. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, my Windows 11 computer is up to date. My Meta Quest Link app is up to date. Both devices are connected to 5GHz Wi-Fi, and I see that I fully meet the requirements for the glasses. However, when I try to project to my computer, I get the following error. When I reinstall the program, it sometimes works by chance. My internet connection is unrestricted, and the only network connection is my computer and the glasses. Web casting is not available in Türkiye.
