Im having this issue where i cant reset the pin to access my backup even though i didn't set up a pin in the first place. Where it the reset button. Any assists would be appreciated. 

My headset AND my mobile app keep telling me that I can convert the photos that I sync between my headset and the mobile app to 3D with AI. My images are synced between the two platforms, but I'm not seeing any option to convert or even view them in 3D.Anyone have this feature working and can tell me what I'm missing? So I have gotten a update to go through my quest 3 by computer and I heard the menu and heard the song that plays when powering it up and I see the volume button icon but it still charges boot menu appears and IS on I need help to fix this

Hello, ich have a problem.when ever i whant to play the PC version of Bonelab or Onward I have like a double Image not like fuzzynes on the outside, I mean like everything, when i close one eye its normal. When i play the Standalone version it works fine. And a seperate issiue, my hands dont work.Specs:Meta quest 2 Ryzen 7 788X3DRadeon RX 7900 GRE32 GB RAM

Hello, I am dealing with a nightmare situation. I purchased my son a Meta Quest 3 a few years ago, he used it happily for some time and several games were purchased. In testing something for another parent, i set the birthday on his account to much younger than he is. I have contacted Meta Quest support several times trying to resolve this, but apparently there is no way to correct this on the account. So now we have games purchased on that old account as well as progress in games locked to that one profile with no ability to shift them to another profile on the account.1. Is there really NO WAY to reset the age of an account once you set it for a child? This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. 2. Is there NO WAY to transfer the purchases that that account can no longer play to another account on the same unit? I've looked far and wide, but I haven't been able to find a way to do this. Thank you in advance, i REALLY hope we can resolve number 1, but #2 should

Hello,My quest 2 menu suddenly stops responsive from A nor X button clicking on controllers. I can see the controllers as well as the white lines and pointers on screens in the headset. Only the joystick can move menu up and down and the center button works too. I did a factory reset and restarted the headset. I replaced with new batteries on the controllers. I was able to set up the WIFI with the controllers and pair the controller with the headset. The setup process works and next/continue buttons responsive until the define privacy page. I have repeated the factory reset and restart twice but encountered the same problem. Any idea? Is it a fixable software issue or a non-fixable hardware issue? Thanks.

I wanted to see if my USB C earphones would give me better audio, but turned out after trying two types. It gave no bass at all, so my quess is that the audio dac in the quest is not good enough. Anyone have a solution?

I was on NFL Pro Era. went the the in game store and clicked on the defense dlc. usually it takes me to the quest store to purchase and have me put in my pin. but it instantly purchased the dlc. i had no card on or meta points on my account. so how did it buy the dlc? I checked my purchase history and its not there. I searched the DLC in the store and it says i have not purchased it. So how do i have access to it? i even deleted and reinstalled the game in case it was a glitch but no it still says purchased? checked my bank account and no money was taken out either.

Hey mods, I need some help. I had an account on this forum with my FB email, and I was working with a support person to fix an issue with my Quest 2. However, when I tried to sign in today, it defaulted to my [business email] and created a new account.  It won't let me switch back. Can someone help me merge these accounts or get back to the conversation I was having? I'm trying to resolve a long-standing issue with my Quest 2 and could use some assistance. Thanks!

Having the issue of my L/H controller partially connecting where it will recognise the controller when I try pair it and will do a firmware update, say “SUCCESS” then tells me to press any button to wake it up. Try that and still nothing but the controller has the light flashing in this order: . . .  .   .   .  . . .  So 3 fast 3 long 3 fast. I’ve tried new batteries, tried disconnecting and reconnecting, tried leaving the battery out of it for a few hours then trying to connect again. Checked for headset updates and any other app or controller updates but still nothing. Please help!Cheers

Recently tried to link a new controller to my Quest 2. Oculus on phone (which has been updated to 'Meta Quest' refuses to login. I can loginto the Meta Quest site on the laptop - just not the app. I've reinstalled the app and changed passwords but nothing makes any difference. If there's a way to pair a new controller w/out using the app that'd be fine or being able to login to the app would also work.

So I got a Meta quest 3s because I was very excited to get the free Batman game with it. But apparently I am not eligible even tho I paid the same price and bought it this Friday 14th Nov 2025 from Best Buy, Canada just because my box is missing a tiny logo. Is the game something I can still get or not? If not then Imma apply for a refund because that's a 70 CAD game everyone is getting for free while I am being asked to buy it.

When I join a game I get this error the support told me that it is an error with meta. I’ve tried everything I could to fix this issue but it didn’t work. Not even after a factory reset. The game is animal company.

When I invite my account  into the headset it says that it’s on the headset on my phone but it doesn’t show up on my headset

My son got a meta quest 3 for his birthday and I followed the steps to set up an account. However now I am unable to approve any of. His requests and I am also unable to adjust privacy settings. I have followed all of the advice online but cannot get it to work. As you can imagine he’s very disappointed 

When I go into Meta Workrooms and try to add additional screens to my layout I just get all three screens spinning and then jumping out to leave only my center screen. I never had this problem until the Nov 2025 update on Nov 4 I believe. Support Chat went through what they could with me but the problem has not been solved. Anyone have any input on this?

Hello Meta. I'm an owner of Meta Quest 3, I like it. But a few previous months I didn't have a time to run it.  Today I wanted to configure it because tomorrow my friends want to come to me to have some party, and we have a plan to play some VR games. But when I try to login I get "You have requested too many code" issue while asking for SMS 2 factor authentication. So I unable to login into my account. Could help me to fix this issue now somehow, because in the support ticket there is information that it will be answered only after 24 hours, it's too long for me, and I cant say my friends tomorrow that everything not working. I can confirm that it's my account, I have an access to email, to Instagram and Facebook accounts that are related too, can confirm that I'm owner of Meta Quest 3 via its serial number. Hi!I've had Quest 3 for a year now, but I don't use them on my PC because of a series of problems that I haven't been able to solve since I got them. Let me explain: My PC doesn't have a USB-C connection, so I bought an INIU cable. When I run a speed test, it gives me between 2.5 Gbps and 3.2 Gbps, which I understand is a good speed. However, this is where a series of problems arise. I have an 8GB NVIDIA RTX 4060 Ti (ASUS) and an AMD Ryzen 7 FX 5800X and 32GB of RAM. It's not a particularly powerful computer, but it does what I need it to do. The problem arises when I connect the headset and use Steam VR with games like Half Life Alyx or EmuVR, the latter especially with the Oculus connection.It freezes when I press the button to open the Oculus menu and starts to run slowly, with lag and a distorted image. When I look at the PC screen with the game, I see that it drops from a stable 72 FPS to 5-6 FPS... or even less. There is no way to use the Oculus menu within a SteamVR game be

When I cast my Meta Quest 3 to my phone with screen ratio 21:9, I see pretty much nothing of what the person is looking at and I constantly tell them to look down. Then I noticed that even when I record the screen or when I take a screenshot, what I see doesn't align with what's recorded. In the video below I trace the edges of my field of view with my finger. As you can see, there is a large portion of the video that I don't see through my headset and a large portion that I see, but it's not being recorded. Combine that with cropping the video to fit a wide-screen phone and what the person looks at is often beneath what's visible.
