There no way to remove or add/bookmark World from Meta World library... That very anoying since only MetaHorizon studio or from creator/team problably buyed be Meta are shove in our face.  I really hate horror but there two world I cannot even hide...Would be nice if that library had Sort be A->Z, Z->A, Recently used, LikeWould be nice to be able to sort games and world in drawer like most other devices/os since mid 2000😅

 I have a brand new quest 3 headset, I switched it on and followed the setup steps entered my wi-fi and it connected fine then it proceeded to update it was approx. 30 seconds then it appeared to shut down and then restart and repeated. This loop continues. I then tried the link cable opened the meta horizon link app, selected my device it displayed as active and connected then 30 seconds it disconnected and keeps repeating. I have done several factory resets to no avail. I have tried the sideload option again to no avail...Good link cable..Plugged into USB 3.2 port on my PC (tried Several ports)..Updated quest software on the PC (Rebooted)I can see this is a common problem amongst the community as this is a brand new headset I cannot get past the update and I don't know what else to try, the headset wont stay on log enough to update. Any help would be truly appreciated

i think a "let a family member borrow games"are a MUST.i want this function to meta quest horizon,and the meta quest vr headset what is your guyses opinions?

So I ever since I got my meta quest 2 I made this account but all the data was connected to my old phone which was broken and my meta quest 2 broke but a couple months ago I got a meta quest 3 and was able to log back in to the email that it was connected to and reset the password but it won’t let me long in without a recovery code or a code from my old phone number that I lost could anyone help me I really want my account back I spent so much money on it in games. Meta support has tried to help me but won’t help it’s been a whole day since I’ve tried but still not have been able to get my account

My sync button is missing I don't have auto sync on I factory resetted I deleted the app and re downloaded it nothing works. I check the permissions I can't snyc from my files when I try to get my pictures. I don't know what else to do 

Its not allowing me to change my birthday. Everytime I get to the ID page and submit it says to contact meta to change it. I have tried everything please help!!!

Hi,Just purchased a Meta Quest 3 from a third party seller, new condition, after selling my Quest 2 on. On completing the set up, account link and tutorials, it asks you to open the Universal Menu. In my case this booted up the Store, with no bottom menu to select. On closing the Store page it immediately reopens.I have attempted this from scratch three times after two factory resets, and the same result.

Hi everyone,Did someone know the Issue with the Quest 3 that when i start the game  Ilysia via link on Steam i got a double screen? Its no different if it with Cable or Air linkIts not full screen as normal so It looks like that each lense get its own screen .Every other Game runs normal.Thank you.

Had my meta quest 3 for a few days been playing primarily asgard's wrath 2. I had noticed on occasion that I would see these random lines of white pixels flickering on loading screens and occasionally in dark scenes.. It didn't seem to do it that much.. Welp.. Downloaded Into the Radius today and in dark parts of the game it is constant white flicking pixels.. I've noticed others are having this issue. And I saw where and admin said others need to make their own threads about this.. I'm affected by it too! It sucks. Really enjoying vr.. But this is totally immersion breaking and needs to be fixed.. I'm debating sending back my headset.. Is this really thay wide spread of an issue?? 

Is there an issue with the BLACKPINK: A VR Encore full concert video on the TV app? It seems to only play in the lowest quality (unlike many of the full concerts I've seen where you can select the quality of) and has the timecode (like ones on a broadcast recording screen) on the bottom throughout. Was so excited when I saw the concert was up for streaming, only for it to play in the worst quality...

I am trying to install the Horizon Worlds Desktop Editor on a Windows 10 PC. I have tried with Worlds-Desktop-Editor-v236.0.0.5.304.msi & Worlds-Desktop-Editor-v239.0.0.7.306.msi with an error stating that "Worlds Desktop Editor is not supported in this version of Windows. Please upgrade to Windows 10".I have tried chat support directly with Meta (waste of time) where they told me to enroll in the Public Test Channel (which I did) and someone would be in touch with another version to install. They never got back to me.I emailed tech support but after a week no response. I have Googled for a solution for this issue and have come up with nothing. Has anyone had this similar issue or have solution so I can get this installed on my Windows 10 Professional PC?

After over a month of contradictory useless cut and pasted replies, I received what I hoped was good news.  A week ago, I got an email that said:  "To make things right, I’ve personally created a replacement order for your missing controllers Right Controller: Order #*** Left Controller: Order #***" A week goes by and I hear nothing so I tried to follow up and naturally, received more "Just go away" replies.  It would seem that others have got these 'orders created numbers' that meant nothing and in some cases, months later they get an email stating the order was canceled with no explanation. I noticed on the BBB site that the Texas AG has investigated Meta in the past.  Does anyone think contacting them would help? Or should I accept the obvious fact that my controllers ended up on eBay and I should just give up?    

Cannot pair my meta quest 3 at all, my Internet is connected and it then decided to do a factory reset on its own and then the fans were going on themselves whilst it was off. Need help?

im on a ques 3 and my oculus just randomly turns me to a random direction and I'm not playing a game that uses sticks so idk I've tried resetting multiple times 

Hello to all.  After this last update we got the new worlds.  I hate them.  I would like to get the one I had before the patch back.  I can't seem to find it to apply it.  So I have to ask is it still there?  If not, How to I find a personal world without other people?  Or am I being forced to only have these worlds that are open to everyone.  I understand making them for those of you who like them.  And you should have them.  But there should also be a way to have that same background room you had before if that is what you like.  Please, if you know how to restore the old background room, tell me.  I would appreciate greatly.

I had a Meta Account Centre account, which was linked to my Facebook, Instagram and Meta Quest 2, but the phone which had the 2FA codes was stolen. I'm able to log into each of my Facebook and Instagram accounts, and I can use my Quest with what's already installed. But I'm completely unable to access my Meta Account Centre account.I know my email and password, but when I get to the page to enter my 2FA code, I'm unable to get any further. I can successfully reset my account password, but that still doesn't allow me to bypass the 2FA, and there doesn't seem to be any accommodation whatsoever for having lost that. On devices which were already logged in to Facebook and Instagram, I'm able to get to the security settings for my Meta account, but not to Meta Account Centre itself, and in order to deactivate the 2FA, it still requires me to enter it. I've spent hours going in circles on Meta's support pages, but I've not been successful in finding a way of actually contacting the

Hi is there a way to buy new controllers for the quest 2? My daughter has broke the right one and it’s falling apart I looked on the store and there is refurbished ones but no new ones and are the refurbished ones just as good? Thanks in advance 😊

Hi. My son got a meta quest 3 in September. We also got the charging dock when we bought it. Tonight when he put it in the dock it wouldn’t charge the controllers or the mask. The mask is charging with the block just plugged into the wall, but not charging on the dock. Can anyone help? I don’t know enough about this thing to even know where to start. 

My oculus 3 wont do anything.  I have a black screen and no lights come on when charging.  I tried everything from the holding down the power button and volume down to try to get it to do anything and the only thing that works is the fan.  The fan comes on and goes off while I'm holding down the power button.   I opened it up and the fan works fine.   I got a liquid detected notice before it wouldnt turn on anymore.  I'm guessing it's from sweat from the workout apps we use,  I let it sit awhile before trying again to maybe let it dry out.  I dont understand we why this is an issue when something should be in place to protect the device because people swear while playing.  I also have the meta strap with the battery on it and I disconnected it to try and still nothing. Please help.

Hi, is it possible to pair quest 2 with only left controller? last time I use this device is years ago, but I can't pair using meta horizon (the name was meta quest app if I not mistaken), then I sideload the latest firmware, tried to pair again, it has no problem until pairing the right controller step, I realize the right controller can't turned on with new battery (broken). Hope someone can help to skip this step, if no solution, it's sad I have to forget this vr device.
