Hisome years ago i bought a oculus rift, with severals games on my old computernow i tried to use my oculus rift again, because he s still working,  on my new computer, but the software changed, it s now meta horizon, i create a new account (no choice) with the same email, but i don t have my games anymore. all my money is  gone, i don t want to buy the same games again...It is not normal to not offer an option to recover purchased games.i just bought few minutes ago a meta quest3 ... but i want to retrieve my old games ! (robocall and more) i just have my steam vr game  can you help me ? thx u 

When trying to contact support if you try using the web chat option the page time out saying the link is broken. If you try the WhatsApp chat it tells you that you dont have whatsapp install ( this is news to all the friends i talk to on WhatsApp). It seems to me that Meta are deliberately trying to avoid helping their customers

It's been an hour since I bought VR and started using it, and suddenly my screen went black and then it won't turn on at all. I tried many methods, there is sound, but there is no image, the sensor is working, but it did not give an error because of masking. I also updated manually. Can anyone help me with the solution?

I bought my quest and i see it needs a mobile, a google account, wifi and tons of permisions for the mobile. I just want to play it without needing all that. When i bought the product no where they were saying all those requisites, neither was on the box.

I finally got the link cable to work -- i used the meta horizon app on my phone click on settings top left - select devices - select your headset -  select headset settings -select developer mode - and turn ON. Also go to advanced settings and turn off auto upload crash reports and public test channel.  I hope it works for you. This is after V81.0.

hello I have a problem. And that is. I want to watch a 3D movie via Bigscreen. so i can check in settings a 3d glasses various 3d images you can choose. As soon as I have done that I start the movie and put on my Meta Quest 3S headset when I look at the image it is not 3d just hurts my eyes what am I doing wrong or what should I set differently ????

This may be the worst bug i’ve encountered on this headset and is the sole reason why the meta quest 3 is the buggiest headset ive ever used. So I have two accounts on my quest, the device owner and an additional one. On the additional one, I can set my room scale or stationary boundary, as well as my floor level. But on the device owner, when i click boundary and click either option,  it just doesn’t work and takes me back to the settings. This makes that account almost unusable in standalone mode, because as you all know, you kind of need a floor level to play vr. Please fix this meta, it’s been broken for almost a year now. 

I've had this Oculus for about I'm pretty sure 2 years I have an Oculus quest 2 in for a while anytime I wanted to get on it I'd have to go to the screen where it says no command I'll either aboot it I'll either reload the graphics or anything like that and they would usually work or I would go to update USB thing something like that well today I tried to do that and it's got stuck on that one I'd reboot it and it would just go back to the same screen I'd turn it off it just go back to the same screen it would just loop and I want to reset it I want to erase everything factory set but I cannot I only have one controller so I use hand tracking and the other controller that I have left has very bad I don't know where a battery can be, can anybody help me? 

Hi all, new to VR but looking to purchase a headset etc shortly, Will be mainly focusing on Golf + and wondered:1 - What would be the best quest headset to buy2 - can the content be cast to a laptop so others can see you missing putts.... many thanks in advance for your help, all new to me!

Hi guyssince I have upgraded my Quest3 to v81 I suffer a problem with Link.I'm not able to connect to my pc via Wifi. It doesn't recognize any PC. I already reboot PC and quest3, reinstalled the pc app, restore to factory the quest3, and so on...If I use virtual desktop, I can pair quest 3 to PC via wifi. In the window of Link I don't have the switch to activate the wifi connection even if it is on in setings (in v79 I had a slider...). This is the screenshot on Link menù:could you help me? Is it possible to downgrade to v79?thanks 

So I recently factory resetted my headset because it kept kicking me out of games and the original owners account had been deleted but now I can't log back in because it's telling me to re take out the plastic tabs which we threw away and I can't I've turned off the headset and I've tried restarting it but nothing works PLEASE HELP!! 

I was recently trying to buy my friend a game called virtual skate and it popped up a message saying I was unable to complete the transaction for security reasons. I would kindly ask for meta to resolve this issue. I think I have found a pattern though, every time I buy something, and then try to buy another thing maybe 2-3 days later, this message pops up. So meta, can you please give my account the ability to purchase things again, or maybe even resolve this entire issue. Thank you

I contacted meta on May 8 that my oculus could  turn on, shows the turning on screen, the trouble shoot screen, but other than that it shows me a bright black screen, I’ve only used this oculus for a week then never touched it again. On may 8 I had 30 days to send my oculus to Meta but I didn’t.Is there any way I could send it still?ive tried everything, trouble reset, hard reset, still only shows me black screen   only used it for a week. I have the emails of the ship stickers from May 8 to send it to meta but I think it expired  

My Quest 2 will not update Golf+ unless I uninstall game and reinstall it. It says I don't have enough memory which I do, but for some reason it won't update. Golf+ has a lot of updates so it gets a little disturbing when I have to uninstall and reinstall it almost every week just to keep up on the latest content. 

I just got a new Q3 last week and everything has worked perfectly until I bought the Meta charging dock/batteries.  My right controller keeps shutting off every few minutes.  Removing the meta rechargeable battery and replacing with a standard AA battery and theres no issue.  Clearly is the dock system Ive reseated the battery, tried unpairing/pairing, restart, checking that the leads touch, blah blah blah.   Ive returned the dock and got a replacement and same issue.  Again, its obviously the meta branded dock and battery that's the issue. Is there anything that can be done to fix this or is the dock just a waste of money because they didnt make the batteries correctly?  Extremely frustrating to spend all this money on a subpar product 

I have three Meta Quest 3 controllers and I can't pair any of them. When I first got the glasses, they connected and I could use all three at the same time, but now I've been using them for over three months and the controllers don't work.

Hello,I´m very very frustrated. Because I ran my Oculus Rift since years without any problems. I use it for DCS only - Surving trought the clouds. Since the last Update (10th oct 2025)  yesterday, the refresh rate is down and the view is a slide show.No new hardware, no other settings, no new software. Just the latest Update.META: Please, why I´am forced to install every update even I won`t it? And why your service provide an untested update?And why is it not possible to roll back to an older version?I tested the graphics to the lowest possible settings. But there is still 10 frames per second. Doesnt matter what I tried. All my hardware is working fine- latest graphic card driver nvidia installed. Latest windows updates and so on.  Could you please undone or fix the latest META update - Thank you.Kind regardsTOM 

OK, so my link via cable to my PC suddenly stopped working, i would hop on to play and stream onto twitch. when i plug in i get a "power charging at slower rate" wich is normal for me but i was still able to connect, this morning however i boot up plug in and now theres no link, iv tried everything i could think of but no go, again iv never had a problem up untill now and again, its just sudden.any ideas?

I have v81 pushed onto my Quest 3 a few days back - (not PTR) and since then have been having lots of issues:really slow to load games - can't even get into Citadel on Horizon Worlds - says I lost connectionMultiple apps have issues loading in game graphicsCan't see to join friends in games - always gives errorsOut of memory issuesWifi dropping out unexpectantlyI've done multiple restarts, let it sit powered on for ages, turned off background processing in experimental and tried to clear cache (how does one even do that).Very frustrating - want a fix or go back to previous.  Would rather not factory reset.

Not visible on the outside, seems to be the lower left portion of the inside display. It is very thin but when seen once is almost always noticeable and interferes with media.

Hi everyone,I recently installed the latest update offered when I went into settings, which gave me the latest UI, which was really nice. But now I've reset my Meta Quest (and changed accounts) and I'm stuck on version v79. It no longer offers me the option to update to version v80 or higher.I don't understand why.

What was the point in enforcing them? I get you guys wanna shut down modding, but you already had a warning feature if it detects a modded apk. There are many good games that aren't on applab, so why and get these games unplayable to new users? There was already an "unknown sources" tab in the library FOR apks. Please work on glitches and cool features instead of removing the cool features. Add back app support.

Just a note for the devs: Connecting to the computer (or router) by ethernet cable via a cheap gigabit USB-C ethernet dongle at the headset is FAR superior to USB or WiFi link. The motion-to-photon latency is down to ~25 ms or so, framerate is high, bitrate is huge, and there are NO framedrops. Even if I use a 10' extension cable so the dongle isn't hanging out of my head.By contrast, my beefy computer's USB-c still struggles despite setting to low bitrate and having a 5080 gpu. Drops frames often and has a latency more like 45-50 ms. I believe this is because USB shares too many resources with other computer processes and can't prioritize buffering the way ethernet cards naturally do.The headset's underlying android operating system already automatically recognizes usb ethernet dongles. You should sell a nice dongle with a long fiber optic / charging cable going to the headset. You'll make grips of cash because it's a better way to connect, hands down.Cheers!

Left controller not working tried doing all troubleshooting with I can, tried filling out a ticket to raise the problem but it’s not recognising any of the serial numbers from my products (Xbox version) so can’t get any help at all. Please help

Since non-beta V78/79 my Q3 Elite Battery strap does not charge properly.  That is, after a full shutdown, connected then to my Q3 charger, the main headset battery indicator never turns on.  This used to turn orange = charging, and green = charged once both the headset and elite battery were fully charged. The workaround for me right now is to charge each battery separately.  Bit of a pain but this seems to work ok.  I have submitted a bug report on this with both v78 and v79.  Hopefully this will be fixed with the upcoming non-beta v81.  Cheers.
