No option to install batman. It wants me to purchase It. The promotion says offer ends 12/31/2026

I am on build 5092736.7500.340, V79.1030 on the Quest Pro. Meta Horizon Worlds does not work on this build. When starting the app, it initially starts fine, but once it gets past the initial loading screen, it takes me to a blue rectangle on a black background for about 30 seconds, then it loads into the default world but at around 1 frame per 10 seconds. It is just a slideshow, not exaggerating. The actual quest UI and everything else is completely fine and responsive, it's just Horizon Worlds itself doing this. It's super broken on this build. Anyone else got the same issue?I did clear the cache etc too, didn't make a difference.

Until very recently, I was able to use CTRL + Numpad 1 / 2 / 3 with the Oculus Debug Tool to switch ASW modes. Now, these hotkeys no longer work for me.I also tried running the tool in administrator mode, but it doesn’t make any difference.- Is anyone else experiencing this issue?- Has anyone found a workaround or solution?Oculus Debug Tool Version: 79.0.0.1143.381OVR SDK Runtime Version: 1.111.0HMD Model: Meta Quest 3HMD Firmware: 13878.0Thanks

Hi! Today I connected to Quest 3 and found that when connecting via Meta Link or Air Link, the image is at a low framerate.This has happened before, Meta Link itself showed that the image was at 120Hz, but Steam displayed 72Hz.That time I fixed it, but now even Steam says 120Hz.Everything is fine with Steam Link.

One of the three glasses is broken.  Where can I get a new one 

Hello! We recently received a meta quest 2 from friends as a gift. It was signed in on other peoples accounts so I factory reset the device and created my own meta account on my phone. When I looked in the headset it said I needed to pair the device with my phone using the meta mobile app using the displayed code. I pressed add and new device in the mobile app and selected meta quest 2.  Then I entered the code displayed on the screen of the headset however it said headset not found please make sure the code entered was correct and try again. I have tried many times and read through the troubleshooting and forums but nothing seems to work, as I can’t do anything on the headset until I connect it using this code. I recently purchased the Meta Quest 3S and attempted to connect it to my Windows laptop using Meta Quest Link. However, I encountered a compatibility issue with the graphics card. My laptop model is ASUS ExpertBook B1400CEPEY, equipped with an NVIDIA GeForce MX330 GPU.Upon launching the Meta Quest Link setup, I received the following message:"Graphics Card Not Compatible – You won't be able to use the Link feature, as your system's graphic card is incompatible with it."I understand that the MX330 may not meet the minimum requirements for Link, but I would appreciate your guidance on the following:Is there any workaround or alternative method to use Link with this GPU?Would wireless streaming options such as Virtual Desktop or ALVR be viable with my current hardware?Are there any updates or future support planned for broader GPU compatibility?I’m eager to make the most of my Meta Quest 3S and would appreciate any assistance or recommendations you can provide.Thank you for your time and

HiWe're using Whatsapp from long ago. It's easy to connect our friends and family. We have some Whatsapp groups of friends and families. My idea is sometimes it's hard to remember everyone Birth dates and we forgot to wish them. My suggestion if Meta add feature for that like popup notification as Facebook for birthday wish reminder and it's more grateful if popup birthday on group (if admin give access for that) it's will be good for many of us. Even second suggestion is calendar, if anyone have special events to attend than if we can just add events on calendar and got reminder before 1 day so we can remember and attend that's event without forgetting. (Event such as marriage anniversary or any special day).Thank you 

I'm using a oculus rift s and it keeps bugging out and says can not track head movement and repeatedly buffers anyone know how to help? 

So, I manage my childs account, and my child wants to buy a game so he sends a request. It costs 20$, so I confirm on my computer that I want to buy it and then it redirects me to meta store, and logs me to my account. Now I dont know if I buy that game on my account, will my child get it on his meta quest? There are no other profiles on that vr, just him. So Im not sure if I buy that will, game it will show up for him.Hoping to get it solved, thanks.

I heard somewhere that if I buy a game on my quest 3 I can use it for pcvr through my computer so I wouldn't have to buy it again on pc

Does anyone out there have a solution to disable the window screen adjustment function of the left trigger. In the middle of the game I'll press the left trigger to aim on COD. It aims down the sight, but once I move the joystick it adjusts and modifies the screen. Ive researched with AI and haven't had any luck to solution. Thanks in advance for any guidance.

My idiot brother, created an account on Roblox, and put his age under 13 and I just wanted some help on how to let oculus know how to not delete my account, because now they’re threatening to suspend it for no reason

I have spent hundreds of dollars on games and stuff, and it's all deleted. I have done absolutely nothing wrong, on any platform, and been fighting for resolution since the beginning of the year. 

On June 6th, 2025, my Quest 3's right controller abruptly stopped working after briefly reporting a low (but likely incorrect) battery level. It was working perfectly a few days prior. After trying the standard troubleshooting steps, I’ve concluded that the controller was likely bricked by a failed firmware update, and there’s no available way for me to recover it except to pay $50 for a refurbished replacement. Before i installed the v79 update everything was oke when u plugged in the usb cable. Now that i installe e to sideload any games because it says that i aint connected. I dont know what to do, anyone advice? because...i just want to know other solutions before doing a factory reset.

So I ever since I got my meta quest 2 I made this account but all the data was connected to my old phone which was broken and my meta quest 2 broke but a couple months ago I got a meta quest 3 and was able to log back in to the email that it was connected to and reset the password but it won’t let me long in without a recovery code or a code from my old phone number that I lost could anyone help me I really want my account back I spent so much money on it in games.

Does anyone know if you can transfer your game  install data and save data from the Quest 2 to Quest 3 or 3s? I'm thinking about upgrading,  obviously I'd rather stop using my Quest 2 if possible, but I don't want to lose all my data when I set up a new Quest 3 or 3S in its place. It would also be helpful if anyone knows if your Meta Horizon data such as your avatar and any worlds you downloaded and so on can carry over as well, as well as any non gaming apps installed on an existing Quest 2

Whenever I try to connect to my PC, I get stuck in a loading screen, and it says PC disconnected. When I check the PCVR menu in quick settings, it shows my computer, and if I look at the same spot after I click launch, it says looking for PCs or whatever, and whenever I  exit, it shows my PC. I've tried Air Link and the traditional cable method, and they all do the same thing.

So I received my headset with no issues so I thought there were only really issues when I installed thrill of the fight 2 and it wouldn't let me load into games with the error code 106. I contacted the game developers sent them the log file and they came to the conclusion it was the headsets chipset, now we sent all the evidence from the logs and developers to meta to get a replacement and yet these ** jump from.person to person in the email asking the same question that we keep providing and then they automatically resolve the issue which isn't resolved. Never buy from meta. 

Every time I play on my quest 3 every Like 3 mins Wi-Fi keeps going out I've tried everything still not working a update needs roll out to fix it please help me out because I just bought it an would like to know how to fix it

I am trying to configure the builtin Remote Desktop app with a second Windows 11 PC using the Mixed Reality app.I have it paired with 1 PC no problem whatsoever, but as soon as I launch it, it logs into the PC it is already paired with. I'm sure I previously had an option to select which PC to connect to, but at the very least I can't even see a way to unpair a PC that it's connected with so I can pair it with a new one.I would like to have the option to connect to either PC, rather than only being able to pair with one at a time.
