This kind of sounds like I’m asking for help with no real solution. my quest 3s headset has been absolutely amazing with a bit of lagging but honestly pretty great so far. Recently I was playing VRCHAT and my mic just suddenly stopped working? No issues up until then with my mic.i’ve done everything, checked the settings a million times on both vrchat and quest,  I restarted my headset, factory reset my entire headset which was a hassle tbh. And I’ve tried it with other applications such as browser and I’ve gotten the notification that my mic is in use, just not picking up my voice. if I scream really loud or click on the screen is picks up the tiniest bit but it doesn’t really work aside from that. any help would be appreciated! I miss being able to talk :)

EDIT: This appears to be a hardware issue with my machine after all. Hi, I’m experiencing a persistent issue with Horizon Worlds Desktop Editor on my PC. After installing and launching the app, it immediately shows a black screen and becomes unresponsive (“Not Responding”). The same installer works perfectly on another PC (my girlfriend’s fairly old, low end laptop, which won't run Quest Link as graphics card is not supported), so I believe it’s specific to my system environment. Just two weeks ago, my two controllers encountered an error where they couldn't update their firmware. Inside the VR headset, it displayed "Controller firmware update failed," and in the settings, it showed "Controller not connected," making both controllers unusable. To get them working again, I used the "Meta Horizon" app to unpair the controllers and then re-paired them. However, most of the time, it would show "Controller firmware update in progress" and then just keep loading indefinitely. After many attempts, occasionally the VR headset would connect to the controllers, but it still showed the firmware update failure. Moreover, if I restarted the VR headset, the controllers would return to the disconnected state. On my "Meta Horizon" app, it would show that the controllers were all right, but they still couldn't be used.

so im upgrading my cpu to a i5 11400f and my gpu is a 2060 6gb and i have 32 gb of ram how well will this work for vr 

This first happened to me last night at Bunky's, then again tonight - numerous players in Bunky's tonight complained of seeing open portals that wouldn't close, even if they click the "Hide" button. Last night I was playing darts when a portal opened in front of me. The player responsible for opening the portal was NOT at Bunky's. I couldn't close the portal, so I had to move to another dart board. Another user last night told me she experienced the same thing over the past few days and that she was on call with another user, but they were in different worlds. A portal spontaneously opens in front her, and it was triggered by her friend in the other world throwing a portal. Tonight was worse. I could overhear users complaining about a portal on the stage that wouldn't close. Another player complained of one inside the bar area. The one I saw was in front of the middle basketball stall (it interrupted my game - see pic). What's even more bizarre is different portals are v

My meta quest is still under warranty. It said it needed a update and then turned off. It never turned back on. It will not charge. It will not do anything. No lights pop on when I try to charge it. Nothing happens when trying to reboot it. Hard rebooting does nothing. Anyone have any other ideas??

Before I continue, I’ve removed the batteries and repaired the controllers. I don’t suspect the controller it self to be the problem. This issue started after the most recent update. I’m able to play games still but I find when I go to the navigator to open a browser or anything else I’m unable to click anything with my right controller. The white pointer beam stays blue. I know for a fact the buttons are working fine because I’ve played a game a breachers just fine. Until this morning I noticed my player going prone without me pressing anything. Also noticed that even if I put the controller down quest 3 won’t recognize my hands. Not even if I tap the controllers twice together. I played a game of demeo this morning just fine but the the bug in the nav menus were not good despite working in game. I believe this has something to do with either the firmware update for the controllers and or the most recent v79. Hello,my *brand new* quest 3 arrived yesterday. I installed Arizona Sunshine 2 on it and started playing.The game often crashes with the error message "there is not enough memory to run arizona sunshine 2".This happens at every 2 or 3 checkpoints. And right now it happened in the middle of a zombie fight.

My quest3 left controller can't connected to my headquest. I've try many times to upair and repair, reboot, factory reset both headquest and controller,nothing worked！It's always being updating the hardware when i try to use my phone app to repair, it shows connected，but headquest didn't. In Meta horizon app，it only shows a series number，but no battery status，no hardware version，just empty，the left controller blinks sos light。what can i do for this? Look forward to your help.

I bought the glasses, and they still have a valid first-year warranty. With the latest update, v78.0, the glasses stopped working completely. The screen went gray, and I followed all the instructions provided by Meta, under the supervision of Meta technicians or assistants. I have exchanged more than 50 emails with Meta. I am currently in Chile and have an address and mailbox in Miami. Meta is telling me that there is simply no solution available and that I should assume I lost the investment in the glasses, along with accessories and apps that cost around $1,000. This is unacceptable: losing my money because Meta decided to stop my glasses from working with their latest update. I demand a solution.

Randomly while I’m playing my character will turn around and do a complete 180 and face the other way and I can’t find a way to fix it. Ive looked around and I haven’t seen anyone else with this issue. It isn’t drift either because it’s instant and I have smooth rotation on in almost every game I play. My quest 2 doesnt give me the option to record at 60fps or at 20mbps. I need helo fixing this

I purchased a Quest 3 late last year and have been using Supernatural a lot.  My wife has a profile as well and also uses the headset.We recently purchased a second Quest 3 headset with the intention of being able to use them simultaneously for things like Together Boxing.I cannot figure out how to establish a separate account on the new headset, with its own download of Supernatural.  Only one headset can use the app at anyone time, and I can't seem to figure a way to purchase another copy of Supernatural through my wife's meta horizon account.  Is there a baseline meta quest account I need to purchase for our second headset before I will be able to buy apps for it independently?If anyone has the magic answer I would be most appreciative.

I read on internet about "get a free replace" for the CV1.It is still available at this date? ...I tried "help" section but the serial number is not longer working I guess..and can not find a "contact"  or "chat" button.....If it is still available, how or what I can do? 

Hope i posted the title properly, this has been an ongoing issue since I started playing VRChat from day one. In game I have maybe 17 to 20 FPS with a  AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D, 128GB of DDR4-3600 RAM, and just now added a Hellhound AMD Radeon RX7900 XTX, While my my system would not be an absolute tier 10 system, it's in the upper brackets due to the on board 96MB of L3 V-Cache, & the AMD Radeon RX7900 XTX with 24GB of RAM. Why is it that I have seen NO improvement with this new AMD Radeon RX7900 XTX. I typically like to play with a Meta Quest Pro using Air Link, but also use a high end Syntech USB A to USB C charging cable with 65W charging port, to "try and keep the Quest Pro charged". In the end, either on Link Cable or Air Link I am only getting about 17 to 20 FPS with META, why does it seem like META is the bottleneck, and is there a reasonable fix? So two days ago, I playing vrc on my quest 2 with friends, then all of a sudden I crash (Which is normal on vrc), it seemed normal until I got into the oculus home and clicked on vrc. My whole sight was glitched and there was a lot of noises, and especially a noise to me that sounded like a tiny pop which after that turned off my headset. Now my headset doesn’t have a charging light, it won’t turn on, nor will it charge. I tried holding the power button along with the volume button. I changed cubes along with chargers and i’m still not seeing no light. Is there anything else I am not trying?? I’m a little bummed because I did make a lot of good friends on there that I won’t be able to see anymore. :(

I got my Quest 2 on christmas and up until now haven't had any issues with it. This morning I tried starting it up but nothing happened. I looked it up and it said things like use the original power cord but the light wouldn't turn on. Then it said that it might be dead but meta horizon says it is at 100%. Then it said try factory reseting it but the display didn't change at all. I don't know what to do.Please respond as soon as possible

I tried loading into vrchat and it worked but when I was going to my home world it keeps disconnecting me! It won’t load the world it says word for word “disconnected. Your connection to vrchat timed out, verify connections and try again.” Like man I just wanna play vrc this is bullyism

I factory reset my headset because all it had was a grey screen now I went through the tutorial thing and it's just stuck on a white screen with music and the controllers are working and it says I can move around but all I see is a white screen with a headset linking code.

My headset is acting up a lot! Showing the wrong date and time, not connecting to the WiFi and says I need to re enter the password and when I try it doesn’t work. I’ve manually restarted and powered it off multiple times and nothing please someone tell me what to do

I just had a low battery warning while playing Red Matter 2, but when I checked the status I had 35% remaining. Anyone else notice it? I got a final battery warning at 5% then but there was still 25% remaining. Very strange. I'm getting about 1hr 50 mins from the device while playing RM2 so that's about normal..Just the low battery warning is annoying.

I just bought a Meta quest 3, i  live in the uk i tried to add my card details it didnt work, so i bought  a meta gift card instead to try buy a game i put the money on my account with the gift card and now i cant use that money So, i cant use my £40 that i put in my wallet or add payment details.To fix this I tried to use 3 different devices, 1 other payment method (not paypal i dont have it), I heard a fix to this is to make another account and gift yourself games you want but i just wany MY details on MY account and dont want any hassle!!! Fix this Meta I spent alot of money and i cant even enjoy the Meta Quest 3   

So these guys deleted my other posts about my Rift S and  how much Meta Quest Link was messing up my new pc.I've recently updated the bios, reseated the cable connected to the headset, cleaned the cameras, made sure camera access was enabled on my pc, Bought a powered USB hub, and have my nvidia drivers up to date. While trying to make absolutely sure camera access was enabled, I stumbled upon the Rift S in device manager under imaging devices. Looking at properties, it says the driver date is 4/30/19 and version is 1.0.01. Clicking update driver only searches my pc for updates and not the internet. I haven't been able to find any downloads to update this, if there even is/was an update.I'm wondering if this could be this issue. I've checked multiple times to make sure my brand new pc is compatible even though meta quest link app says it's not. My pc specs are :Intel Core i7-14700K (3.40 GHz), 32.0 GB Ram, Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB 

I tried to start up multiple different character saves but the game loadup would only reach 100% then I would get kicked out of the app. This has happened to me before but I don't know how to fix it. Please help me fix this issue.
