Idk how to enroll for it

I cannot get beyond first screen - language selection is unresponsive to all buttons and triggers. Help! Thanks 🙏

back in christmas 2023, i received bonelab as a gift, but somewhere in the middle of 2024 i suddenly couldnt open the app anymore, saying its apparently age restricted. so i havent been able to play the game for the past 8-9 months and now i have to wait 2 more years just to play a game i was able to play a year and a half ago. is there anything i could do about this?

I am currently trying to factory reset my oculus go but I can’t finish setting it up because the health and safety video never loads and I can’t skip it so I’m just stuck forever. I have factory reset the headset multiple times and redownload the app but nothing helped. Can anyone help me or give me some tips.

So my oculus, it says you’ve been logged out from a different account because I said I wasn’t a grown-up, even though I am so i don’t know what happened 

I've had this issue since Meta bought Oculus. I am completely unable to download a new version of the Meta Link Application. I needed to refresh the drivers so I finally uninstalled the application from my windows to reinstall it. Woe is me when I find out that I don't have the initial installer downloaded, and now my Meta is bricked for PC use. Is this being worked on? Is there a work-around? My games seem to be blocking the runtime.dll for VR. So I need an update.Steps I've tried over the years to fix this issue.-Different Browser-VPN-Direct Download pirates-Repairing the app (Initial)-Switching runtimes to avoid quest link completely-VDNone of these solutions worked.~Nathan

Hi,I recently got a Quest 3 and have been exploring the Worlds Desktop Editor and its tutorials. At the moment, I'm working through the UI tutorial, and I’ve noticed that the scripts import components from "horizon/core" and "horizon/ui". Does anyone know where I can find API documentation for these.

I returned my meta glasses to Fedex and Meta claims that UPS returned my glasses even though I showed proof that I took them to Fedex.  How that's even possible makes no sense.  Then they said they I can't receive my refund because they didn't receive the glasses which is completely wrong.  I hated those glasses and had no reason to keep them, so now I'm getting scammed with no glasses and no refund.

Please improve USB-C pairing and Link support for faster, smoother Quest connections. Thanks!

Hi, I don’t know if I’m in the right area but I’m in a pickle, I had a partner helping me develop apps on app lab who I gave admin privileges to. He has removed me from the account, but in my app lab account I can still see the studio. My name is on the account with Meta, my drivers license is what was used to create the account. I’m looking for help to get this back there is no way to contact meta directly to talk to them about the situation if anyone has any thing or any idea of what can be done please let me know.

i cant speak. so communicating on the quest 2 is impossible for me on all of the games i like to play. Is there some way for me to communicate .  is there an app where i can put a keyboard at the bottom of the screen. if not can one be made .If so can you add a feature to it. Like a few preset word buttons so i can add some words that i can hit a button so they just pop up. for games like iron rebellion and other games  like that. And will give me a voice. Hi Guys, I've recently bought an Oculus Quest 2 64 GB and currently trying to watch videos on my USB Stick via Big Screen and Pigasus VR Media Player on the headset. I've got an USB-C to USB 3.0 OTG adapter which I use to connect the USB stick to the headset. I've already formatted the filetype on my USB Stick to FAT32 as I'm aware that's the only USB filetype currently supported by Oculus Quest. When I connect the USB stick to the headset via the adapter, the headset recognizes that I've connected something as I hear a sound but then I'm unable to find the USB stick on any of the apps. I've tried following instructions on the Oculus support page which states that I should find 'Connect media' on Oculus Gallery but the app is no longer available on Quest 2. Are USB sticks supported on the Quest 2 or not? If yes, what are the instructions for accessing USB storage on the Quest 2? Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated as one of the reasons I got the headset was to watch

Few years ago I had Meta Quest 2 and purchased few titles while I had it.Recently with Amazon Prime Day deals I decided to get Quest 3S.I've logged in with email that I've previously used and I don't see any purchase/orders history.Titles that I previously had like Superhot VR are now available to purchase like I haven't had them before...Any suggestions what might went wrong and how to get my previous quest profile back with all the purchases that I have made?My Quest 3S is still on the way, making it harder to get ahold of support without assigned device, but I would like to fix everything before quest 3S arrives.

I last played beat saber yesterday (July 11th, 2025). I turn on my Quest 2 today and ALL my progress is randomly gone. It was like I had never even launched the game as it was asking me what region I was in and asked me to try the tutorial. I looked to see if cloud backup was on and it was, but all my progress is gone. Is there anyway to fix this and restore all my beatsaber data?

Hi.  Newbie Baby Boomer here with my new quest 3 and gaming tower. I have no interest in computer generated games but I have major interest in VR recorded events like concerts, the evening news, SNL, etc.  movies in VR would be GREAT and I'm not referring to adapted "3D" moviesthis IS the halo deck,  so where's the content?

After profile picture i am not able to go ahead no option for next, saw previous post on reddit  - this was an known problem from 2021 when you was choosing profile picture and its was turning same blank/grey screen]tried its solution but it didn't worked , please help what can be done here

What is going on with the latest update that will not update?? I troubleshot everything plus did a factory reset as well as a hard reboot and still nothing. So please help, Meta told me many replace the headset because its under warrenty but isn't that going to far? Robert W.

Hi Meta Support,I'm experiencing an issue with the Meta Quest PC app. When I try to log in using the “Continue in Browser” option, the app opens my browser, but instead of proceeding with the login, it redirects to the language selection page and stays there. I'm already logged into my Meta account in the browser. I’ve tried clearing cookies, changing the default browser (Chrome, Firefox), restarting the PC, and reinstalling the Meta Quest app, but the issue still happens. Could you please help me resolve this so I can access the app properly? Thanks in advance.

Is it possible to upgrade from 74 firmware to 78 or the future 79 headset will not chip or break?What is the best way to avoid problems after and during the update?

Hello, I am a developer trying to use Unity on my Windows 11 laptop to develop VR apps for the Meta Quest 3. To run my project on the headset, I downloaded the Meta Quest Link app. When I open this app, it gives me a warning saying "Your system's graphics card is incompatible with the Rift system software" with a link to https://www.meta.com/help/quest/articles/headsets-and-accessories/oculus-rift-s/rift-s-minimum-requirements/#specs. When I try to connect to my headset using AirLink, I get a similar message. I went into Task Manager and found that GPU 0 is "Intel (R) UHD Graphics" and that GPU 1 is "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 with Max-Q Design", the latter of which I believe meets the minimum requirements (said to be "NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti" at that link). I went into the NVIDIA Control Panel and set "OculusClient.exe" to use GPU 1 and can verify that this app is using GPU 1 in the Task Manager (in the "GPU Engine" column). Why am I still experiencing this error? Please let me know if a
