Quest 2 stuck on pairing code screen.  I’ve factory reset, still stuck on screen with controllers pulling tabs.

My headset wont turn on and wont even charge its just black it wont even go to the menu to factory reset it please someone help  

This morning, my device was updated to v78.1027, but strangely, none of the new functions of v77 were pushed to my device, just as if it had not been updated. Even if it was updated to v78, no new functions appeared.

I have tried cyberpunk and death stranding so far and it just does not look good no matter how long i tweak it. Those artifacts around people or objects are there and it breaks immersion for me. I played a lot of UEVR games and its amazing. I wish those two games were made in unreal engine, it would look so good! My setup: the latest LR mod, 4070 ti super, DLSS4, 1/2 option, 90hz I try to understand the perception of others who dont have a 4090 but say its amazing. Those artifacts are still there right? Also with a 4090 those artifacts are there right?

After updating to version 79, my quest isnt showing up in Windows after clicking the connection prompt. So Im not able to transfer data via USB cable.

Both of my controllers are having issues.  One won't turn on.  The other turns on and then right back off.  I have tried everything I have found online via Google and YouTube. My Quest 3 is only 6 months old.

Hello, I cannot connect my headset to the phone app, I can connect it to the Bluetooth in both my phone parameters, and headset but as soon as I enter the app it disconnects and I cannot connect back without forgetting the devices.I have to say I am deeply disastified with all of this, I shouldn't have to go through my phone to use my headset. This is simply unacceptable and bothersome.

hey, just wanted to hop on my vr recently since i wanted to play with my friends on flatscreen, and for some reason theres a green filter on my rift s. i have no idea why that is happening at allmy specs:ryzen 7 5700xamd rx 6700xt32 gb ramis there any fix or is this a driver issue? i dont know which driver to go to if it is

Hello! I’ve been having an issue with the Quest 3 where after a while I see a pink line/bar that fills up half of each lens near the bottom. I’ve looked for a few fixes but can’t seem to find the right fix. I use it through SteamVR and some threads have said it’s VRAM issues but I’m using a 4090 and still getting it. Hoping someone else have had a similar issue and found a fix. 

I am having trouble with the Meta Quest 3 while recording, streaming, and even casting videos. The video area appears very high. I have to look down to show the lower part of the view. i even tried to casting on phone, TV, PC (web base) and LIVE streaming. its all the same view, its too high.Edit : i already tried reset the headset twice. and the problem is still there.i leave a video for you to see the different. i use scrcpy to record in pc.Link Video : https://youtu.be/YC3VWx03MBM

I have an account from my Rift S and got a Quest 3. I set up the Quest 3 with my existing email but I cannot access my purchased apps. I say your site saying "Please select our name to get to our profile page, or click here. Next, click "Send a Message" to privately " but I cannot find any send message link on that page.I am not sure that this will be private so can you provide a link to the send message page or, better yet, a phone number for support.Thanks,

Hello,I submitted my ID so that I could get my age verified, but they were unable to verify my account age. Now I don't have access to Facebook Marketplace along with other features. Is there any way I can resubmit my ID so I can get back on? marketplace ect. and yes im 18.

I just bought the quest 3 as a long needed upgrade from my quest 2. After messing around and setting it up I was ready to add the batman game which says it's included with purchase. When I checked the box, I couldn't find a code. When I checked my email under meta and batman, nothing shows up. Can someone please help me figure out how to activate the game for my headset?

We need them to do it because I have a little ADHD but sometimes because I don't need some apps in my library and there stuck in there my meta quest is meta quest 3s come on meta!!!!!😐😐😐

Me, my digital coordinator and our subhead are trying to get up with the systems of Meta Quest 2, to use them for educational purposes as of using simulator where you are fixing cars etc. We ran into a problem where there’s not known a possibility of using these devices on 1 account, or there’s a need to have an account for each devices for more compatibility.
