The right controller on my 3s isn’t working. It has a flashing white light. All software is updated. When I go to pair the right hand on it says the right hand controller needs updating and updates software on it. I get a success message and the controller buzzes but then it says it can’t find the controller. Pairing doesn’t work. It has new batteries in. What can be done?

I have experienced problems with downloading Asgard's Wrath as many others. The suggestions I read online are either outdated or do not work. I know now when the issue occurs and how to avoid it.Usually you can pause and continue a download. With Asgard's Wrath you can do that, too, but you cannot do that during the endphase of the download. Otherwise the download stops and the already downloaded files get deleted and you have to start over.So make sure, that you download the last ~30GB without interruption. Do not pause the download and make sure your internet connction is stable. If you have DSL you usually have a disconnect every 24 hours. Make sure this does not happen during the last part of the download.

Hi, my link cable randomly keeps disconnecting whilst playing games. I know for a fact its not certain games because it does it with every game I play while using the link cable. I've tried 3 different link cables ranging from USB-C to USB-C and USB 3.0 to USB-C. I have also tried getting a different headset to see if that will fix it but it didn't. This issue started out on the Meta Quest 3 and so I tried getting a whole new headset and switching to the Meta Quest 3s to see if it would fix it but it didn't. I feel at this point it would be a problem with my pc but I wouldn't know where to start. Please can someone help me with this issue it is really frustrating.

We are a VR development company providing business services, and we recently developed and delivered content that combines a real physical pump with the Meta Quest 3’s mixed reality (MR) technology at the request of a client. However, we encountered an issue: even though we enabled the room boundary setting, the virtual model drifts during the MR experience.We were wondering if there is a way to have the model automatically return to its original, intended position when this happens. If it’s just a virtual model, the drift isn’t noticeable, but when overlaying onto a physical object, any misalignment creates a noticeable gap between the real and virtual, which negatively impacts the user experience.Does anyone have a solution or suggestions for this issue?

Hello,I lost the guardian/boundary during a game. Rebooted with no luck, factory reset no luck either. I was playing on my meta quest 2 with no problems yesterday, but today my right controller randomly stopped working. I took the battery out of my left controller which i knew was working and put it in my right controller but it still did not turn on. I have tried repairing it and everything but nothing worked

Just want to start off by saying as someone who used to watch all the virtual reality adverts for the quests when I was younger, I was excited to buy one and even more so to play one in future to play games on a gaming pc. Fast forward now I'm 20, finally got both, and to my utter disappointment my dreams were shattered right infront of me as I opened the game I'd waited years to play, PC CONNECTED TO A WIFI EXTENDER VIA ETHERNET BY THE WAY; to be greeted  by constant spinning. I don't have drift, but everytime I point my controllers at the desktop it keeps spinning around and bugging out, only when I do something that takes the pointers off the screen is when it stops.I'm just curious is this just poor people repellent, is the quest 2 now just being turned into junk while quest 3 is out to force people to buy it? I’m seriously fed up at this point. Meta pushed another one of their "updates" and now Air Link on my Quest 2 is completely useless.I had zero problems for months. Air Link was working great. Then an update hit, I had to reinstall the PC software just to get it to work again. Thought I was in the clear. Three days later – boom – another update, and now I’m stuck again. Air Link won’t connect. Just an infinite loading screen with the Meta logo and those three little dots.That’s it. No error message. No timeout. Just a goddamn limbo screen.I’ve done everything:Reinstalled the PC software (again)Restarted the headsetRestarted the PCChecked firewall settingsVerified both devices are on the same networkSitting right next to the router, no signal issuesAND IT STILL WON’T CONNECT.Here’s the kicker: I’m on Wi-Fi 6, not even Wi-Fi 7. Apart from, Pistol Whip, Epic Roller Coasters, Stupid Cars etc. Has anyone found VR games or expieriences, that work well with a single handed user ?

I hope this is the right place for this. My idea is of a gaze-based keyboard passthrough that shows my real keyboard when I look down, then hides it when I look up.It would work something like this: When I glance down right at my keyboard a passthrough window pops up showing my real keyboard and hands (maybe with opacity setting?). And when I look away it fades out, keeping me in VR. Since the Q3 and newer all have forward facing cameras I'm thinking it could work somehow maybe. It would make typing in VR games or apps easier without affecting immersion much. Could this be a Horizon OS feature? 

I'm building a wall in Horizon Worlds, and I'm having trouble making a circular or arched shape for the window. I want to cut a hole in the wall so it looks like a real window, but sometimes the shape doesn’t come out right or it looks off. It’s hard to explain, but the curve isn’t smooth or the window doesn’t align well with the wall.If anyone has tips or examples on how to make a clean arched or circular window in a wall, I’d really appreciate it!

This is annoying from Meta that so many things - accessories, Meta AI and apps/experiences are not supported in my country.Although in this case I'm not even sure whether it's Meta.Dazn works perfectly for streaming live matches in a laptop.Shall I try VPN?

my VR is stuck in a state which he is powered on and sound is coming out of the headset but i can only see a slight light coming through.does anyone know a way to solve this?, i tried everything the USB menu did not work pressing the on/off button did not do much.if you have found a way to fix this please tell me

So recently I was on the meta quest app looking for new free games and I purchased a big number of games and the next time I put on my meta quest they were downloading but I canceled them. But they kept reinstalling themselves, I canceled all the downloads and tried downloading just one of those games but instead in started redownloading the group of games I had purchased on the meta quest app. I don't know what to do and it's taking up space on my Meta Quest 3, please help.
