So recently I was on the meta quest app looking for new free games and I purchased a big number of games and the next time I put on my meta quest they were downloading but I canceled them. But they kept reinstalling themselves, I canceled all the downloads and tried downloading just one of those games but instead in started redownloading the group of games I had purchased on the meta quest app. I don't know what to do and it's taking up space on my Meta Quest 3, please help.

I attempted to log into my instagram on my iPad while on vacation in punta cana, although it allowed me to log in it never fully loads my feed or anything. Not even the settings it just says technical error. I tried to go back to using my iPhone but then the same issue began occurring there. Ive deleted the app, reinstalled my phone, done all the trouble shooting one can thing of. It just prompts me to change my password over and over again. It’s gotten to the point to now it doesn’t even text me a verification code even though it says it sent one. Please help. 

My Meta Horizon account has been hacked. The attacker changed my password, and now I am unable to log in or secure the account. The hacker also linked a fake Instagram account to my Account Center and then disabled it. As a result, my Meta Horizon account has been suspended, and I currently have no access or way to recover or secure it.

Just yesterday, I was getting on my game to play the dlc. When I checked, it was suddenly gone, and when I clicked on the "buy" I got stuck on a screen that wouldn't load so I had to reset my quest 3s. No matter how many times I tried to play it wouldnt let me  -not sure if this needed to be know but I was playing thief simulator.

no links work when i click on them, and i can make my own code so it's my country that should be accepted i live in iceland if that is relative 

Hello... I'm hoping someone can help me out please? My controller's have stopped working on my oculus quest 2... they flash & vibrate every 5 seconds... I've tried multiple things but to no avail ☹️ PLEASE HELP!!!

I cant log into my oculus/meta account even after several times. I think this has a relation with creating my meta account using Instagram so can someone please help me? I really wish there was a "login using Instagram" option so developers, please add this and thank you.

I am still having issues buying meta coins ,having issue using my meta gift card, and having purchasing errors with the meta coins I have. This has been going on for about 1 month and they said it was fixed and still bot working. Why can't i use the coins I have already and why can't I buy apps  with my gift card! i need answers and solutions ASAP!! This just doesn't make any sense at all!! I am very frustrated and stressed out with all this nonsense! I have sent in all the required info including my drivers license so plesae dont reply asking for the info I have already sent unteen times!!!

VRChat for some reason keeps giving me that error and it won't load after that. I can't even press the "Okay" button. Is this an issue that many people are experiencing, or is it just me? The error then proceeds by saying that I need to use a PC and a cable to play VRChat with quest link. I've done that and I can play it, but the point is that I want to play VRChat without my PC so I can play anywhere, and this error keeps blocking me from doing that. Is there a fix to this issue? if so how? (I've tried reinstalling, using my phone hotspot, restarting the device)

Hi,I am looking to use my Meta Quest 3 remotely at events to allow people to view a Matterport scan of an aircraft I am helping to restore. My question is, sometimes we may be in a situation where there will be no wifi and we will have to use a portable wifi hotspot. Can anyone advise as to how much data I am likely to use if one person used the headset to look at the scan we have created?ThanksAlex

So i have a Rift S, and when i try to download the oculus setup, it gets stuck on 2.18gb out of 2.19gb, and ive tried everything, i have way more than needed space on my drives, ive tried turning on and off my network adapter, i tried using a vpn, nothing works and i dont know why, please help.

I have been using air link to play PC games with my quest 2 for a while now. I used to be able to simply click on steam VR while using desktop mode in air link then the application will launch and I'm good to go. But now I cannot. Once I'm in the air link and I select steam VR it does not launch the application in my headset directly, I can see steam VR home on my desktop and I can even see my controllers moving. But when I look into my headset all I see is the oculus home and no steam application is being projected into my headset. Steam VR even says it detects my headset and controllers but it won't launch into my headset. 

After the firmware patch v77 i noticed on my Meta Quest 3 a major battery consumption increase both in standalone mode and PCVR mode.To test in a controlled way, as much as possible without specific techs, i did a typical game session with the same apps with the same settings as one week ago and the headset duration was 2 hour less than usual (wich i shouldn't have to remark how drastic and obvious that something is not working as before).I use an headstrap with a battery pack that until now it reliably gave me around 5 hour of gameplay in the same conditions that now give me 3 total (battery and integrated battery of the hmd).I have serious doubts that in less than 2 days the external battery or the internal battery went from new to out of service.I have to add further that after the firmware update v77 i noticed a noticeable increase in the hedset fan speed, to the point where now i can hear it. Recently bought behemoth on quest 3. It played fine up until a couple days ago. It won’t load in at all. I have deleted the game and redownloaded it which did not work. Is there anything else I can do to fix this?

I believe we should have the ability to add dashes and underscores at the end of our meta horizon usernames, removing the filter for dashes in names and underscores at the end of names

Since V77 dropped on my Quest 3, the centre indicator light, on the Meta Charging Dock, is staying at a solid amber, even though the Quest 3 light is showing green and the headset/elite strap with battery are 100% charged.The headset still appears to be working, but the charging interface between the Quest 3 and the official charging dock, along with the official meta elite strap with battery is no longer behaving properly, as it was prior to the update?I've tried shutting the headset down and then turning it on again, which initially sets the centre indicator light as green, but this turns back to the solid amber in a very short time.Any suggestions as to how I might get my combo to charge correctly again?  

Hello, I have a suggestion and a request. I'd like to propose removing the 6-digit code for Facebook's 2-factor authentication (2FA) and replacing it with a QR code login option. I experienced difficulties accessing my account due to the 2FA code. Additionally, I request that Facebook revisit its community guidelines to minimize mistaken account bans, especially for older and new accounts. I believe account banning should be strictly reserved for accounts that genuinely violate community standards, such as spreading fake news or harassment etc. Unintentional account bans can be frustrating and feel like a scam. I hope you'll consider my suggestions and implement these changes by August, September at the latest. Thank you.

Dear Meta Team,I have an issue with my new smartphone model Nubia Flip 5G and my Rayban Skyler RW4010. I was able to complete the setup via Meta AI app successfully. Although the connection to the Meta AI app works fine(e.g importing videos) and I can use Meta AI features like asking questions and getting answers via glasses. However, I am not able to connect and listen to music via Bluetooth.When I connect my glasses with Spotify, and when I start the music with the touchpad of glasses, the music is played through the phone instead of the glasses.The latest version of Android 14 is installed on my device. I have factory reset both the glasses and the case many times. Meta AI app updated with latest version. I also restarted my phone and completely turned it off and restarted it. But still I can not listen music via my Rayban Meta.I would like to know if this issue is already known and if there is a solution or a recommended workaround.Thank you in advance for your support.

I have Quest Pro Controllers that I have been using on my Quest 2 (Great!!)I purchased a Quest 3 and will be moving the Quest Pro Controllers to it.I would like/prefer to pair my Quest 3 Controllers to my Quest 2 Headset.Currently this is not an option to select in the App.Are there any plans to allow Quest 3 Controllers to work on a Quest 2 (similar to how the Pro Controllers work on Q2)?What would be the reason to not allow/support it?Thank You!MrTasselhofYouTube (MrTasselhof)Twitch (MrTasselhof)
