I’m so dissapointed that the 3 portals I bought late 2020 are no longer supported and as such they are not fit for use End of life devices within 2 years of purchase - total rip off 

Hey everyone testing out the forum but I also want to get with event focused peers. As much as building is important Ive always championed for events and how important they are for spaces to be seen. It's been an awesome ride and I'm excited for the future 

I recently set up a child's account and noticed that his horizon feed lacked some of the morally objectionable content that pops up on my adult account.  I reached out to the Meta support through a chat and was looking for options to get my account to be more "childlike" in this same manner.  I know it is a unique request, but it would be great to have that sort of option.  I did also ask if there was a way to setup the Quest so that the horizon feed isn't automatically popped up on the screen upon start up.  This would eliminate the issue of random offensive popups coming up on the feed whether for a child or adult.  Both are suggestions that might be helpful for others, so I am just putting this out there.   Thanks!

Not getting audio passthrough, I promise I have all the prerequisites. I used the official documentation: https://www.meta.com/help/quest/articles/in-vr-experiences/oculus-features/mixed-reality-meta-quest/ I do have forward computer audio on. Oculus virtual audio device is automatically set as default audio, but still don't hear audio. Using Quest Link, I get audio perfectly fine. If this is a windows issue, is there any potential setting to fix this? Is this a driver issue with Oculus Virtual Audio Device? 

Did anyone else get the new boundary system? I don't really like it. Whenever I go to passthough and move to a different location, then get out of passthough, the boundary comes to me. That really annoys me because I want it to stay where I placed it. Now I have to create millions of boundarys whenever I go to passthough and back. Also, to change boundarys from stationary to roomscale takes much more time now.

Im on ptc v66 and I got the update for the official rollout of v66. When I click update the download progress pops up for a second and goes away. The button to update is greyed out and stuck “updating…” I’ve let it sit for quite a while. Reset several times and nothing. If you leave update and go back it has the option to update now again. Resets do nothing

My 10 year old can no longer play with others in gorilla tag since the latest update. He only hears monkey sounds, cannot talk or hear others. We have re-set, updated the game. He got a message (3/31/24) when powering on that parental restrictions have been updated by meta but I cannot find anything online supporting that or telling me what has changed.  Has something changed that no longer allows under 13 to play? Is there a way to bypass? 

So when I’m downloading/updating games or try to shut down my headset, it runs really slow. The tracking is fine, but with downloading, updating or  holding the power button it’s really slow. The power menu has a delay and the download speed is 1,4KBs. I tried doing a speed test but that says I have 265Mbps. What can I do to fix this?

Everything was working fine until 20 September. When I open Move application I found that Apple health slider is off and not active. I try to reinstall Meta Horizon and apple health option disappeared atoll after that. Apple  health app can see Horizon and allowed data but these data doesn't come from the Move. See screenshots  How can I restore the apple health connection?

Hey got banned on Instagram and bought this meta subscription and opened a support ticket.Now its been 2 weeks since no reply and i am texting them everyday.Is there a way to close the ticket?Please just tell how to close the support ticket.

I’ve used my quest 3 only a few times, just went to use it today and with the link cable and it is extremely laggy/pixelated, if I look at something blue in the headset for example and turn my head the blue smears all around. I used 2 different cables, different ports on my PC, changed graphics in the Link app, reinstalled the link app, updated the headset and the link app on my PC, and nothing has worked. The weird part is that it is completely when using AirLink. Any help would be appreciated, I’ve tried what feels like everything i’m starting to wonder if the headset port is broken, or maybe it’s some hidden setting on my PC? 

Hello, My Quest 2 will not turn back on. The white light on the front is solid but the power or volume buttons dont seem to do anything. The screen is black. I've tried holding the power button down without success. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a hard reset combination I need to press?

Meta support instructed me to come here to address an issue where a Meta account was set up in my name, however not my email address.  I'm unable to remove or disconnect the email address from a hacker who added on to my Facebook / Instagram accounts because it requires an auth-code be sent to THAT email address which is not mine. I just purchased Tribe and want to upload my own tracks to dj, but when I plug my oculus into my laptop, it makes the sound that i connected a device, but it doesn't show up in my folders that the oculus is connected?  How do I fix this?  I even tried looking for the app to download to laptop but it's only giving me an android and apple option.  Help please or give refund.

I have two quests and on the second one I have another account as a secondary account so that I can play some games with a friend if they use my other one. However every time the oculus wakes up it asks me if I want to switch accounts and it is very frustrating since I almost never do and I haven't been able to find anyway to stop this dialogue. Or am I just missing something?

Since i update v74 on my MQ3i have so many problems i wonder is there anyone who has same issue1. Cant use volume control on quick setting menui can change volume with MQ3 physical volume control buttonbut it wont show floating UI which i can see how much i turn on volume up and down Which shows with bar type UIand also on the quick setting menu, there is slide volume control Ui but even i slide it it never changes volume slide when i even push physical volume button on MQ3  2. cant change sometimes pass through <-> immersed mode even i click change mode button on dock and quick setting i tried click to change each mode only environment sound shows it react but im stucking in one mode  3. I just wanna give you heads up; "Updating" message while turning off Quest3 is unreadable due to lack of contrast between background and text color.Cheers.

I have some spare quest cash that I want to use. Any ideas? I already have most good games and most beat saber songs. Should I gift some of my friends some games or smth? (No I will not gift you anything, not even a dime)

It's a petty that Meta with all its huge expertise and finance, aren't able to deliver a sleek ultra light experience like this competition example "Bigscreen beyond" which have much less resources, I know its not a stand alone Quest 3, but adding a cpu and a battery in the strap for example and offer a near sleek experience that could displace the VR evolution to another new level and user adoption, MR option could be added in another model for users interested in MR experience.The bulky Quest unlit now need a new modern and stylish designs, and latest display and lenses could help a lot in delivering this experience I think.

Good Evening!I purchased the Meta Quest 3 Touch Plus controllers left and right. I want to add the touch plus controllers for my husband to use, which we share on one headset. I want to keep my original Meta Quest 3 controllers. Is this possible to do? Can I have two sets of controllers for one headset to play multiplayer games?Thank you for your response in advance.Deborah
