SpongeBob and the Fairly Odd Parents are some of my all-time favorite shows still airing today. But if we're going way back, Brandy & Mr. Whiskers, Hey Arnold!, and Courage the Cowardly Dog would still be on my TV. Those shows were *chef's kiss*

My headset broke under warranty and they told me to send it in and they would replace it. that was 2 months ago and after 40-50 emails I posted on the forums about it. They said that we should take it offline and send them a dm and they would help me get it resolved. They asked the same questions over and over and never did anything to help resolve. so at this point they sold me a headset that broke under warranty...and then had me send it back....and are now ignoring me. I am so frustrated. I have bought 7 headset for friends since the release of quest one so this is just crazy to be treated this way. I have been robbed. be careful with these people.

Hello, My Instagram account got hacked on Sunday. The hacker has access to my login information including the password. I have tried all the Instagram help centre instructions but I am stuck in the same loop where the hackers page opens up. They seem to have turned on the 2FA and linked my Instagram account to their personal accounts centre and loggin me out of mine. My Facebook account was not linked to my Instagram account hence I'm unable to recover but both the accounts use my same personal email id. I am trying to contact Facebook and Instagram support for days. I hope meta can help me recover my account. It is my personal account and I don't want any misuse of my information . Please guide me to recover my account, Thanks.

Just been to the cinema to see 'The Crow', a gothic superhero reboot of an old classic. I enjoyed it, however it has flopped in the Box Office. The fight scenes were immense but I can agree that the story may have lacked a little depth, but I came in wanting cool fight scenes and that's what I was supplied with.  I wouldn't watch it again, but I don't feel like I wasted my money - a solid 6 for me. Has anyone else seen anything lately that they enjoyed, but other might brand it less than satisfactory? Lemme know 🙂

Can anyone provide this information?The only interest I have in the Quest 3, is if it can provide a better experience than the Quest 2 for PCVR. The Quest 3 has Wi-Fi 6e capability, but will it improve latency and video compression of the Quest 2?Right now the Quest 2 averages 47 to 57ms of latency, that and the video compression is unacceptable for people who use PCVR headsets with zero compression and 11ms of latency.I'm going to order one from Amazon, so I can return it if it can't improve on the Quest 2, but any help before hand would be appreciated 🙂

Hi, my Oculus Quest 2 headset is saying low memory, but I have heaps of memory. It is making it so I can not play my game. What is causing this problem or does anyone have any solutions.

So when i enter Gorilla Tag, the chalkboard says that it failed to authenticate my Oculus account. No one is in the lobby, and I can’t do anything. The chalkboard is red and says it failed to authenticate my account. Please help me.

Yesterday I got a popup in the headset saying I had 30 days to enter my birth date if I wanted to use my account.I don't really understand why I have to re-enter my birth date since the date is in my account details anyway.Maybe because of the switch from Meta to the Horizon app?? But okay, it's no big deal to re-enter the birth date......I thought.I did it in the mobile app.You can't type it in...you have to scroll back the months. SCROLLING 12 months = 1 year, then the next 12 months, then.......😯I'm old, lol...I had to scroll forever until i was in my year of birth😂 How could anyone think of doing it like that.....bad idea.

Really, they need to think a bit more about it.

Just thought i would share my RMA process. I sent in my quest 3 around 7 months ago and after about 2 support tickets every month until now 8/14/2024 they finally came to the conclusion that even though they signed for the package and fedex confirmed delivery they said it only weight "0.8" pounds which obviously would not be the case but because of this issue they said "We understand and are sorry to hear that this happened. However, as per the results of the investigation, we're unable to provide you with a refund or replacement. This is something that needs to be sorted out with the courier and the post office where your package was dropped off. " So the moral of the story I wont buy from them again.

I brought an oculus quest 2 used from eBay. which come without the controller.so I try to set up Oculus quest 2. I download the mobile app and follow the instruction.  because I don't have a controller, the initial setup screen did not allow me to pass the initial setup screen without pairing the controller. so I active the developer option and connect through ADB (platform tools). I search online and find something like adb -s {device_id} shell getpropand I get all the list of properties.Can anybody tell me which value I need to modify or need to add the system properties so that the oculus thing/understannd that the initial controller setup is done. I already set up xbox controller as well.because there is a hand tracking option so I want to use the hand tracking option I think I can activate it by using a mouse. Note: Nybies please don't reply.  this section is only if you are an expert and know-how to work with ADB and shell and android. I’m trying to set up my Quest, and the iPhone app says to enter the 5 digit code displayed-but there is no code. How do I find this code?

I bought a Quest 3 last week and finally got Quest LInk working, but there is no sound, this is what I did trying to fix it. 1. Enroll PTC in both Quest Link and Meta Horizon and let them update and reboot 2. Make sure Hear Computer Audio in VR and Hear Audio from Computer are checked and not muted 3. Change the name of Oculus Virtual Audio Device to "Headphones" No luck at all, could you please be so kind telling me what have I missed? Much appreciated!

Hello other meta users, my mom recently got me an oculus 2. I am already having trouble with it. First, it says I have not a lot of storage, and when I delete some of my apps and photos, it only goes down a few percentages, and I don’t know if that is the main cause to my second problem with the oculus. Secondly, when my sister just got done playing job simulator she had canceled an update, and it has been having problems ever since. It won’t stop powering off and powering on and restarting. I contacted meta-and they had told me to do a factory reset. Now, I know how to do a factory reset, but it would not let me do a factory reset, I know that you have to shut off your VR headset, I know that you have to hold down the power button and the volume button, but it keeps restarting when I try to do it. And when I almost succeed, it says the words. “No command” I don’t know if I have a messed up something inside my headset but it would be great if a worker from Meadow could help me figure t
